My tire blew out as the sun was setting it was getting pretty cold and I had my 2 kids in the car. I called every tow company around. Many were not answering, were $350-$400 or had no available trucks. This company was outstanding and was willing to help me! The people that run this company are incredible people! Luckily my kids father came and got the kids but I on the other hand was still stuck on the side of the road. They showed up and hooked up my car and took me to the closest Walmart which was closed. These wonderful people knowing my situation wasn t the best gave me my tow for free and not only that offered to get me a hotel so I wouldn t have to sleep in my car. After the free tow I couldn t take the offer for the hotel. I didn t want to take advantage but their offer still stood if I were to get too cold overnight I was welcome to call back if I needed to. I m so grateful for these people. They are amazing! Would recommend to anyone!!!Service: Car towing

These guys are absolutely wonderful. Helped me tow my truck. If I ever needed a tow again. They will be the first ones I call. If I were to recommend a tow service it would be Miami tow and recovery. Hands Down!

My Pacifica was stuck on the edge of my driveway. I called Miami tow and they came out the next day and got my car unstuck. There were drifts and mud and melted snow and the van kept slipping sideways. Jackson worked so hard to get my car loose. He was absolutely outstanding !

The gentleman that came out to help us was wonderful! We had made many calls to locksmiths, sheriff department, multiple places without any luck of anyone being open in the area and able to come out and help us! Had even called the sheriffs department multiple times begging for them to come help because i had a child with me and I could not find a single locksmith open it available until I found this guy! It didn t take long for him to show up, he heard my story and told me he was on the way, and was there within minutes! He told me he did not have a truck in the area but he would hop in his personal vehicle and head my! His customer service was outstanding! If I can recommend any tow companies in the Miami county area, they will be it! The sheriffs department of all places was of zero help saying I was out of their jurisdiction but was in Miami county?! I am so thankful for Scott and the kindness and compassion he showed me when he towed my, now totaled, Ford Explorer!! When I plowed into a huge buck on the highway, I was unable to get pictures of the massive damage. I called Miami Tow and asked if someone could take a picture for me. Scott was more than happy to help! When I went to clean it out, I had questions about what to expect next. Scott was so informative and answered all them. I managed to back up over our culvert and couldn't get out. We have roadside assistance and they put me in touch with Scott. He had a truck here in less than an our hour. The driver, Jesse, did an awesome job and pulled my car out with no damage! Scott then called back just to make sure that everything went OK. We will definitely call him if we need tow services again.

Got ran off the road and Miami tow wasted no time getting to me and helping out. They helped me fix the fence for the farmer also, and towed my car home. Awesome people, they go the extra mile to satisfy everyones needs.

Today, august 31st my car decided to have difficulties. I waited 4 & a half hours at Oriellys in Paola for AAA. I called Miami tow & he answered & explained to me to called tripe A let them know we have someone who can be there in 10 minutes. I then called him back, saying tripe A won t take care of the bill unless I pay out of pocket & they d reimburse me. Scott bought my two year old food because we haven t ate since 1 pm this afternoon & then came & got my car & took us home. If you ever ever need assistance with towing, call Scott! He was really awesome to work with & so so caring. He didn t have to go out of his way to get us home & get my baby boy fed but he did. Thank you so so much Scott!
