Picked up a bolt driving through road construction on 95th in our 1 ton truck while pulling a trailer. This shop was awesome, and all the guys were super accommodating even though we didn't necessarily fit with our trailer. 5 Star service!! And the 4-legged door greeter was a bonus

I tried contacting an auto repair company I worked with for six years but never was completely happy with because they always were in a rush and didn t accommodate me by going the extra mile in any way. In fact they seemed very cold. So I tried an auto repair company recommended by a couple of people on the app; Next Door Neighbor. It was Oades Brothers and they were open until 6 pm. Oades Brothers were very helpful by getting my car repaired quickly, treated me in a friendly manner, and went above and beyond. I am a believer and will return to them! Thank you for your great service!

Everybody was friendly and easy to talk to.Easy walk-in/Easy out....I was able to get a tire repaired and a back break light replaced (which I was not aware of) After going to their competitor around the way, expecting to have to buy a new tire because their competitor informed me that the slow leak could not be patched... but that I would have to trash it and buy a whole new tire (while suggesting I buy 2 new tires so to have 2 of the same tires) when all I originally wanted was to have a tire that had a slow leak repaired.Especially since this was not my car but a borrowed car.Making a quick phone call from the competitor's parking lot lead me here and I'm thankful for it.Sincere Gratitude Team-You're saved in my contacts

Bob and his team are simply awesome! I dropped off my truck thinking I needed a complete brake job so it was pretty much an open ticket for them. I got a call 3 hours later and it turned out I didn t need a brake job at all! They looked at my brakes, told me how much wear they had, did some lubricating work and sent me down the road with a bill of 89.00. This business is run exactly the way they should all be run. 100% honest. Needless to say. ILL BE BACK!!!

I had a tire that kept registering low, so I called to see if Oades Brothers could check it out. ( I made a call previously to a nearby WalMart that had a 2 hour wait). I took it right in and my vehicle was looked at in a timely manner, and the tire was quickly repaired. I was there less than an hour. The cost of the repair (removed 2 roofing nails) was very fair!

After checking around for a better value than the dealership, I came upon Oades Brothers near my home. They had great reviews and a much more reasonable price for a brake fluid flush! Very friendly staff, in and out as promised. I will definitely return for future services.

When I was in search of a good mechanic read the reviews and took a chance bc we all know it s very hard to find a good mechanic!!I was very happy with the service and results!! If you need your car repaired I would highly recommend Oades!!!

Could have done a better job when quoting the amount while dropping my vehicle. I am dumbstruck that I had to pay almost an extra $100 for the services that I didn't know required.I went in for oil valve gasket replacement and they quoted me an amount when dropping my vehicle. Came to pickup my car after the work done and they told me that they had to do oil change as well with this (which I didn't know required and they didn't tell me).

The gentleman, Cody K., at the front desk who processed my order was excellent. He accurately, thoroughly, and professionally processed my multifaceted service request, and he was very patient in answering my many questions as well. The work on my vehicle was also completed in a reasonable period of time. In short, it was a wonderful customer experience overall!

Great customer service. Had a flat on my F250. Dropped off tire and wheel, hole repaired. Returned that afternoon for reinstallation. Technician not only reinstalled but also reinstalled my spare under the bed, and broke down all of my tools and jack that were in the bed and replaced them in their factory locations in the cab. WAY above and beyond. Would have paid double what they billed me for!!!!!

I have Given my car for Inspection this morning they called me like with in an Hour with out any inspection saying only change of Tyre's. But I can notice there was a Issue with the air blower Motor and brake pads. I again went and asked for the complaint then they say they have no Technical support I wonder how they have made the Inspection .Please don't waste Your Money at that place I Recommend Here by I am attaching my invoice I kindly request you to view and Refund my money. You can see on the First page was given with no issue and then again when I drove and asked them about the blower issue they haven t look at it and said it might be some blower fan issue and gave me estimate

Treated with kindness from the minute I walked through the doors til the very minute I left. Management and the technicians kept me informed of every issue and move they made. Would highly recommend the Oades brothers to family and friends. Gentleman by the name of Mike even came over and chatted with me about Chief's football...awesome guy.Thanks Oades Team!

Had them check out a used car I bought recently and they didn t charge anything for checking it luckily there weren t any real issues. They told me the only two issues it had and were honest about how urgent the fixes were (not urgent). Now I want to pay them so I ll probably have them install some tuners or something. Hard to find an auto shop that honest and free checks are sweet

Today I took my car for alignment and rotation . After one hour he said my car s steering needs to be fixed , which was very easy to check at first. He said we did rotation with no cost , but did not do it , just waist of time. I don t trust and recommend.

Great customer service. The staff is polite and courteous. Walked right in and told them what I needed repaired and they had it done and ready to go within a couple hours. They also called to confirm the price with me before proceeding with the work. They were fair and they didn t attempt to overcharge or try to add anything extra/unnecessary. Picking my car up and checking out was quick and easy. Couldn t ask for a better experience.

My greeting from employees when I enter Oades Brothers Tire and Auto is always welcome. My oil change and tire check was done in less time than estimated. Having used Oades Brothers Tire and Auto for my auto needs for a few years I know I will continue using them. Their courtesy and good service are a plus.

Oades is my go to place for maintenance and repairs. I needed a broken side view mirror replaced, and although they could have done a little better at communicating, I had no complaints. They are honest and competent. I wouldn t consider taking my car anywhere else.

My workplace uses Oades Brothers for all the fleet tires. Then my insurance offers me a 10% discount to use them, so I did. Comparable prices to competition, except I also got my discount. I went online to make an appointment, that was easy too. The only complaint was the appointment didn't seem to matter because they were super busy so it took longer than I expected. I was able to catch a ride back to work and returned when it was completed. I didn't notice the 'shuttle service' offered on the website so I didn't use that even though I was within the mileage limits.

Screw iny truck tire and pulled in without an appointment. They handled the tire repair within 2 hours and very reasonable price. Extremely professional, accommodating, and honest. Couldn't be more pleased with the treatment. Without a doubt recommend Oades for any tire and auto service needs they handle.

I called in the morning with my husbands car, which was dead in the driveway, and we thought it was the starter, but maybe the battery. The dealership said they could get to it November 8, Oades did it for half the price in four hours. This is a no-brainer! Nicest people work there, prices are so fair, and again they did it within hours!

These guys are honest and reasonably priced. That is simply uncommon in the industry. I will be back whenever any of our family cars need servicing and tune ups.
