Waylon and Alec are absolutely amazing! They were both very kind, sincere and honest. They could tell I was a little nervous about the issues with my car and put me at ease. Alec and Waylon s customer service skills are outstanding! Highly recommend this place. Thank you

Hands down was the BEST customer service I have ever received! When I called to make my appointment for an oil change, Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful. I told him that I have to drive several hours away and his response was they will make sure that it is safe and good to go. When I got to the shop, once again, Andrew was absolutely amazing, friendly, and helpful. He did not make me feel bad that I had to go for a cheaper service due to budget and reassured me that everything will be thoroughly looked over and inspected. Ashley worked on my car and came in to explain in detail everything that was going on and what I needed to do within the next six months for maintenance. I cannot thank you, Andrew and Ashley enough for your kindness and hospitality!! Your customer service is incredible!

5 stars hands down. Came in to get a tire swapped in an emergency and Alec Lyons was great. Excellent customer service and back on the road. Couldn't ask for a better experience

They fit me in immediately on the snowiest day of the year and replaced my headlight free-of-charge! It made my day! I will definitely be back for any other car needs. I was very impressed with how friendly and professional their staff was.

I usually don't write reviews but I have rarely been as impressed with a car repair shop. I have used this location one other time in the past and had a similar experience with a different staff member so this is not a one time experience. In my experience the employees very much care about their customers and go above and beyond to win and keep their business. From my POV they are also clearly experts in car repair. I had a unique battery issue this morning and they had me repaired at a very minimal cost in less than 20 minutes. This was my experience and based on this I would highly recommend as they have earned me as a customer for life.

My husband took our vehicle in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got it done.They were polite and speedy. Will come back for our next oil change. Thanks again.

This is second time I have taken my car in to this location on 151st. Both times I received honest feedback on what my car needed. Both times I was given advice and wasn t charged bc what I thought I needed I was wrong. I ve had trouble trusting garages before and I m glad I found this one.

Amazing customer service. Incredibly helpful. I was having what seemed to be clear battery issues. I went twice to Walmart on 159th and metcalf to use the warranty on the battery I replaced a year ago. They turned me away twice, giving weird and unclear explanations. I believe his name was Andrew (?)-at Midas- helped me immediately on arrival get an accurate assessment of the battery, took a video of the reading and gave me a print copy of the diagnosis so that I could go use my warranty. He provided contact info in case they continued to deny me so he could help if need be. Went above and beyond for a service that didn t pay. So grateful!

I came in for an oil change today. The staff was friendly, thoroughly answered my questions, and had my car finished in a reasonable timeframe. I recommend this location at 151st & Antioch!

Traveling and checked car fluids. I guess my transmission started leaking because it needed about a qrt of fluid, its a Honda oddessy, I asked them for help topping it off. manager said he wouldn't touch it cause he didn't know what was wrong with the transmission and gave me a bunch of other reasons( excuses). Damm man it was just a top off. Really?... I bet if I call any good old greasy tow truck driver they will do it in a heart beat.

Great experience, acknowledged me when I walked in, Andrew the store manager was extremely friendly, got me in before my appointment time, went over what they found, didn't try to tell me I needed things I didn't need. The store was clean and I had a great experience. This is the second Midas store I've been to since relocating to the KC area and this will be my store of choice because of the service Andrew provided today.

I was highly impressed by the services provided at this specific location. I had Andrew Birchfield help me out with my oils change as well as other car issues I was experiencing. I had been ripped off by another auto shop, but Andrew was so kind and helpful in educating me on the issues I was experiencing and suggested repairs that were within my budget. I will be coming to Midas for all future car services.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Paid to have them check the battery, rotate tires, change oil and tell me what level the brakes were at. The only thing they did was change the oil. When I asked about the other things like brakes tires ext the guy was like yea you re all set even though I watched them the whole time and the oil was the only thing done. The only reason why this place has good reviews is because the guy at the counter tells customers he will give them a discount if they leave a 5 star review

Most affordable Midas in the city. Excellent service and honest. They won t do a service if it s not needed. Saved me a ton of money and fixed the issue with the car.

I m from out of town and had some issues with my car. I stopped by Midas and Andrew Birchfield (store manager) and the mechanic diagnosed the car and determined it was a problem with the transmission. The repairs were something they could not do.They helped me find the nearest dealership and gave me directions. I called the dealership to make sure it was safe to drive there.Andrew was so kind and helpful. Andrew is amazing. Brought my daughters car in for what I thought was needing a new windshield wiper fluid pump and he found the minor issue and fixed it in like 3 minutes. It didn t need a new pump. Very appreciative of the fast service and honesty. Will come here again for sure

Andrew was extremely helpful! I took my car in for a brake inspection, and not only did they get it done quickly, but Andrew showed me my rotors and brake pads as he explained to me what he was seeing. Made me feel very confident that he wasn t just treating me like a dollar sign. Wonderful experience with them, so happy that Andrew was able to help me out.Service: Brakes

Andrew and his team were great. They helped with a wheel stud, explaining what needed to be fixed, how long it would take and knew an appropriate amount. Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was leaving town on Saturday and dropped my car off just before they closed. He promptly left me a message Monday morning describing the issues and how it was fixed. I didn t respond because of my schedule. He didn t keep calling and was understanding when I showed up Wednesday afternoon. He was professional and described everything they did in detail. This Midas store is amazing! I took my daughter s car there because the dealership told me that she needed new brakes. Her car has 16K miles on it. The team at Midas were chuckling when I brought it in. They checked it out and told us she still had 70% life on them. I appreciate their honestly and will be back when the time comes that she ACTUALLY needs new brakes!

I just had the best experience with Midas on 151st and Antioch. They were kind, courteous, extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me. The manager got me in quickly and Fritz had my car ready to go so quickly I barely had time to sit down. Thanks guys! I love love love this place. I had problems with my jeep grand Cherokee they stepped up and took care of it. They went out of their way above and beyond to make it right. I paid for Oil and filter change, brake check, battery, air filter, fluid, belts, hoses and a 4 Wheel tire rotation, they gave me updated status on my car but didn't rotate my tires, 2 star job was incomplete b/c of laziness

I have been a customer for 2 of my cars and cannot say enough good things about the work they do! Most recently, I brought in my car that required replacement of the pins for an undercarriage plastic splash guard that had fallen off. Andrew Birchfield, the manager, took care of everything. He replaced the securing pins and had it taken care of within an hour. The most impressive part is that he did not charge me anything! Every experience that I have had at this location has been very positive. I highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance
