I couldn t say enough good things about my early morning interaction with these wonderful fellas. My local mechanic quoted me $900 flor something that didn t even need replaced, and had nothing to do with the issue I brought the vehicle in for John had the office open before hours, and I was so happy to see it. I broke down the night before near Parsons and putted back into town, found the nearest hotel and slept a couple of hours until they opened. John and his mechanic diagnosed the issue quickly, were friendly and actually cared enough to find the issue and fix it right without having me spend more than necessary!! Now I am back on the road with no issues to speak of. 11/10. I wish I loved closer so I could take all of my vehicles here, not kidding. It is often stressful to visit the mechanic and they made it a breeze! I came in down in the dumps, and left with a smile on my face and a working truck. Thanks again!!!

Kinda high I thought. Cheapest tire was 175$ installed. A used tire would have been 50$....I noticed the bright eyed employees, that's a good thing! Very observant. Noted rear passenger breaker pads worn. I hadn't noticed that. Price to just replace that pad/shoe?

I live in Wisconsin and was visiting my mom in Parsons. It was a short visit, less than 48 hours, and my car started giving me trouble as I was pulling into town. Called Roy's right away, spoke with John - super nice and professional - and they squeezed me in late in the day and I was all fixed up and good to go for my drive home the next day! And my car hasn't made that sound again since... :) Great service, courteous, and fast; would definitely recommend Roy Morgan Auto for your vehicle service/maintenance needs!!

Quality thorough work by knowledgeable professionals. Had been a customer of WL Automotive in Parsons for many years, but now that WL has closed for good, Roy s is for sure the place to go for service. Highly recommended.

You don't have to have a hot-rod Ford and a 2 dollar bill to get the best automotive service in the area. These boys know their trade very well indeed.They use the best quality parts along with a working knowledge of all the idiosyncrasies of a diversified automotive industry to your advantage.Don't end up doing it twice, go to Roy Morgan and know that it's done right.

I was from out of state... Great place...the owner was straight up.... If u need parts they have them delivered asap... The mechanic was one of the best I've personally come across...and he works fast....i give them 10 stars and a BIG WHO DAT!!!!!

Do lack of knowledge on how to work the rating system I only put 1star. To be honest the service was very good and the work I had done was fast. Had a good atmosphere.
