This review is considerably late, but I have not forgotten what a fantastic job Kit Kupchin, of Santa Fe Body, Inc., had performed on my wife's 2012 Honda Civic. My wife had hit a deer on the highway while she was traveling about 70 mph. The pictures show the damage to her car, which had to be towed to Kit at Santa Fe Body. Kit was fantastic in answering all of our questions, and in working with the insurance adjuster. The end result was a 2012 Honda Civic that looked brand new. Now, 2 years after those repairs, all is still great with my wife's car. In the future, we will be taking all of our vehicles to Kit at Santa Fe Body if necessary because of body damage. Kit is now our "go-to guy" for all body work repairs! Thank you for the great service and work, Kit. It has been very much appreciated!

My car hood was scratched and dented from a freak occurrence- a parking light broke, and glass fell on my car. The estimate process was easy and they contacted the insurance for me, and got it approved. I wasn t sure how this would go, or how much success they would have. Then the work came out perfect- the hood looks like new, and the paint matches the rest of the car. I recommend working with Santa Fe Body

Great experience. They replaced my damaged bumper and fender and it looks great. They were able to work with us when creating the estimate to determine where the cost could be lowered.

We had our daughters car fixed here after a fender bender. I can't say enough about the great job they did! Workmanship was great. Communication was great. WOW! If you have a collision and need auto body repair, do yourself a favor ..... don't walk but RUN to Santa Fe Body Shop. My experience was exceptional. From the front office through the final repair job, everyone was excellent! My Honda Ridgeline looked amazing, the estimate was 100% true to what was suggested and my vehicle was even completed earlier than originally promised. This shop did an extraordinary repair, alignment, parts and paint all look original. They are personable, honest and a great pleasure to work with. I'm not one to write many reviews, but these guys should really get the accolades they deserve. Twice now I have taken my car in, and twice now I have received amazing service from them. I worked with Bryan both times. He's incredibly professional, easy to talk to, and worked with myself and the insurance company to make sure the car got finished quickly with the best outcome. I had taken my daughter's vehicle to three different body repair shops and was discouraged by the estimates for repair. After visiting with Santa Fe Body, I was blown away by the price to repair. My daughter's vehicle looks great. They even vacuumed and cleaned the dash. The vehicle smelled brand new and I could not have been happier with the customer service. They even sent me a thank you letter for my transaction with them. I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you, Santa Fe Body. You guys are the best. Save your self some time calling around for different quotes and just call these great people.

I had some pretty extensive front passenger side damage from a collision. I needed a new fender, hood, bumper cover, radiator and headlight assembly installed after they pulled the front end out. They got it all done in just a few days. It was so reasonably priced that I couldn't believe it!!! Everything about this place is awesome, you won't be disappointed!! Thank you, Santa Fe Body Inc.

Santa Fe is the best place to go. I went all over for quotes since the person who hit my car was a coworker paying out of pocket and I wanted to get a good deal for her. I went to 3 other places. None were as trustworthy and honest as Brian. He wasn t trying to pull anything on me like most places. He was honest about where we could save money. And when I picked my car up it looked amazing. Brian was super professional and flexible. I seriously can t recommend them enough, especially since I went to so many other places and saw the difference.

The office was really clean and highly organized, that's what I first noticed about it, and ultimately assured me I was dealing with a quality business. The quote was fast and perfectly fair. I got about ten quotes and Santa Fe had the best price, delivered results the quickest, and had the most professional staff and process of all the places I visited. I'll never get work done elsewhere.Edit again 9/9/17: had to take another car here, exact same experience. It was awesome, car looks good as new. I didn't even bother getting other quotes this time. Won't go anywhere else.

What a great shop - Lexie was amazing - the service was excellent and she was so knowledgeable and responsive. Will definitely go there again - although I hope I don't need to.

This is an excellent body shop with great staff and customer service. When minor bodywork to my car did not go quite as planned, not Santa Fe s fault, Bryan and his staff went out of their way to help find a solution. They get their work done in a timely and cost-effective manner and although I know longer live as close as I used to, I will continue to come back for my future car repair needs.

Santa Fe Body gave me a quote that was hundreds of dollars lower than nearby body shops. They completed the work a day ahead of schedule, and were so kind on the phone and in person. They even detailed the inside of my car, it looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Santa Fe Body, and I recommend them with no hesitations.

Kit, Josh and the whole crew at Santa Fe are top-notch to work with! They know what they're doing and they make sure that you are always presented with quality work. I wouldn't consider any place else for body work! Do yourself a favor and have your car fixed right the first time!!

No muss, no fuss. Office manager was very professional and friendly. Owner/manager said my bumper & fender dent would be no problem. I brought my car on the specified day & dropped it off. The rental car company driver was there to pick me up. Thus less than 1/2hr for that process. 4 days later as promised my car was good as new. Nice clean office and shop. Easy access parking lot. Good experience considering my car got crunched.

Excellent work and great experience. Bryan was very helpful in quoting a few different repair options, and quick to email me with those quotes. And answered all my follow-up questions. I recently had work done at this body shop. Needless to say I am not satisfied with the quality of work that was performed on my vehicle. The staff was nice but the quality of work passes with a C. I picked up my car after they had it for 7 business days. When looking over the work I immediately noticed specs of dirt in the paint and the body work looked wavy. After I got the car home I noticed a very large run in the paint. I spoke with the manager he was nice said bring it back up here we can polish the sports out. I took it back to Santa Fe auto body for the Polish job they did the best they could to save the poor paint job but it still is not a quality product. I would not recommend this shop based on quality.

Dropped off my car Wed before heading out of town and rec'vd a call Friday (two days later) that my car was ready. Sante Fe Body has been more than helpful and patient with my whole insurance check fiasco. I went to 3 places for a quote and their quotes was almost $300 cheaper than the others I rec'vd, so I didn't have to break the bank on what insurance didn't cover. Also, their building is clean, front desk and owner (I assume) were super friendly. I will always get my body shop work done here and refer friends and family. My car looks awesome and they even washed it. Great customer service, time, and workmanship.

For some services, it is always best to go with reviews. I could not find a poor review for Santa Fe Body so I didn't even bother to look any further. I specifically asked for a used part for my car because of its age, and the gentleman tracked one down for me, then gave me an estimate that was about $200 less than what I thought it would be. I have never been to a body shop that actually had my car done when they said it would be done...not the case with Santa Fe Body. I dropped off my car in the morning and they called me early afternoon to tell me it could be picked up. The cost was exactly what the estimate read...now how often does that happen???A few days after the repair, I get a nice letter thanking me for my business and reminding me that their work is covered and to make sure to call if I have any problems or questions. That's it. I found the body shop that will handle any future repair needs I may ever have.

One of the best body shops in town...PERIOD.Everyone at this place cares about cars and customers.Every job they have done for me has been done on time, and to perfection.Even though my insurance company didn't list them as "preferred" I knew this was the only place to go. From my truck, to my mercedes these guys are one of the few places I can trust with my keys. :)

Santa Fe Body recently repaired the driver's side door of our 1995 Volvo after a high school student accidentally backed his father's huge f-150 truck into it, ball hitch and all. Santa Fe Body worked directly with the paying party, as they did not want to file an insurance claim. The project required a nationwide search for a replacement door. Kit rejected two doors before settling on the third one sent. We really appreciate their attention to detail, extremely high standards and integrity. Kit Kupchin and his crew did an excellent job of repairing and repainting at a very fair and reasonable fee. I recommend Santa Fe Body without reservation.

Wow!!!! The door panel to my 2006 Mazda had come loose and was making a terrible rattle. Took it by Santa Fe body shop to get an estimate. 15 minutes later it was fixed with a very small service charge. I often feel like car repairs are easily inflated when it is obvious the car owner knows little about the subject. So very nice to know that Santa Fe Auto Body will treat me fairly. Definitely will go back!!!!!!

I recently took my 1997 Nissan Altima to Santa Fe after a fender bender left me with a crumpled hood, bent grille, and smashed headlight. The hood is no longer available new or after-market, but Santa Fe found one at a salvage yard. The repairs were flawless and came in at the price quoted, and they even cleaned out the car's interior for me. They re very professional and are a pleasure to deal with. Santa Fe has clearly earned their reputation for honesty and quality work.

Kip, the owner of Santa Fe Body, was super helpful when the bumper on my truck got smashed. They gave me an estimate, worked with the estimate my insurance provider gave me, and got the work done quickly when the parts came in.If only the insurance companies were as easy to work with as Santa Fe Body is....

Absolutely awful experience. I spent more money having our car fixed here. Our car was hit parked, on Jan 1st 2016, so we DROVE it to Sante Fe body where they said two weeks to fix at a reasonable price. Two weeks go by, we chatted on Wednesday and car would be ready on Saturday. As we are drivng four hours back to Overland Park (about two hours in, 5:00 PM) Brian tells us the car won't be done. From lack of communication & it "slipping Bryan's mind to call us" this happened twice more. So after four weeks, the car is finished having body work & welding done on the front left end. So we pack up again & head down Friday morning. I decide to call to let them know we are 30 minutes away & Bryan test drove the car the night before & it's now not accelerating. After another three days of diagnosing they find the ECU is fried. Which is a very common problem if poor precautions were taken while welding but Bryan assures us it's not from them, or the wreck that just happened, but the wreck that happened at 10,000 miles, the car currently has 147,900 miles on it. Also stated that this happens sometimes & if it's a cheap part they will replace it but since it's 500$ he doesn't want to order it. A few days go by and Lexus gets the car & replaces 1300 dollars of parts under warranty. On Feb 12th we finally pick our car up from Lexus. Noticed immediately it does not drive the same up front, rubbing and squeaking. Nothing seemed straight but we didn't get far before every light on the dash came on. Back to Lexus we went & after another two weeks of Diagnostics there is a code being thrown that means the transmission is failing & needs to be replaced. Which is a common problem if poor welding has been done. Now after 2,800$ of body work (that caused all electrical problems), 1,300$ in rental car fees, & now 3,300$ for a new transmission my car will be fixed. I Was shocked to see such a well known and respected company not take responsibility for a mistake & continue to make up unrealistic scenarios.

Incredibly fast repair and great work! They were very easy to work with. This was our second car we have had them work on and both repairs went well.
