Diagnose and fix! This team are professionals ! I had lifetime alignment from Firestone but Paul s mechanic were able to race car precision alignment my vehicle! I like their full diagnose and Robert helped me finding my car s problem! They are fast , on time and accurate! Great customer service and they do fine jobs in OP, I had a good experience with them and nothing beats a fine tuned vehicle! My rear engine 5 speed manual smart 453 gets 38mpg in the city 45 on the highway avg! I m a Happy customer ! Definitely recommend this place. There is no place to wait at the store so you might want to go hang out at the taco place or jimmy John s next to the shop if you don t live close by.

After multiple visits to other shops I ve found my mechanic! Paul answered my call with patience and understanding. He made time to test drive the car with me when any other place would have pushed me to different day. Paul has both professional experience with cars and with people. I left the shop feeling empowered and confident that my car has long term potential. I will be coming back and will recommend more people his way!

This shop is incredible! I almost never write any reviews, but these guys/gals deserve it. In the midst of a snowstorm that pretty much shut down the US, these guys (Paul especially) worked with me to ensure how my repair was performed was 100% to my satisfaction. Awesome team, and I trust these guys!!! Honest work the way you would hope from a mechanic on something that is not your area of expertise :)

The guys at Paul s were very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed new brakes on my car, and I needed them in a hurry. They didn t try to oversell me parts I didn t need and they didn t make unrealistic promises about when I d get my car back. I was expecting a few days and I got it back in a few hours. They definitely under promised and over delivered. I ll be going back for all of my regular maintenance.

Paul s was prompt in being able to fix my vehicle. They communicated well with me to best help me understand what was being done to the vehicle and why. A major reason for the 5 stars is because they were guarantee their work. When my check engine light came back on only weeks after the repairs were completed they re inspected the vehicle at no cost to me. They re definitely a shop with integrity.

It's a real pleasure writing a review for Paul's Complete Auto Care on Metcalf. They are honest, professional, fair, decent and knowledgable. After getting "taken" many times by other repair shops, it's refreshing and a relief to find Paul's Complete Auto Care. I recommend them to everyone....and will only take my business to them from now on.

The check engine light came on in my 2018 Fiat and so I took it to my long-established repair shop for a diagnostic evaluation as they had done this previously on my 2013 Fiat. However, this time I was informed that due to advanced electronic technology on these newer models, they could no longer perform a diagnosis and I would have to take it to a Fiat dealer. That would be a major aggregation for me as the only one in the KC area was located way up north, many miles from my residence in southern Johnson County.My son researched local repair shops and contacted Paul s Auto Care in Overland Park. They had no trouble making a diagnosis which resulted in them having to order a part. In a couple of days at 8:30 I took my car back in for the repair fully expecting to be without it for most of the day. I was certainly surprised to hear from them only a couple of hours later advising that the car was ready to be picked up. Needless to say, I was very pleased.I highly recommend this shop not only for their skill and expertise but also for their professionalism. I m one newly acquired satisfied customer!

Paul's Complete Auto Care is top-notch! I've trusted him with two of my personal cars and my wife's vehicle, and each time the experience was outstanding. Paul and his crew are transparent about their work, explain the 'why' behind each service, and have been instrumental in guiding me on maintenance priorities. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul to friends and family. It's a Grade A business, and I wouldn't consider taking my cars anywhere else!

Terrible.Extremely dishonest and non accountable at the end of the day.Thought these guys were professional and honest until I found out that at least the guy who worked on my car was not.Had a fairly minor accident awhile back and needed mostly some body work done.After everything was paid, I noticed that the work on the body wasn't too good ( they approved this ) ok, at least it's fixed and I have my car back.Was happy to have the car back after almost 3 months in the shop, but immediately noticed engine light come on and no oil in it when I drove off from them to the quicktrip a couple blocks away.I always check the fluid but I had just got the car back from them and no oil in it!The car was in an accident so Im guessing they didn't even bother to check that and have no idea how far they test drove it like that.If anyone knows of any intelligent, good and honest mechanic please let me know.Hard to find.Thanks. Funny also how they think people use their real names here so why would anyone be under you records under the "names" very funny .Point proven.

If my car needs anything more than an oil change I take it to Paul. He is a nice and good man. He is truly an honest businessman in a profession that often gets a rap for bad practices.

Paul and his staff always take great care of us! We have been taking our vehicles to him for several years and he always does a great job! He went above and beyond to help us get my car fixed up after I was rear ended. Not only did he get it done within just 3 days but he also gave us a great price! I had the good fortune of reaching out to Paul's Complete Auto Care on August 15th regarding a repair I thought my car needed. Not only did the owner work me without an appointment on the day I called, he also took the time to educate me regarding what my car needed. Turns out my car didn't need a repair after at all. He could have easily taken advantage of me but did not. Paul's Complete Auto Care landed a lifetime customer in me that day.

Took my wife's car to Paul's and worked with Paul. Not only was he completely open about everything he was going to do, they did everything right. He was also extremely friendly and personable. I generally get quotes before having things done but was confident enough in Paul that I did not feel that was necessary. I highly recommend his service if you need work done on your car.

Really appreciate the work Paul did and highly recommend this shop. Had to bring it in for a couple of things but the biggest was my trunk door not closing properly. When I first called in, they were booked out for a bit, but Paul still found time for me to come in that day to take a look and got back to me quick with an estimate. Really happy they got me in when they did because we have had some heavy rains and there has been zero leaking. Paul is super friendly and I really appreciate him taking the time to explain what they were able to do for my car.Service: Auto body & trim repair

The guys at Paul's Complete Auto Care absolutely took care of me and my car. I went in to get a catalytic converter installed after a theft, and Paul thoroughly and thoughtfully explained to me all of my options. After I dropped the car off, Paul personally drove me home so I didn't have to walk 3+ miles to my house. Everyone there is friendly, honest, and professional. The shop is also extremely communicative. They kept me apprised of the status of my car throughout the entire process, which was surprisingly quick. The shop even saved me a little money by offering me some alternative options for the install. After picking up my car, it purred like a kitten with no issues whatsoever. They helped make a very stressful event a lot less stressful for me. I would highly recommend Paul's Complete Auto Care! Five stars!!!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system replacement

Unfortunately I've had multiple bad experiences with this shop.I recently dropped off my 1991 Toyota MR2 because the battery was not charging. I paid for their 30.00 electronic diagnosis. They told me that it was the alternator and their price was a little high but fair enough. I tried messing with some other shops like Midas but I ended up looking at the car myself, which I didn't want to do because I was trying to save some time. After looking at the car it ended up only being a two dollar fuse that was broken so they do not diagnosed fuses that had popped between the battery and the alternator. Nothing was ever wrong with the alternator, so in their electronic check they don't even check fuses on the cars anymore.Had another bad experience with the shop where I dropped off a 2008 Jeep Liberty with a tick in the engine. Dropped it off to the shop and was basically told that it pretty much guaranteed needs a complete new engine. Ended up looking at it with a mechanic friend of mine and after about an hour of diagnosing it, it was just a broken rocker arm that was about a $50 part and maybe a couple hours of Labor. After calling them out on this they say they don't really dive deep into diagnosing engines. I find that a little weird that mechanics nowadays don't dive deep into fixing engines. But you shouldn't have told me the engine was unrepairable and maybe recommended taking it to a different mechanic that would dive deeper in. I've been told shops don't do that kind of work before but you should be upfront with that.No one's willing to take any accountability in this shop. And unfortunately their interfacing with customers is not the greatest. The jeep was the first car I dropped off and I tried to give him a second shot with the MR2 because it's a shop nearby me. Was not helpful or apologetic whatsoever I was called a liar and was basically told I'm an idiot.Service: Electrical repair

We had planned to go to a concert and 5 hours before we had to leave the car broke down and we panicked. Everyone at Paul s is super nice and friendly. Quick, professional service. Called around trying to get a spur of the moment oil change and they were the ONLY ones who would. I m glad that happened, I will now be going here for my car service. Thanks Paul s!

I have taken my vehicle to Paul twice now and both experiences have been positive. The first time my car would not start so I had to have it towed to his shop and he had the repairs done in timely manner. I also found him to be trustworthy and the pricing fair. Every time I drop my car off at Paul's I know I'm leaving it in the best of hands. Paul is incredibly honest and straight forward when it comes to letting me know what my vehicle needs and what those services will cost. He took time, after the shop was closed for the day, to explain ways to help my 12 year old Honda keep running for as long as possible. He never makes me feel stupid or like I don't know what I'm talking about when I describe a problem with my vehicle. Paul was very good and honest about the whole process. He took time to explain the issue and added what I should be doing going forward to prolong the life of my engine and car. His price were affordable and not over the mountain top, Unlike some places who try to take advantage of you and what you don't know. If you are in the Overland Park area, I would recommend Paul's.
