Great company. I needed help on a weekend night around 11:00 PM which is obviously a less then ideal time. The technician Don showed up as promised, was pleasant, professional, and got me going in no time. Thank you much. Highly recommended.

Driver Jesse was super nice and helpful, taught us how to take the spare tire down from under our new (to us) Chevy Tahoe. Tried to help us find the issue with our flat tire and made conversation with us about our campsite as he worked. Very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. 10/10 service. We sent him away with a cold water bottle because it's hot out today.

Driving from Lawrence to Eudora this morning on K 10...a Standard Tow truck was behind me. I was boxed in on the left. The Standard truck was on my rear bumper for miles. The speed limit was 70...I was going 73 and he still followed me way too close. In front of me was a sherrif...that didn't stop the Standard driver from tailgating. He finally got around everyone and saw the Sheriff's car and slowed way down. I was thankful when he pulled off at the first Eudora exit...

Frequently uses my driveway to turn around the giant towing truck. I don t need that wear on my driveway. The driver could simply drive the extra 15 seconds to go around the block to face the right way. Also likes to occasionally park and block my mailbox and the fire hydrant. Would not recommend a company that acts in such disregard to anyone else.
