I Remember Places like many People..... For the Good things. Well 1 Good O'Reilly Moment was when the Employee helped me track down a fuse from point A to B. There was never an issue about how much time it took. The Employee was 100% involved in figuring out the problem at hand with my Vehicle. We were on the same page!!That's definitely a Five* Employee.

I went into the store the other day and needed help with finding a piece to help repair my holes where the tags go and the younger kid that works there was of no help he just pointed me to the isle where the screws for tags were when that s not what I needed and when I told him the holes are too big for any screw he said well that s all the stuff we have for tags instead of coming out to the car to see what was going on. So the next day I went over to Napa Auto and the people there found everything I needed and even helped put the tag on. I would not recommend this place at all!

A shout out to Doug and Will at the Parsons store. I was looking for a part for my kia but orilleys didn't list it. Got a call after i left and Doug looked it up on line and found the Kia part #. Crossed it over to standard line but wouldn't be in till wed. Went in sat to pick up parts I'd ordered and talked to Will. Found out I could buy through orielly and they would pick up in Joplin and deliver to parsons. Long story short thx to these guys parts will be in by Sunday or maybe still today. Great job guys! Couldn't drive to Joplin for the small increase in cost. Many thx to Doug and Will.

I went into the store because my air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air and the employee was very nice came out to my truck and help me put in the freon and I drove home in nice cool air. I would recommend this store highly thank you so much for your help

We visit alot. My husband does alot of mechanic work.this is one of his go tos for parts. Usually has what he needs or will find it for him.

Excellent items to choose from. Very helpful staff. If you need something that's not offered in store they might be able to order it depending on the part that you need.

Full disclosure: I've only been here once, not from around here. Had a breakdown out on the road, this was the closest auto parts store near where we were. They had more or less what I was needing and I was able to get in and back out pretty quick especially for O'Reilly.

Helpful staff. Got all the right parts first try. Also have a tool barrow program. Never would of gotten off brake drum without there five pound hammer tool.

The guy that helped me was very honest and if you didn't know he let me know that he didn't have that answer but he would find out so he helped me out a lot and I will use them again thank you

They was busy,but there was no greetings when you walked in. No one acknowledged that I was there until they were done with the customer they are dealing with. After that th service was good and efficient.
