The absolute worst used car dealership I've ever been to in my life. They will rip you off. Especially when they knpw you NEED a car and have no other options. They will make you pay $259 every 2 weeks for a car that drives and looks like it was put back together with glue and duck tape. They do not stick to their words. One of our cars that was insured by them broke down because there was not a sensor put in. Which Mary said in the very beginning when we were signing the papers that the light was on because there was a sensor that needed to be replaced, it was in the mail and it would be delivered, and they would install it for us, which never got put in. We had the car for about 6 Mon, they took the car to auction after I asked them specifically if I could come the next day to pick up the rest of our stuff out of the car because we didn't have a car to get it. And they said yes, and they deny the fact that they said yes and sent the car to auction with all of our stuff in it.

They have been the best car dealership I have ever worked with for sure. The girls there are so nice and sweet. I was having a hard time with a payment and they did absolutely everything they could to help. They ALWAYS help when something is wrong with a car. I love that it is just leasing so I can drive a new car every few years.

Ez car credit has helped me so much and is appreciated more then ever. When I was having car issues it was within hours that they helped me get it in and worked on. The ladies that work there are polite and friendly. I would tell everyone to go their because has Ben the best place I have gotten a car so far

Ez Car Credit is absolutely the best! When I changed jobs they worked with me on my payment arrangements. They are so nice and helpful! I've had my van for a year and it still runs great! I haven't had one problem with my van or the employees. Ez Car Credit you guys are absolutely AMAZING!

Ez Car Credit has exceeded my expectations. They are little over priced but understand why... They will get tags for you at no cost to you. And that's huge.. My wheel and brakes went out.. They took it in.. fixed it. In record time. Also didn't charge me for the fix. So they get a 5 star review.Plus they are willing to work with you if you have employment.

We bought a 2013 Kia Sorento there last month and we absolutely love it. The employees there are so nice and helpful especially Mary. We will definitely be sending our friends and family there way when they're looking for a vehicle.

Dont really think they deserve the one star. There employees are rude and hate full. They will add there own car insurance to your car and then argue with you when you tell them you dont want it. They will chase you out there building when they relize you know what your talking about. They will lie about how much you owe them and still money from you. And when you ask for your change bank they will tell you no and threateb to call the cops. Worse place to go threw ever.

Totally unprofessional. I had called a couple days after having my car asking if there was any possible way I could return it. Jerry told me no, and I would just have to deal with it.I had called a few days later asking to come in and get a copy of my lease agreement. He stated that it had been mailed to me, but I was requesting to have it that day. Before I drove over there to pick them up I had called and spoke with Mary who stated she would have them printed off for me when I arrived. I didn't walk in demanding to be a problem. Or ask anyone to stop what they were doing. I had CALLED prior to coming in for the paperwork. He seemed very inconvenienced and upset by this. I get back to work and notice out of my lease agreement it is MISSING pages 2 and 3. When going back again and getting all the pages of my lease, on page two there was an option for a vehicle return fee of $250.Not only was his dishonesty despicable, he quickly seemed to forget his customer service voice after he already had my money. I would avoid this place at ALL costs.

I never had any major issues with them until I got into a wreck and someone totaled my car. I was told by THEIR employee that The GAP insurance I had would cover what I had left to pay on my car because the accident wasn t my fault. Then they tell me that since the accident wasn t my fault, I have to pay for the remainder of the car. This would be a much better place if it had a better staff. A year ago, I had a completely different opinion of them.Moral of the story, don t pay for the GAP insurance. It s useless.They did offer to put me into another car with $0 down. But to me, it s not worth my time or money to deal with them.

Great place to get a good vehicle. Just ask for Chelsey in Pittsburg, Ks. She will help you every step of the way and answers any questions or concerns you may have. Very straight forward and honset. Thanks to Chelsey she helped my husband and I find our car.I have had my car 8 months and love it.
