To be totally honest, I was a teeny bit nervous to get an oil change because of the recent couple of bad reviews. But I got a great deal, and I was very clear that the only thing I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation, and he respected that and didn t push anything further, which I appreciated! I opted to stay & wait for my car to be finished and loved that they had a charging station for my phone, and free coffee & water. My car was completed quickly, everyone was friendly, I have zero complaints other than I wish they pumped the music they were playing from the garage into to silent waiting room lol I d recommend this store to anyone.

This Meineke is the worst to trust any service to not even an oil change. They give you the cheapest oil. If your car needs a synthetic they ll put cheap oil and send you on your way. They broke my oil filter cap. Changed my oil twice to fake it. Do not give trust them with even your wheelbarrow. I am talking to corporate minieke to try to resolve.DO NOT REPLY TO ME WITH A MESSAGE to contact you to try to resolve. Do not and I mean do not go to them they don t listen very well they do what they want to do and they push their agenda on you and then get an attitude if you choose not to deal with them. So I have a 2020 Subaru Forester that I have just purchased back in June and I was having some issues so this company was recommend but I thought my insurance that I was paying for was going to pay for the maintenance because all of these issues were clearly signed of neglect on behalf of the previous owner So with that being said, the car company recommended Meineke, so the first time I went to Them I was going through my insurance but it did not cover nothing not even a air filter on my vehicle so then I went back to Meineke and we discussed some options I listened to the gentleman at the front desk and applied for a credit card through them, but he did not inform me That the one that I was approved for didn t give the full year of no interest so the one that I was approved for only gives you four months to pay back them their money So I thought that was disrespectful that I was not informed that secondly, the issues I was having I specifically ask him with what y all are recommending Will it fix the issues I m having The Man said it should so I trusted his word and then come to find out it wasn t even in the report the issues that I stated in the beginning They checked the car out and came up with a full list of things they felt I should fix which none of them fix my car so by this time I have taken my car up there several times to get the issues fixed That I am having with my vehicle come to find out he never even looked at my vehicle to do the diagnostic on it, but I dropped it off several hours before so it could be there As early as they open, but my car still was not looked at because I didn t pay them for doing something else to my vehicle but he told me to get my battery changed by the previous company I went So I got the battery changed and the terminal and since the diagnostic is free, my car had never been seen to be able to perform the diagnostic and this Has been happening Since I started dealing with this company Confusion from them to me being overly charged for stuff I didn t even ask for. I just feel they need to pay for their wrongdoings. Because people don t have money to just throw away on a car. When Everybody needs a car For everything nowadays it s just disrespectful. It seems like these days no one has Empathy, Compassion, Pride, It s sad. We all are going through stuff, and people still are choosing to do wrong by one another.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Me and my son really enjoyed the experience. Both managers were great and took extra time to explain all options available. I love the detailed report. Literally to make an oil change people here take 2hours and say we need to change some lug nuts for wheel rotation check. I said I don t need any extras change my oil that s it and he took another hour to do it. Felt like nearby walmart is better. Hardly there take 30mins and tell what oil there have used it and ask me is it okay or not. Likewise here I don t know what the put-on. Waste of time and money and it takes 15 mins me to drive here. Walmart is just 5mins.Note: oil change is for 3hours. What if we go for car repair. I think god knows the time .

Super overpriced. They mark parts up nearly 4 times part cost, and then if you buy your own parts, they will install them but charge more labor. Suggest you go somewhere else who cares about their customers. And they treated their employees very badly as well when I was there. Will never ever go back to that awful place. Please read the previous reviews on this repair shop.

Well let me start by saying, I know things that we can t control happen and I ve been through situations like that many times, personally and professionally but I m just going to share my story from a factual viewpoint and not an emotional one.I originally had scheduled an appointment one a Saturday to have my tires replaced and I made the appointment earlier in the week. I m not sure who I spoke to at that time but I asked him if he d be able to see if tires for my car were available, since the website shows no products whatsoever. He said don t worry because they get their tires from a local warehouse and would be able to get them within 30mins. I was skeptical about that but i made the appointment and come Saturday, I dropped my car off and was told the truck for tires had already left. My appointment was at 10:30a and I was told there would be another truck at 2pm the same day. I got an email a little after 3p that day saying my tires wouldn t be in til Monday @10a. So I come back Monday at 9:50, but the truck didn t arrive til 11a so i had gone to the store and went home by the time it came. I went back to the location and was told there were a couple walk ins ahead of me and then they d start on my car. Long story short I was there from about 11:30a to almost 4:30p. The manager had to go and get some lug nuts to fit my car and I appreciate that. But it was an unnecessarily long day and i hate to say it but I ll just go to the dealer from now on. But like I said in the beginning, I get that things go wrong so it is what it is. I m just glad they got my service completed

Definitely will never be doing business at this place again. I basically paid $70 to be insulted today. I should have known better than to leave my Range Rover there for anything when the man who was at the desk made myself and my fianc� uncomfortable with his borderline racist remarks. Then they didn t even give me a quote for what I took the car in for, and so I had to pay for an unnecessary inspection just for them to not even list the issue I was having in the pricing. I ll walk before I go back here.

I worked with Mike and Justin at your OP location. They were patient with my going back and forth with my decisions with What I could afford And suggested a future plan to take. AreOf things I. Great customer service from start to finish. I had a small laundry list of things I wanted done and they took care of all of them in a very timely manner. I had a complete brake job done with four new rotors, two calipers and brakes, and a flush of the system. I also had, tie rods, sway bar links front and back. I also had them clean the fuel system. They flushed and replaced my power steering fluid system. The service tech Jean went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. He made sure to go over all the work completed. Thank you Meineke for taking care of my vehicle to keep me safe on the road.

We have been going there for 15+ years because they were reasonable and honest. I went in for an oil change, this time, and they attempted to upsell me on several items that weren t needed. Will be considering alternatives for future service.

Your service man told me to call my husband/boyfriend/father/brother to make sure it was ok for me get my battery and alternator changed at the price I was quoted. I am an adult who is more than capable of handling vehicle decisions on my own. This comment was inappropriate and sexist, and because of it I will likely not return nor recommend any female go to this location.Service: Auto battery replacement

I had my car in multiple times over the last year to get the A/C fixed as well as to have my tire sensors checked. After multiple weeks, multiple failed attempts, and them charging me $3200, Meineke told me that they did not have the expertise to handle Chevy's "new" A/C technology and that I needed to go to the dealership to have resolved and they would refund any costs. The bill that Meineke provided me on their last attempt even states "would suggest taking it to the dealer, leaking where rear lines go into rear evaporator". When I took into Chevy, they had to completely replace all the work Meineke had done on the A/C and they also stated that all four tire sensors had been removed from the tires (i.e. taken by Meineke). The total bill at Chevy was also north of $3000, but at least the problems are fixed now.I've seen most of these reviews replied to by Meineke saying to contact the store and they will help remedy the situation. This is great for show on Google reviews but is not indicative of reality. I've called back numerous times in the past 6 months trying to get a refund for the A/C work and the tire sensors that were taken. On the last call, the worker told me that his Manager told him to ignore me and they were not going to do anything to remedy the situation. There will be a lawsuit coming to recoup my $3200 as this store has left me no other choice. But I wanted other people reading these reviews to get a realistic review from firsthand experience so they know to avoid going here at all costs. Do not be fooled by all of the responses on here acting like this store will actually do anything to help or be a business of integrity as they are quite the opposite.Services: Tires, A/C installation & repair

I have gone to this meineke for 6+ years after it was suggested to me, I have been treated fairly with great service.The last 3 trips (especially the last one) have been the worst car repair experiences of my life. 100s of dollars in added charges, no accountability or help from the people at the desk in fact going out of their way not to talk to me when I walked in.My appointment was at 9:00 I made it the day before for an oil change and diagnostic, 300 dollars and almost 7 hours later they finally called me about my car after I waited the first 4 hours in the lobby. (After talking to the district manager I learned those aren t appointments it just means they set time aside for you during the day so be aware of that if you re an appointment person)After they located the issue and quoted me I called three other local repair shops in my area who have quoted me at least half of what they were quoting me.There was no accountability from any issue from the desk to the management team, don t waste your time just go somewhere else. Went in to have A/C refrigerant added because I had just changed the compressor myself. Service was quick and friendly. I was told that it was filled but not cooling all that much, by the time I got home it was freezing me out.

Had to wait 1& 1/2 hours to get just an oil change because they never even checked the tire pressure, even though they were supposed to rotate them. They did replace the oil drain plug that they had apparently messed up at my last oil change. Never got a report from the 27 point inspection they are supposed to do for free. They did say they were short handed but they did a better job in the past.Service: Oil change

I had a coupon which had full synthetic oil change for 50$ and the guy in the front desk said that it ll also cover wheel rotation. But after the oil change when I got the receipt it shown that he put synthetic blend oil in it and also he didn t perform the wheel rotation.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My car started and runs fine, I m grateful! After the diagnostic test, another part was needed. Why was that not part of the diagnostics? Oh, you just saw that a worn hose was needed.As far as listening skills, someone is horribly challenged. I showed up to pay a deposit for a part on my husband s car. I was specific what I was there to pay. And, come to think about it, when did they start with deposits for parts? I thought they had everything come to them to fix whatever needs fixing, then be charged at the moment of pick up?? Deposit before the job is very unusual to me to begin with. To make matters worse, it was unfortunate for me becoz I didn t look at my receipt whenI made the deposit becoz I believed I was clear what I wanted to give for a deposit. Well a few hours later I realized that they emptied my account. Then when I called, the audacity to argue with me about my boyfriend cosigned him to remove over a $1000. That was a lie! My husband and I were clear what the deposit was supposed to be. In other words, he overlooked what I said I was there to pay! Not cool at all. Cost me my whole weekend with no funds on my son s BEarth Day! I m highly frustrated right now, becoz I have no clue when those funds are going to be applied back to my account. Anyway, I m forgiving becoz otherwise, I would have given them one star.

I went in for an oil change and requested that they did nothing else, when I returned my tires were off and the back wheels were partially disassembled. Then the manager tried to sell numerous other services.

This place found the root cause of my problem. On of my front turn signal bulb was getting very dim (right). It would die and come back alive. I thought it got fused and needed a new bulb. I took it to another local mechanic. They said it was fine because at that time the bulb became alive. So it went like a week like this. One of my coworkers suggested me to bring my car to this Mieneke workshop. It was with them for about two hours. With the other local shop my car was with them for two days. This Meineke told me to replace my rear LED turn light bulbs because some cars don't work with LED bulbs. And it fixed my problem. The person at the service desk was also very nice. I'm glad my car got fixed I thank the mechanic very much.

Loved this place, but they turned what should have been a fairly inexpensive repair into an expensive ordeal for no good reason.My son brought a car in to be looked at after buying, was told that the check engine light was a transmission solenoid that needed replacement. Quote was for almost $800. A bit higher than some other places, but I've gone here multiple times, so I didn't think it was worth the hassle to find somewhere else I could trust.But when I asked about the tire pressure light (which they didn't even bother looking at in the original inspection), they originally quoted a small difference that quickly ballooned to over $800 when they were finished. Found the exact same part in multiple places online for no more than $150, and was told that the labor for that part itself was less than an hour. But apparently the parts they are using are over $500. So either a HUGE markup or they are flat out lying about the price.Not happy and will not be going back again.

Do not go to Meineke. My car had a coolant leak. I asked for them to find the leak. Hours later I was called with their diagnosis: the leak was coming from the radiator. They listed about 9 other issues and needs including my car needing a valve cover gasket which would be almost $1100 to replace. All in all, the total for my car to be repaired would be over $4k. I said no to everything and got a second opinion. The second auto body shop said the coolant leak was coming from the overflow tank. I also found out that Volvos do not have valve cover gaskets. The mechanic didn't find any other leaks. My total was under $200. I called to respectfully describe to the manager of this Meineke location my experience and yes, how it made me feel - completely scared at seeing their diagnosis. I could not afford $1100 let alone $4k. I expected empathy and a "Thank you" for informing him. Unfortunately, I was given excuses. I am a female; I don't know if that played any part of my experiences with the insection or the manager's conversation but I recommend you know your stuff before taking your vehicle here or don't go to Meineke at all.

Great customer service and great time efficiency. My engine light came on and after failed attempts calling multiple auto places, I finally called Meineke. They told me they would do a diagnostic between car appointments, which was much appreciated. I received a call back within 24 hours and they told me I need an EGR valve replacement and that they could do it that day - they did. There was a minor set back, however, they gave me a fair discount to compensate for it. More importantly, both Lewis (I believe that was his name) and Kelsey R. had exceptional customer service skills and professionalism, over the phone and in-person. The pricing of the repair and diagnostic was also fair with current market prices. I will not hesitate to come back if I need another repair. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars, thats what they would have received. I took my daughters car in for a diagnostic and they told me I needed $3500 worth of work, from brakes (which i just had changed a few weeks before) to a rack & pinion, and air compresser, plus a few other things. I was talking to a co worker and he said NOOOOOO, they tried him for $5000 worth of work and he jusr went in for an exhaust, anyway he recommended a mechanic shop that would thoroughly go over my car and not cheat me, they found I needed no rack & pinion or air compresser. I needed something for my power steering and someone unhooked the hose to the compresser (wonder who could have done that). So it's safe to say Meineke doesn't have my business and i warn anyone else of them.

I ask for oil change, flush engine, replace 4 spark plugs .did not flush engine and no proof plugs was replaced and no proof oil filter was changed charged 590$ I m asking for a refund asap check filter super dirty proof it wasn t changed, plus oil in motor was dirty, did they add oil only? Avoid this place of business.Took car in for oil change they did a check engine diagnostic told me what the code was and then proceeded to let me know that further testing would need to be done. It was going to be a lot of work to remove parts of the engine and get to the timing chains and it would be a $3000 to $4000 fix. had someone with me that day that heard everything they said, and there now trying to change their story line.Took and had another diagnostic run on it for free was told this was a known problem with this age car that the sensors go bad and it was a $65 part and put on for $120.Manager Brad at this location has refused to speak with me and has told me that they will not refund the $65.46 that lead to misleading and bad information. horrible customer service and there s nothing worse than a mechanic you can t trust.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Needed brakes and rotors done really bad and for a good while they just kept on getting worse. Finally was able to have a better professional technician look at it and it was confirmed that the lug nuts was tighten super tight. Didn't know the extent of the damage that had taken place. With the expla5thnation of what was going on, then I proceeded to give the ok to work on my car. The process of paying for the work that was done was a lot more than I could afford. I was given the option to get sone financial assistance and I was approved. I got what I needed at the right time. All I can really say is, that I will coming back here as a loyal customer !
