I had a DEF code fault and Sean came out on Friday at 11:00pm and worked on it for 2hours to clear them and met me at his shop at 9:00am on Saturday. Found out the pump had failed. Cleared the codes again and was able get me home. The Freightliner dealer parts room was closed for inventory. Aggie the shop pup is a great little pupper! Lol great people and will call them again if needed.

Great customer service. I rented a u-haul from them and she got me a reservation a few days prior to me picking up the truck, went inside to do my pickup and she quickly got through the process, made sure I knew what was expected and how to return after house hours. Overall great experience.

Ron went above and beyond to get our motorhome running. He spent hours on end in 105+ degree heat inside our motorhome with no ac or fan tracing wires until he solved the problem. I highly recommend Murphys if you need something fixed right!

These guys were lifesavers. Stuck in the rain in the middle of the night with a window that would only go half way up and still had two hours to go on my drive. Not only did they fix it but they fixed my flat trailer tire that started leaking in their parking lot. It would have been a long, cold night without their help and the prices couldn t be beat. Called Murphy s today after calling two other shops here one told me that he couldn t do anything for less than $500 bucks and he couldn t even sell me the parts I needed. The other shop just told me I was SOL called murphys and they hooked me up with all the parts they went above and beyond what was asked of them very friendly staff and and knew what they was talking about. Would recommend this shop to everybody that needs a shop in southeast Kansas!!!!!!! They have my business from now on when I m in the area!!!!!

Our class A RV broke a belt on Labor Day noonish. Between Parsons and Independence Ks on hwy 400. We called several, if they answered they weren t working or didn t have large enough truck to tow. Murphy was the last #. His mobile truck was busy, but he drove out to diagnose. We gave him wrong directions, he called and said no worries he was on his way. They went out of his way to find a belt and they labored in the heat. They didn t give up. Every now and then you find a true service business. The owner and his team were simply pleasant in a bad situation. Thank guys!

I was stuck on the shoulder of the road. And Shawn and Rob and yes ( Chuck ) did a great job helping me back rolling. They took the time to listen to what I had to say, and my thoughts. Real customer service... Don't see that very often out here on these roads we travel. Thanks Guys.. And you to Chuck..

Very professional, quick and attentive to detail. Very reasonable! Very nice folks. Could not have asked for anyone better. Have kept the name and phone number in my phone. My family had a truck break down on the road and managed to get it to Murphy Diesel LLC. It had some significant issues and is a difficult engine to diagnose, based on past experience. Murphys was dogged in their efforts to get us back on the road and fair with their pricing. You can't go wrong with the good people at Murphy Diesel LLC!

Big thanks to Murphy Truck Service for getting me back on the road. Great service and kept me in the loop when to expect them so I didn't have to sit around wondering. The tech went straight to work and I was back on the road in no time. I couldn't ask for anything more than that.

Sean and Connie are great, very nice and will treat you great. They have great knowledge and work on all types of diesels including the smaller trucks which is hard to come by in the area anymore.

Great place to have your automotive needs taken care of.....cars, trucks, semis. They provide roadside service for semis. They also have a U-Haul rental service.

Worried about a major repair on a Sunday, not sure I would find a repair shop open. I called and was told to bring it in. Fast repair, great people, good service. A shop I would recommend!!!!

These people were working on a Sunday evening I've sought mechanical advice from five other shops nobody knew what the fix was to my air compressor this guy knew and had the parts and got me hooked up on a Sunday afternoon reasonable prices too
