I've used this place for oil changes for several years but that's about to change. I get the $54 Mobil One service which is supposed to include a vacuum, windshield wash, fluids top off, tire top off & check of the wipers. The technician was obviously in a bad mood, arguing with other staff. Although he checked the boxes for the extra services he did none of them. No vaccum, dirty windshield, torn wiper blade ( I replaced it later) tires at uneven levels & I topped off my other fluids later. Next time I'll just change my own oil on this & our other 4 cars. Very disappointing.

Went here for an oil change on a Friday mid afternoon. Waited inside for 15 minutes for the supervisor to finally come to the counter, to get told to go wait in the garage, not in a kind manner. I go to the garage and try to get someone s attention for 5 minutes, when I finally do he tells me I m going to have to wait he s busy, so I wait and wait. If they don t want business just say that. Will just go to an actual oil changing place. Thanks.

Such a bad experience! The day before the guy I talked there told me I can make an appointment so I did. I was asking him how long I should expect to stay and he told me around 1 to 2 hours, I needed to know cuz I took a few hours off work. When I came I checked IN then I was waiting and after an hour they still didn't touch my car I went to the guy to ask him what's going on ... he told me they soon going to start work on my car I waited another 45 minutes and they still didn't do anything so I just took my car.A waste of time I was there for around 2 and a half hours. They are so not organized and very slowly I'm sorry I'm saying that but that was a really bad experience. Especially when you taking an appointment make sure you're giving the service on time or maybe in a delay of 30 minutes but not 2 hours

I had a 10 o clock appointment to put one tire on this morning. The initial tech that helped me originally complained that it was a bad day and that they don t have a torque wrench and that somebody needs to come pick me up because it s gonna be several hours. he processed on the iPad the car but entered the wrong tire for the wrong location on the car. As he walked away, he let out a long three step fart. 2 1/2 hours later I have a tech chatting with a girl that was seeking service for 20 minutes Then saw that I was standing there and asked me which car I was waiting on and I told him and he said that they were finally trying to find someone to tell him which tire to put on which location of the car. Once that was done, he had it done in 20 minutes. No sense of urgency since they made the mistake of leaving their torque wrench and a car the day before Backed up and no sense of urgency or customer service skills at this location for tire care , just absolutely horrendous .

Could not get tires off a stock Ford vehicle. Could not find the tires I ordered after receiving email that tires were there. Ask to talk to manager about how we will know the tires are in since we already received the email. Waited for a manager, who was supposedly on the way, 25 minutes later, no manager. Understaffed, unprepared, unresponsive.

I always go here for my oil changes from here on out. THE NICEST CREW and MOST HELPFUL and VERY KIND people. Went once before, had a great experience, decided to go back. Went in for an oil change tonight, was leaving the parking lot and there was a little bit of white smoke coming from under the hood, anxiety reached 100% immediately so I turned around, scared to death, and they checked it out, no questions asked. No attitude, only concern. Very kind through the entire process, and I have terrible anxiety, and they also made sure I was okay, I can't say enough kind things about them. The issue hasn't popped up again after driving around for a bit just to be sure. I will always go here in the future, I adore everyone the Auto Care Center, thank you for taking another peek and making sure that this anxiety chihuahua was good to get back on the road.

I brought my car here to get two tires on a Monday around noon. I already had them ordered in. I was informed it would be 4 hours to get them on. It ended up being 7 and I was unfortunately stuck in their waiting area that entire time. I know they can't control how many cars come in for the day, but I don't feel like they worked quickly or had enough staff at all. I won't return.

I was having trouble with a car battery that had been replaced at this WalMart about a year ago. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and I explained my situation. They got my car in right away and performed a battery test. The technician came into the waiting room, told me what they found and said the battery would be replaced under warranty. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. I left with a new battery, at no charge to me because of the warranty. When all was said & done, I had spent about 45 minutes at the shop. Great service. Thank you!!

I went in to get my tire patched, hit a nail. They had three people come out and look at my tire, trying to tell me that I needed to get my alignment fixed and I need all new tires. I told them that I m only here for a patch fix. About an hour later I noticed they were pulling my car out of the service bay then instead of them parking the car they drive my car around the parking lot. Then when I get into my car I noticed that I had an item stolen out of my door handle. It was a $4 item so I hope you enjoy that. Should have just left when I first came in because there was a lady before me yelling at the front desk manager saying that there were item stolen out of her car. It s very apparent that they don t care much for honesty and integrity. So if you don t mind your car being searched while it s being serviced, Walmart is the place for you. My recommendation is go to the tire shop across the street. They won t do any of that

The lady manager was definitely disrespectful/unprofessional. The whole auto area seemed distasteful . Literally called for them to say ideally a 1 hr wait then got there 5 min later and the technician complained that they haven t even touched cars from that morning : ) would ve been nice to know they were THAT behind and understaffed . Walmart employees are so rude .. please save your time & money by going to an ACTUAL auto shop

The customer service was fine and dandy. The oil change took maybe an hour, which is also fine. What is not fine is putting in the wrong oil filter and recycling the oil through again and ripping me off completely. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It's one thing to not have the wrong filter but in the long run you're putting a life on the line with your laziness and that's not okay by reusing the ALREADY OLD oil. A month after this "oil change" and my vehicle is in the shop for work that would NEVER have had to happen if you had done your job. I'm just appalled and worried for all the other people you've affected with this ignorance. I should've bared the cold and done it myself like I normally do, never had a problem figuring out an oil change myself, can't imagine how you did

Since I can t give 0 I ll give them 1 star.Look I know what it s like being busy in the customer care realm but I stood waiting (just me) at the check in counter with an employee standing right there doing other things. I m fine with him doing what he needs to do. BUT ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMER!Then they left my car unlocked in the lot. They also couldn t figure out what a Nissan 350z was, I d be ok again but it s the only Nissan in the Lot!Came back the next day where I was rudely greeted and told they re too busy to get to my car. Fine but don t glare at me and be rude.Hate this auto center!0/10

Pathetic, I wish I knew a more bad word for their service. I took one of my car for oil change, apparently the lady told me that it will take 2 hours for a simple oil change, since I did not plan it to be this long I thought of returning the next day. The next day same lady again told me the wait will be 2 hours. I agreed and spent time wandering in walmart store. After about 1 hour 45 minutes when I got back to the service area I was told that the car got service about an hour ago. They took my phone number to call when the service completes but they didn't even call. After a couple of days I realized my GPS and some more electronics were missing from my car. I had parked and locked my car in my garage which was locked as well since I got my car back from oil change. I went to the walmart service center again and the same lady came up on the counter. I asked her that if some electronics from my car were left there but she started making awkward faces and told me to go to their manager and ask for a video proof as there are cameras all araound. Now if they know that there are cameras in the premises they can take the car outside and do their busuiness where there are no eyes on them. After the oil change they parked my car unlocked in parking outside. Even if they did not do it, they should be responsible enough to atleast lock the car and call the owner that the service has been completed. Please be cautious if you plan on taking your auto to this location, avoid them if you can.

Never too crowded. I love Walmart but I will say the old lady that is greeting people looks half dead. Wouldn't just say that, but it's definitely creepy. I'm all for hiring the elderly, but come on did you just put her there and never questioned whether or not it was affecting your business/customers? Come on Walmart...

My battery was dead, so i rolled the car down a hill, popped the clutch and drove to walmart to buy a battery. After seeing the sign saying, "batteries purchased here are installed for free", i figured; what the hell. Need an oil change anyways! Well, that decision could not have been worse. After the 45 minute qouted time, i was paged overhead for, " questions about vehical". I return to the desk. " sorry, we cant change your oil". I have a broken dip stick tube, i knew about. After asking if they could just change the oil, put in the standard 5 qts the vehical reguired and mark it on there paperwork that i agreed and was aware of this issue they refused.... couldn't verify with the dipstick. Fine. Next was the battery. Me: did you replace the battery. Walmart employee: no, we couldnt get the terminal leads off. More discussions about this. Finally i signed the paperwork of no work provided, walked to the gentleman i told not turn off the car; as it would not start again. I ask where the car was, he pointed. I got half way there before realizing i had the keys to my car...... that wont start withought a god damn battery! I spent a whopping 10 minutes changing my own battery, directly in front of a bay of impressively incompetent, dare i say mechanics. Walked back in for my 13$ battery cell charge fee back, then promtly drove to a real auto shop that was more than happy to change my oil. Make your own decisions folks, but i would agree to a backroom surgery in mexico before giving these people mechanical access to my car again.

Pick up your pace and work. Don t give a estimate on time if you can t get the job done within that time. 1 tire change takes them literally almost 2 hours... When they said 45 mins.

Called and inquired about an oil type for a oil change. The one that I wanted was OK for my car. Went in and had some confusion at the desk. They made it right for me! Nice customer service!
