I recently bought a new Volvo at Premier and worked with Silas. He was very responsive prior to us going in to test drive the car (he found for us). Once we were there, he took time to explain all the features of the car to us and let me take it out on a test drive. I loved the fact that Silas was not pushy at all! He let us have time to discuss privately and really didn t push us at all. I really enjoyed the experience and even told my boyfriend it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Silas is knowledgeable about Volvo s, friendly and easy to work with. I love my new car! Go see Silas!

We bought a car over the weekend and are very happy with it. Abigail was fantastic! Right away, we felt we could trust her. She listened intently and gave us factual answers - No pressure. It was very refreshing. We'll ask for her again! We also had a great experience with Tim as he went through the car details and driver settings prior to us leaving.

Great car shopping experience! We visited recently to purchase a new vehicle. Brett was awesome to work with. He was patient and didn t pressure us at all. He showed us a few new and used options that met our shopping criteria to test drive. When it was time for us to make a decision, there weren t any surprises. The car was already fairly priced and the team made the purchase a pretty fast transaction without it feeling rushed. As a really nice touch, they helped us set up the tech in the car and taught us how to use the less intuitive features. Overall it was a great experience. There aren t many car dealerships I would say this about.

Came in with a specific set of features and a price point in mind. Brett was knowledgeable, approachable, and showed us some new and used options that met our requirements. We came back after considering it for a day and it was the most seamless transaction I ve ever had at a dealership. No pressure, no games, just a quick straightforward deal. Exceptional! I just purchased a Lexus from Premier Volvo and it was a wonderful experience! I went to many dealerships where the salesmen were misleading and pushy. I was so grateful that this was not the case with Brett, John and Molly. They were all super helpful and a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend!

I recently purchased a new Volvo from Silas at Premier Volvo OP and had a great experience. I am not quick to make decisions and Silas and team were very patient with me and would answer every question I had. They even shared personal experiences (both pros and cons) such as what color, what kind of interior and all of the choices to be made when you are a dog owner. From front door to showroom floor or service desk, you'll meet some of Johnson county's finest people at Premier Volvo Cars. The sales and service staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, and the lot is full of new, certified and quality pre-owned cars. Highly recommended!

Outstanding dealership! Dealt with the sales manager Jack for almost two months over email and phone, as we live 150 miles from this dealership. Had to wait on the car we were specifically looking for, which arrived early. Jack handled all the paperwork remotely and was ready for us when we arrived. Handed us over to Tim who was detailed and patient in going over all the car has to offer. This is our first Volvo and feel it will not be our last.Only issue was not with Premier but with Volvo and how they conduct their customer satisfaction survey. I understand every business strives for a 10 rating. If a business is given an eight or nine rating it should not be considered a failing grade. NO one is perfect. If everyone just gives out 10's how does a business know what opportunities, they have to improve?While I did not give Premier a 10, they are a class act business and customer focused. Sean, the General Manager, called and asked personally what kept them from getting a 10? We had a great conversation and when I look to purchase another Volvo Premier will be our dealership of choice.Thank you, Jack, Tim and Sean, my wife loves her new vehicle.

I am always happy with the kindness of the Service Reps. I love my Volvo, but I am not happy with Volvo parts & warranty for replacement trim pieces. My car has a cap on the front of the that has fallen off twice - it is $80 to replace. The air vent on the passenger side popped off....$300+ to replace. Volvo should stand by their parts. I am so frustrated that poor quality of the parts are not taken care of .

Lost a customer decades old today. I asked a service writer for help resetting a maintenance light and was told I had to pay to have the vehicle serviced. These lights are particularly difficult to reset. I was willing to pay a nominal fee, too.

What a car-buying experience should be like. From the sales floor to the finance team to the GM, this whole operation is straight shooting, they take care of the customer and do business the right way. We've bought several cars before through other dealerships and they should absolutely take notes on how Premier Volvo does it.

I inquired about a used car and asked some pricing info. That s all I did. I did give some comparison pricing from other dealers to see if they would make a deal with me and these people are rude. Everything was through text. But I don t need to be treated rudely. And telling me to go look at the other cars. Will not be shopping here ever. And will not send anyone your way.

I cannot say enough great things about this facility. I have been here twice with my 2010 XC60 and feel they treat me just like the customer with a brand new Volvo. Repair estimates are fairly reasonable and the staff is just phenomenal; you receive a video from the mechanic detailing any necessary repairs. The waiting area is clean with refreshments for your wait. I m a travel nurse; I make the effort to visit this shop when I m home even though it s a 2 hour drive due to the service received.

**Updated 3 December 2023**Had our first service experience. Working with Andre was fantastic. He worked hard with schedule to give us what we needed, when we needed it resulting is a wonderful experience. The Volvo got us in the door, this quality service will keep us in a Volvo.Courtney Bowman was our sales advisor, and we had a lovely experience. She did something I thought wonderful by not inundating us with a bunch of facts we didn't ask for, allowing my family to experience the vehicle. When asked for facts (some of them random), she knew the answers.I traded my vehicle as part of the new purchase. The value received for the trade-in was were I needed it to be so not to feel swindled.Got financed through Volvo, and it was a pretty straight forward process. I was happy with the rate and the end numbers.Volvo did a couple of extra services with the purchase I had not experienced in the past, and I thought it to be quite good.I will update this review if needed based on my future experience with services and parts departments.

Worst treatment by any car dealership I ve ever dealt with, when I test drove the car it still had the limiter on it, wasn t even PDI d yet. Then when I went to leave I said there was some stuff on my doors and, I was told it s just some adhesive, just rub it off. I came back a week later. And they tried to rub it off, but all the did was scratch my paint around those spots. My lumbar support wasn t working properly, my backup camera was off, the car always parked crooked when backing up, and my taillight was crooked They booked my appointment a month out. When I brought it in. They couldn t find anything wrong with the camera or the seat but cleared a code. Didn t even have paint look at the stuff on my car because they were told it wasn t a we owe . So they left a note for the sales guy to call me. I waited 3 wks then went up to the dealership. They booked me another appointment to fix the stuff on my car. The paint guy cut and buffed my paint, along with the wrong A pillar. It was all swirled now they still couldn t fix my seat, camera or light (they said it was within tolerance). I make another appointment . Paint guy says he will fix it. It s better but horribly swirled and has pitting in the paint after finally they found that the pump needed to be replaced in my seat. Then I fixed the backup camera (that was 10 degrees off) and fixed my taillight. Now I have a car with swirled paint that was suppose to be brand new. And all I wanted was the things to be fixed properly from day 1 ..

This is the only Volvo dealer in the area. Their parts and services prices reflect the lack of competition; stated another way, I believe they price gouge. Be wary. That said, the Service Writers are knowledgeable and the techs are on-point. Both clearly communicate timely and accurately. They need a competitor in the area to level out prices.EDIT - 26-MAY - Downgraded this review. Bottom line, recommend avoiding this dealerships service department. They aren t seemingly interested in supporting you the customer, over promise and underdeliver. They fail to follow both 3rd party warranty process. The Service Manager, at the very least, requires retraining and learning how to take ownership. Photo is the delivery ready return to the customer.

I received three services for my Volvo, and unfortunately, they neglected to clean the exterior or even the interior of my car. It s the worst service experience I ve ever had. This is the only Volvo dealer in Kansas, and that s likely why they manage to stay in business.

They were responsive to my questions and the car was in great condition when I arrived to finalize the paperwork. It was a great experience from the first point of contact until I drove the car off the lot. Highly recommend!

I was thoroughly impressed with Premier Volvo! Dennis was a fantastic salesman and representative for the brand. He was friendly, professional, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and gave us many interesting facts about the Volvo lineup. I came to see 2 vehicles (a 2017 V60 and a 2017 S90). I test drove the V60, but unfortunately the S90 was in the shop waiting for tires to be put on. Dennis allowed me to test drive a 2020 S90 Polestar to get the feel of the interior and drive, and I can came the following day to test drive the vehicle I originally came to see. Dennis, my girlfriend, and I had some fantastic conversations about vehicles, world travels, coffee, and more during my time at the dealership. Premier Volvo gave me a great deal on the 2017 S90 sedan, gave me the trade price I desired on my Jeep, and gave me an awesome warranty. All of the individuals I spoke with at the dealership, including the girl at the front desk, the guy in the financial department, Dennis on the sales floor, and Omar in the business department were extremely genuine, honest, and friendly. I am very happy to have joined the Volvo family and will likely be back to Premier Volvo in the future for other vehicles! Go to Premier Volvo and ask for Dennis - you will not be disappointed!

Phenomenal service and handling by the crew. Hector, Ryland and on up the chain to service management, everyone I dealt with with great. I was 8 months pregnant at the time of service and they all were so kind from valet service to consistent communication to help resolve the problem. My car is amazing but I like knowing I'll be taken care of here if need be.Thanks again!

Brett at Premier Volvo was extremely friendly and courteous. The process of getting into our Volvo was very easy. Brett took the time to show some extra features that we were not familiar with and followed up after we had our vehicle for more than a week. No pressure and in and out in an hour.

We took our 2 year old XC40 in for its yearly service, the oil change, fluids, tires, and inspection went great! I also had a problem with the remote not holding a program. I was directed to the technology person who could not figure it out so he called tech support and said he would let me know the next day what to do. Tech support said there was nothing they could do as it was a service issue. It would have been nice to know that while I was there. So now I had to schedule another service appointment and It will be in 4 weeks. I was hoping my yearly visit would be handled in one visit.
