Blake and Doug are hard workers-very polite and professional, too. They're busy, so appointments are needed for regular maintenance. But if you're in a pinch, they make room in their schedule to fix you up and get you back on the road!

This is where I have been taking my cars for repairs for a long time. Family operated and owned business. Very reasonable and honest. So honest that one time I took my car to them because of very loud squeaky noise in the front. Blake fixed it and did not charge me any thing; he said as soon as he put the car on the lift, he saw a bent piece of metal causing the problem, so he straightened it and that the whole thing took just 10 minutes so he didn't charge me anything for it. And there were a few other similar instances. They don't waste your money swaping parts either. They warranty the repairs and honor it, even a year later. They find time to quickly work on your vehicle in an emergency. It is a great and rare experience to find an auto repair shop like this one. I highly trust and recommend Chadd's auto repair.

Chad's automobile repair services/U-haulChad's wanted to charge me 150.00 labor and for, part flat 4 trailers plug lights 150.00...300.00 plus tax part was $10.98 at auto zone....CHADS IS OUTRAGEOUS.. JUST UNDER $50.00 part and labor...

My engine started overheating on a road trip. I m incredibly thankful that it was close to these guys! They figured out what was wrong and had it fixed up within an hour (even called 6-7 places to get the part I needed). I was a broke college student in the middle of nowhere, but they were so considerate and understand of my situation not to mention their shop dogs are so sweet (one called my anxieties when I thought I might have a panic attack).Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I use Chadd's Auto for any time I have to rent a U-Haul and they are always great to deal with. Highly recommend them for rentals and vehicle repair.

We just rented an enclosed trailer for the weekend. Doug was the gentleman who helped us. He was very kind, professional and willing to answer the questions I had. The shop dog is an adorable bonus too!

For my normal vehicle issues I use Chadd's because they are easy to get along with and I feel that they do a good job. My vehicle also doesn't come back with something new wrong with it like I've found with other places. This tells me that they aren't screwing me.

Rented u-haul from them, put in $100 deposit and never got it back. Called them and they say I should call the u-haul company and have em solve it. I heard from another, same thing happened to them

called two weeks in a row to verify operating times on Saturday for UHaul rental and was told both times they were open until noon. Here at 11:35 and they are closed for the second week in a row. Their website and door indicate noon as well. Very frustrating!
