I had car trouble on the way through town. T & E Auto Sales and Service took the time to help right away. Personal service, an honest assessment and a reasonable price had me back on the road in a jiffy, and grateful they were there.

Eddie and his remarkable team always exceeds my expectations! He always calls and lets me know about what needs to be repaired and in all the years he has serviced my many vehicles has always provided outstanding and reasonably priced repairs. I made an appointment with Eddie early this week to get an alignment, oil change and two door handles replaced and was given a $265 quote due to us already having the parts. Dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 yesterday morning and the mechanic instantly shared with us his lack of confidence in his ability to perform the service. Eddie said this would take 2 hours at most. I called to check in five hours later, when I finally got a call back they said the front end had some problems and they couldn t do the alignment which was fine. We never received an update on when it would be ready. The shop closed and we got a text invoice for a quote to fix front end damage (which we did not ask for) but not an updated quote without the alignment and still no word on when it would be done. Called again this morning, 24 hrs later and Eddie said we d receive a phone call with an update ASAP. Never got one. Finally called them again at 4pm just for the mechanic to tell us it would be $300 for diagnostic testing (which we did not ask for agree to) the oil change and door handles AFTER taking the alignment off the invoice. Apparently the truck was done at 9 this morning and no one bothered to call. Went to the shop just for the mechanic to say Don t bring your own eggs to the basket condescendingly about us bringing the door handles. When I expressed concern over the lack of communication, the misleading quote/alterations to the price, etc. the mechanic said Eddie doesn t know how long the job should take or how much it would cost since he s a car salesman. talking about the owner of the shop. This is the worst experience I ve had with any mechanic shop. Such a scam and I don t think these people value their customers in any way.Service: Oil change

Wish I could put more than 5 stars, T & E Auto were able to help me coordinate a family member's car repair while I was 5 1/2 hours away. They were fast, affordable, and very helpful throughout the whole process.

T&E Auto is a trustworthy car maintenance/repair shop & I have been extremely please with all the services they have provided. I purchased my car from Eddy and very happy with that purchase. prices are reasonable & employer/employees are friendly & knowledgeable. He also gave me a list of other issues he noticed with my vehicle while he was repairing what I brought it in for. Eddie sold my wife and I a fantastic truck at a very fair price. After the sale he continued to go above and beyond to help us and make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. It is refreshing to see a shop with such a high level of integrity in today s world. I will definitely be back for regular service for all of our vehicles!!

I have just purchased my second vehicle from T & E Auto Sales and Service and have also had a number of repairs done there. The owner is honest and very helpful. Everything he has said to me about the vehicles has turned out to be completely accurate. He really knows cars and repairs them well, and he cares about his customers. The service is excellent and prompt. I would highly recommend T & E Auto Sales to anyone.

Everyone is very friendly and go out of their way to help. Eddie found me a car, changed the oil and air filter and completed a long checklist of things to be sure everything was ok. This is not the first time I ve bought a car from him and he makes the process seamless. He has an excellent mechanic also. Very pleased with everything.

I have always trusted Eddie. His guys went above and beyond when it came to replacing a headlight for me. It turned out to be more than routine, but they did it. They never charged more for the labor than what they had originally quoted.

I've been going to see Eddy for my car repairs for close to a decade. His team always delivers, and I never worry that I'm not getting the best service for my vehicle. Nicest guy, and will do everything he can to make sure you're taken care of!

I stopped by without calling cause my oil change light came on to see if they had time to get it in, the owner had given his mechanic the day off, but the owner said no problem I will be happy to help. He racked the car did the oil change himself and checked everything possible and topped off all the fluids. Great guy, very friendly and did a great job... I will be taking our cars there from now on. THANK YOU!!! great local business oh and bonus!!! Friendly dog too...

Passing through Kansas on our way to Colorado and had a rear axle seal leaking. Was recommended to go to a different business (Kansas Tire)...Don t do it!. After waiting an hour to be told they couldn t do anything for us today. We started calling around, and these gentlemen were extremely helpful and willing to do anything to help us get back on the road. Thank you once again for being so nice and just willing to help people out.

Eddie is honest and ethical. I have taken my car in & he has charged me nothing when nothing wrong with my car & I panicked over a strange noise. He has done this for me time and again. This IS the place to go to get your car fixed or to buy a car. If he doesn t have it, tell him what you need & he will find it! If he can t fix it, he will tell you who is trustworthy, can do it, & will charge a fair price.He started taking care of me in 2015 when my disability was so severe I couldn t leave my apartment. I finally met him in person perhaps a year ago, so terrified I could barely meet his eyes. He was kind, patient, and gentle each time, and never showed judgement or discomfort or disdain despite my strange behavior.Yesterday for the first time, I had the courage to speak a full conversation w/ Eddie. I learned that he is an extraordinary man, w/ an extraordinary life history, & an extraordinary story to tell. He is a home town hero who is unsung. And perhaps he prefers it that way. But there is a heart of gold under that tough exterior & a soft smile & an ever ready grin and a laugh, and I get the feeling that if you are down and need it, a ready to go joke & he would laugh w/ you to help chase away the melancholy, or he would let you vent & afterward - it would be the past & forgotten & never brought up again. And he would greet you the next time you called or came in to his shop with a smile & a handshake & a jovial Hello! Because he gets it. He understands basic human needs in a way I didn t expect. He has & showed me compassion & patience since 2015... four years... for me. A disabled stranger... my mechanic did this.I cannot explain how deeply he pressed down into the core of my heart yesterday and lifted me up out of despair to give my family hope in the middle of a difficult time. Because if my mechanic, who barely knew me as more than the odd quiet, quirky, strange, scared, woman who once tried to hand him a check by cowering & holding her arm out as far from her body as possible...... who now could barely stand in front of him except for the support of a loaned walker in poor shape w/ my daughter s assistance while also having to brace on the very vehicle he was helping me finance...... if he could look at me and see ME as a human being worthy enough in this world to be treated w/ dignity & kindness & to be offered a helping hand.But he believes in me. He told me how he was raised to always do the right and honest thing and always treat people w/ honesty. That it was a value his father instilled in him. I could hear the pride in his voice as he spoke of his father. I could hear the respect he had for the father I had never met who I now respected & admired too as Eddie told me about his father s legacy of love, ethics, generosity, and moral compassion. It is one of those things that constricts your throat w/ tears because there is a beauty in it that is beyond words, beyond explanation.I am not sure Eddie will ever fully understand the impact he has made on my life. Or on my daughter s. My family s. He has serviced our vehicles at fair prices and honestly & in a time of great need (Eddie, I know you don t actually even know the full extent of our financial fallout at the moment, but you are giving us hope when we had lost all hope- I don t have the courage to explain further but please know your positive impact on our future is further reaching than you can ever imagine). Eddie is an amazing man. And an amazing mechanic.This is the one and only place to go in or around the Parsons, Kansas area for Automotive repairs or Auto purchases.

First time getting maintenance on my camper van here. Waiting room had a comfortable couch that felt like home. Was just getting wipers and an oil change, but they informed me that I needed a new air filter and showed me how bad it was so I agreed. Also let me know I needed more freon for my AC and agreed to that as well. They didnt upsell me, just informed me of what was due for replacement. Van's sounds and runs way better now.

I had to make an impromptu trip to Texas and T&E went above and beyond to make sure my trip was a safe one. I'm new to the Parsons area and called three shops before I found one that would fit me in late in the day on a Friday, that was T&E. My trip went without a hitch, had I not found T&E I would have made the trip not knowing I had developed a coolant leak. Thanks guys! I will be back!

while in parsons recently, i had a problem with my buick that if left unattended could have become very serious. in addition my wife had an early flight out of Tulsa the next day, and I needed the car to drive her to the airport.on the recommendation of a couple of local people, I took the buick to t & e. eddie said he'd see what he could do to work me in (without an appointment) and get the car road worthy by end of the day.he both fixed the car in time, and did so for a reasonable price. some places might have looked at my out of state plates and jacked up the price. eddie did not. the buick is still doing great a month, and 2,000 miles later. if I were in parsons and needed auto repair I would return to t & e. I would recommend them to anyone .

T & E Auto has been servicing our vehicles and selling vehicles to us for over 15 years. The staff is always willing to schedule our vehicles in a timely fashion and let us know of any additional repairs that are needed in the near future.
