A big shout out to this dealership. We were traveling thru on April 4th on our way back to Colorado and having issues with a tire. Called several places which couldn't get us in, but their service dept worked us in and had us back on the road quickly. Thank you guys so very much!

Words really cannot explain how easy the 'buying a car experience' was from Tom Davis Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac. Drew delivered the Buick Avenir and patiently went through all the hot and very cool technical and safety features. He answered all questions. Anyone knows who has bought a car, that even when you know what you want and you agree on a price its at least 3-6 hours before you drive away. Not so with Drew finished in an hour and most of that was showing my wife and I how everything in this very sharp vehicle worked. He got the color I wanted at the price I wanted and all the features I wanted. I really enjoyed the buying experience and know I will be back. Thank you guys!as an update brought my buick in for service treated like a king. These gits are the real deal!

Tom Davis and his team in the service dept saved the day! They went above and beyond to help us get our chevy truck fixed when we broke down on vacation. The replacement part we needed was out of stock and on backorder and they went so far as to take one off a truck they had on their lot to get us back up and running again! Can't thank them enough, we'll definitely be customers when it's time for a new vehicle!

Purchased a vehicle with concerns, the manager assured us that this vehicle had been through 120 point inspection and has no issues. I replaced the air filter on first day and it was filled with dirt, mirror on passenger side wobbles in the wind driving down the road, day two the tire pressure sensor in two wheels were not reading, took back and they said they would take care of it. Had to replace tires 1 month in and then rotors and brakes. I am in over 2 grand 1 month after purchase and after telling dealership I have heard nothing.

I was in Parsons for a short time visiting family. I went to Tom Davis for some minor car repair. I was greeted by the staff and treated very well the whole time I was there. They made sure everything was completed and were very reasonable with their charges... thank you Tom Davis staff for being so helpful!

Best service department in the area! These guys are nothing short of amazing. I needed something done quickly. They made time for me, and I was back on the road again in no time. To top it off, they even gave my car a bath! One of the salespeople even came over to chat and to ask if I needed anything while I waited. Now that's what I call service :-) Thanks to all at Tom Davis Auto Group!

took in my vehicle to get it checked out for hard shift to reverse and stated concerns about the motor moving while changing gears and they said it was normal and gave me paperwork stating everything was okay 2 weeks later the problem kept on so i took it to another dealer and they found a broken motor mound i called them and let them know they were wrong and they implied that it probably just happened but they were just careless!

Excellent customer service and compassionate about making sure their customers will be satisfied with their purchase! The sales manager even called that evening to make sure everything went as expected. We found a vehicle 3 hours away and they had at it at their dealership that morning shined up and ready to go. Went to get a newer truck.... 2011 chevy silerado with lower miles. Steve sold me my previous truck.... 2009 ford f150 and was there to assist in my newer truck. No beating around the bush on answers. A great guy. Drew was amazing as well. He got my payment down to where I felt comfortable at. Two great guys with a great sense of humor. I have 5 kids and I am sure we will be returning for somemore vehicles for them in the future. All in all great customer service throughout the dealership even in the service department and parts department.

Might be the dumbest dealership I have ever talked too. Filled out online request TWICE. No call backs. Call dealership a third time Salesman never gives me his name...blind transfers me to a 2nd salesman / manager whatever who never give me his name either..Move on nothing to see here

I'm a recent transplant from Wichita and must be spoiled with Wichita's dealership service (?). I took my dad's car in for service and was unable to drive into the service receiving bay to get out of the bad weather and poor drive/parking lot conditions. We (wife and I) had to park in front of the service door, navigate around patches of ice and snow to keep from falling, and walk in the side door to contact a service tech. Both service techs were in the receiving bay area working on their computers and could have opened the overhead door. Service receiving bay was empty except for racks of tires. I was also surprised that this dealership's routine service does not include topping off fluids (extra charge).
