Got a flat on the highway (thank you construction) and was able to limp it over to Walmart Auto Care. There were only two guys working. At first, he said they weren't taking any more cars, but then he still took the time to take a look at my tire and squeeze me in. Within an hour, the tire of replaced and I was off. Really appreciate them helping me out. Took a huge weight off my chest.

I try to bring my car here because it s across the street from my job so it s easy to drop off but it s no longer worth it. The lady that works the counter (every weekday I swear, can t even just go on a day she doesn t work) will do anything to not help me. It s frustrating and at this point, I d rather spend the extra $$ at Valvoline cause at least I won t have to deal with that. Won t be coming here again, y all win.

I had a frustrating experience at Walmart replacing my warranty-covered battery. The manager was unhelpful and seemed disinterested, insisting on an appointment for a quick process. An employee ultimately assisted me within 5 minutes. Poor customer service and lack of empathy make for an unpleasant visit.

Went for tires but I ended up not getting anything done, because they just changed there policy on walkin......but from past experience they are more worried about partying than the customer and safety. Last time i had my oil changed there, there were kicking it so hard they put the wrong oil in and forgot to put my cap back on. The tires though were the cheapest I found new. But will probably never go there again

If it's not a 2 hour wait it's short staffed.If you can't get your staff in on time and ready to work they need to be working elsewhere.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed!!!! Called was told after letting Mattie know I would be there in a half hour my wait time would be 1 1/2 hours to 2 . Took over 3 1/2 hours . Witnessed people flat out lying to customers . Never never never go there.

Almost two hours for two tire install and rotation. Upon arrival I had to correct the employee checking me in that the new tires are always supposed to go on the back when you only buy two - that in itself was a 10 minute argument until he realized I was right. Two of the technicians walked around the whole time socializing and were cursing up a storm even when inside the store, and the one working on my car was just standing there almost every time I peeked out the window. According to another employee who showed up later to work the register, he is notorious for being obscenely slow. Once the job was finally, blessedly done, the register employee and myself both had to snap at the technicians to return my key when she had already asked twice in the last 10 minutes, and they were lollygagging even to do that. Just standing around talking rather than walk the 10 feet to the window to return the key. Awful, awful experience. The woman who worked the register was the only saving grace. My TPMS light came on almost immediately and apparently I have to pay for any replacement sensors even though I'm sure one broke due to the technician's incompetence. I'll get it fixed somewhere else. I could have done it myself and probably quicker and for what I paid for such ridiculously bad service, next time I will.Edit: updating to add that I found the reason the TPMS light was on/why one of my brand new tires was leaking. The stem was loose. Thankfully an easy enough fix. Do not get your tires installed here.

Oil change with rotate and balance took 3 hours with no customer in front of me. Is the staff nice? Sure. Does that matter after 3 hours? No.If you can leave your car here all day then it's probably fine. Don't show up at 7am and expect your vehicle to get done in any reasonable amount of time.

If you go there to have anything done with your tires, make sure they rotate and balance them. Had a tire patched up from a mail in it and they didn t balance them. Steering wheel was shaking violently until I could take it somewhere else. Take your car to Costco, they ll take care of you!Service: TiresService: Tires

I had a hard time reaching them, but was lucky to have a sales person who totally went out of her way to communicate with me and finally connect me to the repair shop. The shop didn't have it's inventory updated with the website and although the website showed it in stock and available at that location, it was out of stock and not available. I give a 10 rating for the lady who went out of her way to get me connected to the shop but only a 7 rating to the shop and website for not being accurate as to what they had in stock and available. Had I not called, I would have wasted fuel going there and returning empty handed.

Mark was our technician. We were staying in KS for the evening but our battery has previous issues and then our check engine light came on. We pulled in 20 minutes before they closed and had the LUCK of getting Mark and Ivy to take us in and take care of us. Not only were they willing to stay well after 6pm close but also we re so personable and helpful in getting our battery changed so that we could get back to TX the next day. Mark deserves a promotion for his professionalism and attention to detail. He even put air in our tires! Thanks so much, lifesavers!Service: Battery

While I can't complain about the free labor of installing a new battery at Walmart. They did warn me my battery light came on and I was instructed if I can't reset it myself, I would have to take it somewhere else. I drove home and the next day went out to a dead car battery. After getting it to my closest auto repair, Walmart had disconnected my alternator wire. So $150 later i had a working car again. Could have been sheer accident or negligence. Either or, very disappointed. All this could have been avoided if they chose to read the code THEY created. SMH.Service: Battery

Literally the worst place ever. I called 3 days this week and no one answered. I finally get here and they say it s a 3 hour wait. I said well I ve tried to call multiple times throughout the week. When I told Ivy this, she said well when we are out here we don t hear it . She then proceeded to tell a customer to watch out . She was very rude and unprofessional. If you guys are not going to answer the phone and have such a wait time, at least have someone pleasant dealing with the customers.Service: Tires

I am a frequent customer at this Wal-Mart Autocare. You have to really check your vehicle when they're done. About a month ago I purchased a car battery and I didn't find out until 3 weeks later that my automatic car start is no longer working. It disconnected when they installed the battery and of course they claimed to not know anything about it or how to reprogram it.

Unfortunately we waited over 3 hours when they said there was only one person in front of us for a simple oil change. Very poor costumer service, they didn't know what they were doing and our car started having issues the next day. It's almost like they went in there and slashed our wiper fluid container so it wouldn't hold wiper fluid and our power steering stopped working. I do like walmart and they usually do have good costumer service but our auto experience was so terrible!

Worst experience when i went for oil change. Old women at auto care was really rude and she always says that oil change will take 3-4 hours even if there aren t any cars for service.

First time ever using Walmart Auto, took my car in early in the morning to get a new battery and replace the old one. I received great customer service, they couldn't get to my car right away since I was second in line so I needed to do some shopping anyways and they said they would call me when my car was ready. Great first time experience, great customer service, highly recommend, will be using them again.

Every time I ve came here I can t help but notice it takes 3 hours to get an oil change no matter how early I was and again I noticed that they couldn t help there selves by making sure ALL THE WHITE PEOPLE got there cars before other minorities. If your black or brown don t spend your money here. I don t care what the excuse is I was here before all of them

Called and spoke to an Ivy. Asked for an estimated time on the seven cars she currently had in line and she said she couldn t give me one. Proceeded to tell me I wasn t allowed to make same day appointments (which I have previously at another Walmart and asked if it was this specific Walmart that doesn t and she wouldn t answer my question) then when I asked her name she laughed minorly, said Ivy and then asked if I wanted her to grab her supervisor. Poor and unprofessional service when I m trying to spend a good chunk of change.

Horrible experience. Waited 20 minutes for someone to log my car. They said 4 cars in front of me, 2 hour wait. I had to do shopping so fine. 3 hours later they tell me they will get to it in an hour. I left. Went to Valvoline. No wait. 15 minutes. In and out. Walmart may be a little cheaper but not 4 hours for an oil change cheaper!

Ivy was an amazing help! She set up an appointment for me and she was so pleasant and professional when I came to pick up my car. She also helped a woman in front of me and was such a ray of sunshine!
