My 3rd car tinted by Mid America. They are AMAZING! Fair price, exceptional quality and service. Don't waste your time with any other company!

I m no different than a lot of consumers. I called around price shopping before I made my choice. Even called at places that groupons available. This is the only shop that took time to talk to me over the phone. Everyone else wanted to give a price and hangup. AND, prices were lower than anyone else I spoke with, except the groupons. But service is important as well. When I brought my car in, I spoke with Dave regarding the tint. I had already made up my mind to go with the CTX tint. The extra $ are worth it, especially knowing I will have my car for a few years. Dave was courteous and knowledgeable. At this point, I knew I brought my 2017 Impala to the right place. Upon completion, the car looked great. Before writing this, I wanted to wait the required time to roll down my windows and make sure there were no problems. All windows work as expected. Great Job Dave! If anyone asks about window tinting, I will strongly advise they come see you. Update 6/2023. Traded in my Impala and took my Blazer to David based on my previous experience. He did not disappoint. Tint job was excellent as expected. I appreciate it. Thank you! Included a before and after.

Dave was able to fit me in same day I called to make an appointment. Very kind and courteous. They did a great job and I like how they put a reminder sticker not to roll down your windows!

I called and got an appointment the next day, I took my truck in and had the two front windows tinted, and they were finished in 30 minutes. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of work is great. I highly recommend this place.

Good company. Quality work, fast ... I mean FAST. Tinted both my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and my 40th Anniversary 2002 Grand Prix GTP, both turned out amazing, and it was very affordable.

Dave provided top notch service all around. Benny also helped and was great to work with! They put 3m Crystaline on my 1968 bus and it made such a positive difference in overall comfort. My boyfriend recommended Mid America Tint (had his car windows tinted by them in 2018) and I'm so happy he did. Such a great experience! I had my Honda CR-V fully tinted this morning and I'm so happy with the results! They completed the install in under 1.5 hours. I had warranty work on two of my windows on my car (back and passenger side). after numerous times of being told it's going to be a bit longer cause old tint wasn't coming off it was finely done after 3.5 hours. I then come to find out that when they peeled the old tint off they also peeled off my rear defrost. I asked what happened cause they sure weren't going to tell me if i didn't see it. the owner began to tell me that 3 parts of the defrost came off when they removed the old tint, i asked if they were going to work he said the bottom 3 lines won't. so i go in for warranty work on tint and come out with 801.70 dollars of damage to my car and nothing from this place. i would staying away from this place.

This is my 2nd vehicle I had a vinyl wrap installed on. I recently ordered a custom Chevy Silverado from Chicago. It is unique as front grill is custom painted and hood was also custom with two vents. I called and Dave was great at talking me through my options and helping me build a kit that was right for me. Then I went by and met Joe (who is vinyl installer) and he was absolutely awesome. My truck was customized so a lot of my wrap Joe had to create a pattern for. He was thorough, took his time making sure it was right, and when I picked it up he walked me through every piece he put on my truck. Needless to say- i am thrilled with it. Price was right (I got estimates from 3 places) and service was top notch. He even did some pieces that weren t quoted to make sure my truck was done right. 5 stars top to bottom, and would recommend to anyone. Truck of my dreams and Mid America Tint made sure it doesn t get beat up with a vinyl wrap!!!Service: Paint protection

I got my truck tinted and they did a fantastic job! And at a very reasonable price. I originally called a place closer to my house. But after getting a quote and making an appointment, I decided to see if I could find some reviews online. The reviews were very poor. A lot of people had issues with bubbles and them not honoring their warranty. I did some research and MidAmerica Tint had the best reviews online. So I called them and they got me in that day. I can't say enough good stuff about them. My truck looked great when finished, all members of their staff were very friendly, and the price was actually lower than the other company I had previously called. When Dave handed my keys back to me he went over their lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle and gave me instructions on how to care for the tint.I highly recommend these guys!

Drove 40 minutes to have them tint my vehicle's windows and Boy oh Boy it was well worth it. The lady in the front was super nice and friendly. The service was done fast and quality of it was so nice. I got there early for my appointment and they got me in and did my tints. Everybody was nice and did what they said they would do. This is the 3rd or 4th time I ve used Mid America and I wouldn t think of going anywhere else.

Update: Dave at Mid America personally reached out and made it right. No excuses, just honesty and the desire to right a wrong. I'd happily recommend them now. Changed from 1 star to 5 stars.I've used Mid America on countless cars over the years and they've always done a great job until my last two this year. They messed up two windows on my Jetta (one side window, one rear). I called to let them know, they said to bring it by and they'd fix it. I get there and they say to come back another time. I come back again at which time they fix one window and tell me I'll need to come back ANOTHER time to fix the back one because the owner has to approve it. Granted it's been over a month at this point so I guess they never informed the owner? They said they'd call me to schedule an appointment and I've never received the call despite checking 2 times for an update (including driving there in person). Thinking this was a one-off scenario I had them tint my wifes new Jeep after the Jetta issues and I noticed today that one of the windows has bubbles in the tint and there is a whole section of the window that they didn't even tint (the tint wasn't long enough to cover the whole glass). They only tinted two windows and managed to mess one of them up. Given that they still haven't called me back about the first car with messed up tint I have no confidence left in Mid America will no longer recommend them to friends and family. I knew when we got my wife's new Jeep that we were going to put on a clear bra and MidAmerica is the place to do it. From the friendly staff, to the quality of their work, and the owner going above and beyond to make a minor scheduling conflict right, we will always take our vehicles here to get work done. We are blown away with how good her vehicle looks with the Llumar paint protection film. It's so clean and it's definitely worth it to protect your ride on these Kansas highways! I have now taken 3 of my vehicles to Mid America Window Tint and they have done nothing short of a superb job on all 3. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else for window tinting. The staff/ownership are friendly and professional. Their workmanship is second to none and you would never even know that these were not factory tinted windows. No bubbling, no visible edges or seams -- just couldn't be more pleased with how they turn out and last! A great investment.

Dave and the team at MidAmerica Tint are insanely nice and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Their customer service is top-notch as is their level of work. You would be hard pressed to find another tint shop that provides as knowledgeable and skillful staff at MidAmerica. I am truly impressed and will continue to spread the word in regards to the fantastic work you do. Thanks again for making the process as painless as possible and for flawlessly tinting all windows (FormulaONE Pinnacle) and sunroof (Air80).

I had them install a clear bra, and tint the windows, on my Infiniti Q60 Sport and they did a FLAWLESS job. It's so perfect it looks like something that rolled out of the factory that way! Their attention to detail is fantastic and the finished product is impeccable. I will never use anyone else again for any of my vehicles. You won't be sorry you used them, but you might be sorry you didn't.

We had our whole house done by Mr. Nguyen's company, excellent customer service, a great job and you cannot tell the film is on the windows. It made a big difference in the summer on our cooling bills. A wonderful product and would recommend his company and product to anyone.

I've dealt with a variety of tint companiesthroughout the years, and Mid America Tint is oneof the fastest and most professional. The tint wasapplied flawlessly within an hour or less! Eventhe lobby had comfortable seating, operationaltelevisions, and is in walking distance of multiplecoffee shops/restaurants. Bonus Mid America Tinthas been around while which means you're ableto get warranty work done, unlike other 'pop outshops. If you're in the Overland Park area and don'tmind the drive, this is your tint specialist!

I have had numerous cars tinted here over the years. They are pros and always do an outstanding job. Just recently, I had paint protective file installed at the same time as window tint. Military friendly, professional staff who are committed to to providing exceptional customer service at a reasonable price. Had the Huper Optik 40 installed on my 2014 Tacoma and couldn't be happier....the heat rejection of this tint is incredible. Will be taking my future vehicles here for auto tinting services. Highly recommend.
