Great place for an oil change! The manager was super helpful with explaining everything to me and making sure we had a good experience and when he saw I had my little kids with me he brought them juice and a snack. That s top notch considerate service and I ll be back here next time. Great place to go for all you mommas who might be bringing kids along with you. Stay in the car the whole time and let the pros handle it!

This company is really honest. I stopped in for an oil change but they let me know the manufacturer recommendations were for further apart since I used synthetic oil. I appreciate the honesty and information. When I have had my oil changed they were fast and friendly.

Great service! Austin was extremely helpful. Had a small leak from my drain plug so they put a new rubber washer so it would seal better. Will be going back!

Received good solid service. While I was offered additional services with my oil change I wasn t pressured into purchasing any of them. The staff were courteous, professional, and kept me informed. It was quick service and they were also kind to my little kiddo. I appreciate the attentiveness and quality of service. I will be back again!

I had the best time getting my oil changed here. I knew oil was once spilled on my engine. They cleaned it the best they could free of charge. They told me about a little leak I have. And my favorite part was the man who fixed my messed up windshield wiper for free. My wiper resting spot was up suspiciously high and everyone always told me it was fine. But that sweet man fixed it in like 2 minutes. None of those great things even include the actual service I came for and received! Will be back and highly recommend. They were also never pushy. <3

I've always received excellent customer service from Emma and her team, as they've been always honest, efficient and proficient whenever I've visited to get my car serviced! Been going here since they opened and will not go anywhere else for an oil change! The best part is that you get to sit in your car during the service and that's awesome! Keep up the great work guys!

They were great! Valvoline never knew how to work on my car(Volvo) and would have me there for 3 hours just to send me somewhere else but at Take 5 I was in and out in 10 minutes! Highly recommend

I had the best oil change in my life here! The young gentleman were welcoming and eager to work. I desperately needed new windshield wiper blades and they recommended a new cabin filter. All things I did needed. Wonderful experience all around, I'll be back!

Better than going to any other big name lube shop. Just as quick, and even more reliable. Live 20 mins from my job. Left for work at 7:25 and decided to stop by on the way. Made it to work by 8:10.

I had the best experience. My work hours do not allow me much free time during normal car shop business hours, and my car was in dire need of an oil change. I decided to go during an early morning Chiefs game, which made me wonder how present the workers would be. I was greeted happily and promptly. They recommended the best oil change for my high mile vehicle. They even showed me my air filter and told me it was far from needing to be changed. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsale or add anything unnecessary. I was in and out so quickly; it took me longer to drive there than it did to get my oil change! I highly recommend them.

Fast service, friendly staff.It was nice not having to wait in line. We drove right in and were in and out in 10 minutes. One of my kids were in the car and we had a bunch of groceries in the car, and it never got too hot because the staff was so quick.They kept us up to speed on the process and even gave me and my 6 year old a drink. Definitely going back here for our oil changes in the future.

I had a great experience there. I got an oil change and a coolant flush. They also showed the fluid they pulled out versus the fluid that should be in the car. Money well worth spent and I will definitely be going back here.

WARNING... IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE DON'T TAKE IT TO THIS 2 BIT OIL CHANGE SPOT. I went there on FRIDAY, NOTICED A LEAK UNDER MY VEHICLE, SATURDAY, THEY'RE CLOSED ON SUNDAY, WENT THERE ON MONDAY. NO REFUND. BUT OFFERED 1/2 OFF ON MY NEXT OIL CHANGE....(AS IF) When I first went there, they were saying how my vehicle is in MINT condition. Even after showing the picture of the fresh oil stain NO REFUND. THE MORAL OF THIS POST IS DON'T GO TO NO NAME OIL CHANGE SPOTS & If you're not LITE ENOUGH, you might as well throw your BENJAMIN ON I 435. Take 5 GETS TI2 FINGER SALUTE

Amazing and informative crew here at this location. Greeted with a water bottle on arrival, educated with car health long term recommendations, and even ordered the filter my Nissan needed for installation later that same day. 10/10

I called to check prices to see if this was worth trying out. I specifically asked for FULL synthetic and specified my type of car. When I got to the end of checkout I found out what I had been quoted on the phone was partial synthetic? It was more expensive than going where I usually go Express Oil Change Tire Engineers. So the only reason I tried them in the first place is because I was quoted the wrong price. If they had given me the correct price I never would have given them a second glance. They also didn't have my oil filter in stock for 2006 highlander hybrid. Since I needed other filters anyway I decided to go buy it at an auotparts store and have them put it in. The part was $10 but they only took $5 off my oil change for a part I had to go get. The only good thing was that they put in the engine air filter I bought at the parts store. Then they tried to sell me a cabin filter but they only had one option and that basic option cost almost twice as much as buying a HEPA cabin filter online. In the end it wasn't quick and it wasn't cheap, so what's the market? Why would you go here and not somewhere else? This is the only time I've paid over $100 for ONLY an oil change. Not competitive. Go down the street. At least the people are nice.

Went in for oil change. Person helping me asked if I just needed oil checked. I said i was in for an oul change. He politely informed me that with the oil I chose on my last change, it was good for another 2000 miles

Super friendly customer service. Changed my oil and got new windshield wipers. Super fast. My only complaint (and reason it s not a 5 star review) is the price. $160ish for synthetic oil change and new windshield wipers seems steep. I guess you pay for efficiency. This is my fourth time going to Take 5 Oil Change off of 135th. First two were for regular oil changes which were great. Third time was with my mom, who was visiting from out of town and having issues with her car after an oil change in STL. They were able to fix the issue (a missing bolt) and didn t even charge us. Yesterday when I went because my check oil level light came on, they topped off my oil for free rather than up charging me to a new oil change before it was due. They re always professional and helpful and never upcharge which definitely creates client loyalty and more income in the long run!!!!

Always a positive experience here. They show you why you may need a new filter, not just blindly tell you that you need a new one. They scan the vin and it brings up all the information about your vehicle including prior services done anywhere. The military discount is very much appreciated. I used to dread getting my oil changed because we used to sit in waiting rooms. Now they direct you into the bay and they get started quickly. Added bonus, they air up tires!

First, Staff was professional and courteous. 5 stars on the staff. Waited for service only to find out they did not have my 2019 Chevy Colorado oil filter. Seems that should be a fairly common part. They could not do the service. Suggested I go to auto parts store buy one and bring it back to finish service. Can t imagine I ll risk wasting my time here when I haven t had this issue anywhere else.

Not impressed. It was fast, I ll give them that. Prices are steep even with a coupon. I got shamed by the employees for needing a new air filter. The employee pulled out the air filter and only said, you need a new one. Without any questions or explanation. She continued with it s really gnarly as she held it with two fingers. To me this is a simple fix and of course it gets dirty that s its job. Not worth the $87 synthetic blend when you can get full synthetic for less elsewhere.

By far one of the worst experiences we've ever had with vehicle service.Check engine light came on immediately after completing an oil change here and when the vehicle was immediately returned to the shop for a diagnosis, all we were told was there is a code for a 'bad sensor'. They never even looked under the hood. We found it very odd that a sensor just happened to go bad after this service, but what can you do? They're the "experts".So after paying out of pocket to replace the sensor, we also found the reason for the code (see attached photo). Apparently when the oil filter cap was replaced at Take 5, they pinched part of the wiring harness under the cap! Not sure how that happens, but hey, they're the "experts".After going back and forth with the shop manager, a district manager did stop by a week later to 'fix it'. This fix consisted of a basic wire crimp (instead of correctly soldering the wires back together) then the code was cleared, and he was on his way. Never even took it for a test drive. They did verbally offer to reimburse us for the parts, but you'll see how that pans out here in a bit...We test drove the vehicle ourselves after he left and the code was still present. Yes the wiring was 'fixed', but the new sensor was never tested and it had obviously shorted out prior to or during the wiring repair. So once again, we had to pay out of pocket for another sensor. Problem is finally solved - just not by the "experts".Round and round we go with the shop manager, district manager and emails to corporate... only feedback we get is that WE violated THEIR warranty because WE worked on the car after THEY didn't do anything even though WE brought the car back to the shop immediately. They had every opportunity to make this right, but yet it's somehow our fault?They did send a check reimbursing us for the oil change... but went back on their word about everything else. So nothing for the parts, nothing for the cost to replace the parts, nothing for the down-time since we couldn't drive the car for a week, zero.Lesson learned here is that even if we just need air in the tires, we won't be coming back to Take 5 for it!

I've been coming to take 5 for awhile now. Super nice fast and efficient. Overall work performance is great from beginning to end, and love how consistent they are.

Only location in the city of the quick oil change companies that had my Audi filter in stock. In and out in 15 mins. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this location!!

Friendly, fast oil changes. We use them for our fleet of vehicles. It cost me to have employees waiting for an oil change so the fact that they can get us in & out in quickly is awesome.

Make sure you go see the guys and gals over at Take 5 Oil Change. They were quick efficient and super friendly. Can't say enough good things about the quality of their service I will definitely be back.
