Rudest guy I ve ever talked to. Started yelling at my neighbors I had to go out and stop him. Started causing problems for no reason. Love shutting down ignorant people like this, surely one of a kind.

After I paid my bill, I had to wait for Pittsburgh Police to escort me out of the building. The older gentleman told dispatch was upset that he didn't receive the "same service" as he apparently receives from the County Deputies he requested to come out and "straighten me out."First it was $1100 in storage fees, not including the recovery that was an additional $1300. Then I needed to sign the title over.He has three trucks? Two worth 150k apparently and a 250k one?Or so he told me.I can only imagine what the county has done to other customers of his.I do have a preference now, its not this company....

Larry the Price Gouger. $350 for a 2 mile tow. When they ask if you have a preference on tow say anybody but Barrett

The absolute most incredibly rude people I have ever dealt with. Walked in the door for an estimate and was met with such an abrasive, rude attitude. Two ladies trying to understand how many quotes I was getting from competitors and if an insurance claim had been filed. They were obviously trying to see if they could charge excessively and get away with it. I can only imagine what the experience would be if they did work and it was not done to expectations. I would stay away from this business at all costs.

I hit a large Raccoon and disabled my work van and Barretts brought me another van so I could complete my trip at 2am. I appreciate their help 24hrs a day.

The staff is STELLAR, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile to make sure that my son and I were okay. They tried to minimize the damage to my vehicle after my accident. They even provided me with bags/boxes to move the stuff out of my vehicle. If i lived in the area, i would go there for any repairs necessary simply because of their customer service.

Larry barrett is one of the rudest guys I have ever met in my life. He is a complete hothead and let's his emotions rule is decisions. Charging $50 a day to keep it in his tow yard. Extortion at its finest.
