This place was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so fast! We just needed an oil change, but we got there 20 minutes before our appointment, and were done within about 30 minutes. They were the only ones i called that could do it same day. At least 8 people came in to drop off vehicles while we were there and they managed to work them all in within the customer's time restraints.

reasons why Miami Auto is better than Burnett automotive. 1. it only cost me $23 just to swap out the tire on my rim. $5 for them to keep the old one, literally chump change. 2. i was able to get it done within like 15 mins, easy peasy bro. now take burnett automotive. i asked if they could remove the old tire and put on the new ones. said they could do it tomorrow. now i did ask if they could replace the front two. just cause i had two tires in my car. they topped me off at a total of like $75 or so, now if it was miami auto it wouldve been $58, way better deal. Know what i did instead? Went STRAIGHT to miami county auto. heres why. they're quick, they've got way better prices. and friendly employees. not that burnett wasnt. but nonetheless, if your looking for a place to fix your car. its miami auto

I tried giving the small town shop a chance and was left spending too much time going back for reservice. They installed a new parking break for me and didn't tighten it, so I needed to go back. They over tightened it when I went back. When I'd call about these issues, it always came across as my fault. I ended up going to Olathe Ford, who would have been cheaper and resolved that issue first try. They may be a good shop, but my experience was poor. I will only go to Ford now as although their labor hour is more, the other items I had quoted by both shops were similar, or Ford was slightly cheaper.

My preferred shop to use. Trustworthy, great communication, great pricing. They've helped on small projects and vehicles that needed extensive work. No complaints, would recommend.

Knowledgeable staff, courteous & helpful. Got us what we needed the same day for the first tire (which was amazing, considering we just walked in, having had a minor tire disaster on our trailer). I had an oil leak. It was fixed with a gasket replacement. Also had a strange noise in rear left brake area. The guys cleaned out both left and right break pad areas and the noise was eliminated. All this for a very reasonable cost. Couldn't ask for more! I hear all sorts of horror stories from people who use other businesses. Wish they all could know about these great guys!

Just had my fill filter change on my 18 Chevy Duramax they were able to get it in pretty quick and good quality I think. They also check my tire pressures they give it a good look over. Friendly staff

Best price for Alignments! I called around and found they are cheaper by a minimum of $10 to $40 compared to other places within 25 miles. Great, Personable staff and they were able to fit me in the next morning. Pricing for oil service is less too, definitely has my auto business moving forward.

Had my catalytic converter flange rust off and separate from the muffler. MCA got me in on a Friday, welded a flex pipe, and done the same day. Prices are super affordable and cheaper than the bigger box stores. Support local businesses.

We took our car here to get a engine noise looked at which turned out to be a bad water pump. They also recommended having the timing chain replaced while the side of the engine was dismantled, which would save time later on, and their quote was right on what they said it would be, we are very pleased with the work and the car was finished within a couple of days. We will definitely be going back for future repairs.

On 3/14/2023 I took my 2009 Impala to Miami County Auto to have an oil leak fixed & a tire pressure light fixed. They charged us $1,292.65 to do this work. Upon returning home we found the tire light was still on & the car still leaked engine oil. I called them with my concerns & they told us to bring the car back which we did on 3/16/2023. They performed numerous additional work & installation of parts & told us the problems were fixed. This cost an additional $1,371.64. Upon returning home I found the tire light was fixed but the car still leaked oil just as it had when we started. I am now out $2,664.29 & my car still leaks oil just as it did when we started. I have not contacted them again because I do not want another bill & nothing repaired. These are the indisputable facts of this matter. Since having this work done, I have been told by many that this is not a good place to take a vehicle for repair. Unfortunately we trusted them when we should not have. They are very poor at fixing a car & good at filling out bills.Randy StoughtonService: Engine repair

Both times I went here they screwed it up. The first time I took my vehicle to be fixed and then brought it home and had nothing but problems with it. Now that vehicle is un-drivable. This last time we paid for a brand new tire they gave us a used tire and it went completely flat from a huge Crack in the tire from being so used. Brought it in to have it replaced with warranty and they denied selling us a used tire and basically said we were lying. Ended up charging us for another new tire and not using the warranty. They were extremely rude and made us feel like idiots and liars both times. I will never return and wouldn't suggest anyone else going. Terrible place. Terrible people.

Probably not usual, but I called in the morning to get a new starter expecting a long wait and they were able to get me in immediately and within 6 hours had our vehicle back to us. Brought my VW here for a oil leak 3500.00 4 visits later it still leaks oilThe only place in 3 years to change the oil was MCAI m out of town and needed an oil change appears the drain plug has been stripped out !!! And hence we my oil leak

Bills been working on all our vehicles since he first opened. You won't find a better shop anywhere. Always fair, and always gives 110% to his customers.
