The staff was extremely helpful. I came in needing an oil change, and having an issue with a coolant leak. They were very helpful in addressing my issues and providing a solution. Unfortunately I needed a full replacement of my Water Pump & Serpentine Belt due to a failed gasket in the pump. While providing a reasonable price for the full replacement, the team suggested I contact the place that I last got the Water Pump replaced less than 2 years ago to see if there was a warranty. It turned out there was and I found out I would be able to get the pump & belt replaced for free. This showed me their honesty and that it was more important for them to provide me an affordable service than to seek out money, as I wouldn't have thought to make that call had they not suggested it (wasn't even thinking about the possibility of a warranty). I will take my vehicles back to be serviced at this location in the future.

I dropped it off for my appt on time. Was told to give them til closing. No problem. Go in at 5 to pick it up and it hadn't even been looked at. No phone call. Was asked to give them 30 min, I told them I'd give them an hour. As soon as I get home I get a call their tech walked out. So they had my car overnight and had to rearrange things to get to work. Was told it would be looked at 1st thing Monday morning. I gave them til 1 pm and I had to call for an update. They said it was done and forgot to call. Go to pick it up and no apology or anything. This was simply a tire that needed a plug. Not satisfied with how it all went down and lack of communication.

Had a 10am appointment and didn t get my car until 7:45pm!!! Simple oil change and new tires. Once I got it I drove it home (2 minutes away) it started acting funny and then just stopped running. Come to find out they added too much oil and now I need a new engine!! DO NO GO HERE they are too short staffed to handle even the simplest tasks

Just came to pick up our car that was supposed to be left with keys in it... unlocked. No keys. My partner had just arranged this. Just made an hour round trip for nothing.Update:called this morning they lost our key. Only key to the car. They don't know where it is. Professional.

Well luckily this is a corporate vehicle and not my own but I called last Friday to make an appt for brakes needing to be done, tire rotation, and an oil change, 8 am Monday morning appt, and id wait on it. The car didn't get taken back till like 9 and was out quicker then it should have been so I knew something was off, I asked if they looked at the brakes. They said no it wasn't in the notes, ok well I've played that game before. Played back the recorded phone call (I was around too many of these guys to not start recording calls), then the guy rebuked and said yeah he's horrible at writing tickets, said then why does he work here? Well cuz apparently that's the head. If the head can't Instill notes properly on a service ticket, it doesn't instill confidence on how else the business is run. If it was my personal vehicle I'd just do this all myself.

First of all, I was told my tie rod was bent. Second of all I was quoted over $800 for mid range tires rated at 50,000 miles with road hazard $700 without road hazard. I decided to call around, found a much more reasonable quote and took my car there BUT had to leave work nearly 3 hours early. Not only did I get tires for $300 cheaper rated at 65,000 miles that were BETTER, but I found out that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with that tie rod. I also was told by the folks at Tires Plus that I had belts showing and no tread. I am not blind and even I could see that was false BUT I did have it confirmed that wasn t true by the other tire place. Just because I am a woman does not mean I am ignorant, stupid or gullible. DO BETTER

THREE STRIKES AND TIRES PLUS IS OUT!!!I have been getting my vehicles serviced at this location for 3 years. I initially purchased tires for both my vehicles and was given the up sale pitch to purchase the lifetime alignment and balance service. This is the only reason I continued to take my vehicles here. If I had known that this location was so incompetent I would have run in the opposite direction.STRIKE ONEThe first time I went back to have my tires rotated and balanced I discovered a hub cap had gone missing a couple of days later. I was told Tires Plus isn't liable.STRIKE TWO.This one aggravates me the most because it involves the safety of my family. I had a tire rotation and balance done the day before leaving on a family vacation. 2 hours into the trip, going 75mph west bound on I70, I noticed a sound coming from the front drivers side. The sound persisted and got louder and louder. As the sound grew louder I knew immediately what the wobbling sound was. I pulled over to discover the lugs were FINGER TIGHT!!! loose enough for me to remove them with my bare hands.STRIKE THREEI recently took my truck in for an oil change. I dropped it off at 4:00pm and returned at 7:00pm to pick it up only to find it was still on the lift, and two employees standing underneath it scratching their heads with a disconcerting look on their faces. I waited for 30 minutes until someone finally came out to talk to me. They said, "who ever installed the last oil filter put it on too tight". I reminded him that they installed the last one. Because they were unable to remove the oil filter they put me back on the road without replacing it. The next morning I left my house for work to find a small puddle of oil in my drive way. It made me wonder, what condition did they leave the existing oil filter in?? I replace the oil filter myself that night so my truck would stop leaking oil!! when I removed the oil filter (with no problem) I found a mangled filter that had been punctured and crushed. Why would they put me back on the road with a leaking oil filter?! Its Unbelievable!! REFER TO IMAGES ATTACHEDI don't blame the employees for this. These types of mistakes come from the top down. Based on my experience, they appear to have no quality assurance protocol to make sure the job gets done correctly. I urge anyone looking to get their cars serviced at this location to look elsewhere!!!

My experience today shows that there are still good people in the world. I brought in some go kart rims and tires. Knowing that they were small and out of norm, the gentleman that helped me took on the task and was upfront with me. He saved me a ton of time and didn't charge me a cent. His only ask was that I write a review. My review is this. These guys take the time to go out of scope just to be helpful. They will have my business and I hope they will have yours.Service: Tires

Carl(mgr) is a stellar individual. He took care of my disastrous situation in a flash! This is really the most professional tire place I've ever been to. Clean neat great service Carl suggested a credit card with this company and I got it. I recommend this location highly to anyone!

We were on a trip & traveling through Overland Park, KS & noticed a bolt in one of our tires. I called this establishment & even though it was on a Sunday & close to closing time for them, they still got me in & took care of the problem. The service repairman was helpful, courteous & conscientious & did an excellent job with the repair. Would highly recommend!!! Thank you!!! folks!!

Well decided to try this tires plus again came here awhile back and tires on a truck and was pleased with their work. I got here at around 7:40am they like others don't open till 8am, was waiting in car noticed another man go in so I went in. Waited my turn let Carl service manager know what I needed and he informed me only a/c certified person at the shop was him but he would try if he had time to get it done for me, he also let me know his first mechanic wouldn't be in till 9. I agreed to leave car I walked about half block down to grab some breakfast found restaurant not open tried calling for a ride home no one answered so walked back to tires plus. Got there Carl already had my car in shop and he was working on it. He was very diligent on doing his job around doing work on my car, long story short he got my car done was very professional and I feel went above and beyond to help me. I appreciate everything he did and will be recommending this tires plus to everyone I know and will be back. Thanks alot Carl you've renewaled my faith in tires plus

Called to get an estimate on brakes and resurfacing rotors. Quoted an amount 5x the amount of Honda Dealer. When I asked clarifying questions for more accurate pricing the associate hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude. Pricing not competitive. 1 stars is not low enough.

A couple years ago I decided that I would not do any major service here since they did a terrible job and I had to have their work fixed by another mechanic. But, I decided since I could conveniently walk to this location I would still do oil changes and tire rotations and other minor things. Well, that changed today. They rotated my tires and could not fill them back up to the 35psi specification. What's worse is that I had an inspection done and they did not notice my engine coolant was low. Come on, that is one of the basic things to look at! I don't mean like slightly lower than the min fill line, I mean dangerously low!!! If I didn't look myself I could be in some real trouble down the road. Unacceptable. Don't bring your vehicle here for any reason, it is just not worth it. Take it to someone who cares like Russell Automotive.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. Dropped my car off and was pleasantly surprised when they called and my car was done several hours early. The work was good, the price was reasonable and they treat you like you might actually know something about cars. Which I appreciate since I used to own my own shop.

I am sad to write this review as I had many excellent experiences in this location. I made an online appointment for a tire rotation scheduled for last Saturday. I requested to wait for the service. When I arrived I was told that it was going to take over 2 hours as they were extremely busy. I agreed to re-schedule for today at 10:00 am and reminded them that I needed to wait for the service. At my arrival the manager told me that I could not wait in their lobby as their lobby was closed by Johnson County since last April. When I mentioned that I had made online reservation to wait in the lobby and reaffirmed my request when I agreed to re-schedule, the manager said it was an error of the employee and the website. You lost me as a customer!!! A courtesy call or a sign on the door could have avoided this inconvenience. You have no right to make me waist my time!!! I just made a phone reservation on the Tire Plus on 119th St to wait for the service. They confirmed me that their lobby is open for customers waiting. This store is located in the same city, county and state... perhaps you need to get your rules more clear to your managers

Manager extremely rude and acted put off that customers walked in. Wouldn't even look me in the eye. Just rattled off how busy they were and just shaking his head. It was definitely obvious he just wanted myself and the customer behind me to leave.

Went in to have my battery replaced. I asked how long it would take. I was told 1 hour. (I had to wait as I did not have another ride.) I asked to check my alignment on my wheels. I knew this would extend my wait time. It took 1 hour and 40 mins to replace my battery. They then checked my alignment and indicated that I needed to have my wheels aligned. I told them that I couldn t wait all day. They indicated it would be 10 mins. 30 mins later I was told they couldn t do my rear tires due to a break in my rods. So I ended up with a partial alignment. I am not confident in this store s ability to work on foreign cars. I will be getting a second opinion. I spent 2 hours and 40 mins of my day wasted. Think twice if you have a foreign car. They lack confidence in their ability to do the work and to do it timely.

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE:I brought my car in that just had new brake-pads and rotors installed.The car needed to be bled.These guys told me they would take care of it by the end of the day.Three hours later, they call me and tell me it's done.Then immediately, they call me back and say it's not done and needs an additional part.Okay fine, then they call back a few minutes later and say something else.This is when my heart-rate started going up and I could smell the scam.I told them to take the car down I'm coming to pick it up.When I came to pick it up they gave me the keys without a word.I came home and bled the brakes myself, after about 15 minutes everything was back to normal (only one wheel needed to be pumped by the way).Also, I checked for the part they said was missing, AKA the "gasket" fOr thE bRake lIneZ sIr - it was there the whole time and nothing was leaking.Long story short, this place is one shady - be very careful of doing any business, you might have a better chance rolling the dicewith a more family or community shop that cares about peoples' well being and not just about getting the most on a ticket.In the end, I learned my lesson, don't be lazy and do it yourself, if you can - or find someone that isn't crooked. Came in to replace two tires. Would only service me if I replaced all 4. No thanks. I'll wait till Monday when other tire shops are open. And I looked up the tire tread guidelines. The guy lied to me and said I need to replace tires. Dont come here not honest.

Seth and all the guys in the garage are awesome . Great customer service - great at updating me . I had struts, tires , alignment etc.but..... Mr District Manager - who was in the office on Monday 4-18-16 .is HORRIBLE . He was literally yelling in a conference call about all the stores , telling some of them they were over on payroll, talking about the glass half full half empty and not considering the ice . If I were an employee on the other end of that conference call I would have wanted to punch him . As a customer I heard the whole 15 minute call about numbers and pushing brake jobs and alignments because that is where the money is made . It was terrible . He took a few phone calls within my range of hearing and he was a jerk in all of them . Worst corporate hire ever ! I would quit as an employee than work for him and file a lawsuit for stress in the workplace . Seriously he was awful and someone should look in to this . I would NOT come back if he were going to be there when I need my car serviced again .

Tons of business has been done at Burnett Automotive down the street the past 15 years. The last straw was when I brought in a spare tire on a rim (with a slow leak) to Burnett and they refused to work on it due to it being 13 years old. I told them it was my spare, never on the ground, that I bought from them new. Literally thousands spent at Burnett... refused to look at it. Took it to Tires Plus, no argument. Fixed the seal on the rim, and didn't charge me a penny. Gladly would have paid... I have found my new tire shop! Thanks guys for taking care of a customer!! I am very happy!!!

When arrived for scheduled online 8AM appointment for oil change and tires rotation, was told to leave car for the day. Appointment was for in-and-out service. When asked for ride home if I leave the car for the day, was denied. What is the point in online scheduling and following three confirmation e-mails from Tires Plus? Could they call me before and re-schedule? Will never use this place again - unprofessional.

What a blessing! Every experience here has been great, but they out did themselves this time! New tires in Aug, found a roofing nail less than 2 months later and they took care of me...no questions asked! I just moved closer to the Olathe shop, but I will probably drive out of my way for these guys!
