I was very happy with the service. I set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My rep suggested a wheel alignment as well that I thought I wouldn t have time for. They got it all done and I was able to make it to church on time. I really appreciate the customer service and the team effort. Will definitely be going back to get the rest of the stuff done that was suggested.

The guy that checked me in was very polite and pleasant...for me not being a morning person (I mean that seriously) he took his time with me and with ease. The only thing though is that I have this me error message that's been on my dash for a couple months now. I've been told what it was, a sensor. I just won't know when my tire is low...but he didn't mentioned i. I thought that would be something to tell me since it's on my dash and on the oil sticker it said tires were great...but they wasn't. I want to give it a 3 but the front guy was great so a 4..

The service department surpassed my expectations. I've been to half a dozen other dealerships with my Chevrolet for service, and McCarthy has got to be the best or close to it. The service rep I met with was very professional, factual, and friendly. I was very pleased with their deal to buy three tires and get the 4th for a dollar. Great value!

Absolutely horrible. Possiblygetting my attorney involved. Came in to have my truck diagnosed they diagnosed it. they were so certain One of the mechanics even said he would bet the farm that that was what the problem was.so I scheduled an appointment sat there for 2 1/2 hours during my appointment. Paid $700 and it still was doing the EXACT same thing after further review they told me that it was coming from the AC condenser not the lines that they assured me were leaking AGAIN even bet the farm on it. Then they proceeded to tell me it would be another $700 to fix it. Absolutely not so I took it to a REAL mechanic MCCARTHY Chevrolet did not even put the rubber seals back in the NEW lines. THAT'S WHY THEY WERE LEAKING!!!. ABSOLUTE CLOWNS GUESSING WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE ON MY DOLLAR. plus the new mechanic stated HALF OF THE BOLTS WEREN'T EVEN TIGHTENED DOWN ON EVERYTHING THEY DID.. I wouldn't take a bicycle to this shop to get repaired. Stay clear do your shopping elsewhere for new vehicles, used vehicles and definitely for service. Because this is how they treat their customers prior to , during and after the sale.

Check engine light came on during travel! They didn't panic!(IDid!) With my warranty, getting it fixed and a rental vehicle, all went smoothly. They called everyday with updates. Best person to person experience. Please take this thank you to heart! Keep up the great work! From Wisconsin to Oklahoma and back thanks again!

Went there for a maintenance service. I had bought my car from a different dealership, yet they treated me as if I was their customer. John from maintenance went above and beyond. He tried to find solutions for minor cosmetic problems that were bothering me, and fixed them at no cost. He also addressed all my concerns that I brought up. I've been to three other Chevrolet dealerships in the metro KC area, and this is by far my favorite. I recommend it.

I was early for my appointment and they were able to get me in. I was approached in no time for my service needs and it was a very busy day from what I could see. I did not have to wait a long time either.

I had an amazing experience! I was referred to McCarthy by another's party's insurance after being rear-ended. I had interactions with several employees here and they were ALL kind, friendly, and helpful. I received multiple text updates while my car was in the shop and several phone calls as we dealt with some insurance drama (none of it McCarthy's fault). All in all, an amazing experience, my car looks INCREDIBLE and the parts they installed have a lifetime guarantee. I am a happy customer!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wow what a horrible place. Last time I got my oil changed I told them that my tire was loosing air and needed checked. They switched the rear tires, didn't check it and didn't reset the tire monitor. This caused damage to the tire. They accepted no blame. This time they took an hour and a half to do the oil change and didn't look at the tire even though we agreed when I made the appointment and when they took the car back. It took another hour to remove a nail and do a patch that cost 3 times what it should because "they don't charge for the patch only shop time so I should be happy" happy that I had to pay extra for there incompetence and my waisted time. A tire patch and oil change should be done simultaneously and take no more than 30 minutes max. I know I used to work at a good dealership. Save your self money and time and go to a quality shop somewhere else. I greatly regret ever doing business with this company, don't make the same mistake I did when I bought my car here.Service: Tires

The Sales team, including the Finance group are (although we are always told car salesmen lie) the worst liars I've ever encountered. They didn't follow through, misrepresented the product, added charges without disclosure, promised a "required" service contract could be used at a different dealership. It was an extremely frustrating and disheartening experience. If we had not traveled 4+ hours o/w to purchase this particular, needed, vehicle, we would have walked away. Luckily, we continue to be pleased with vehicle, despite horrible experience with dealer.

It took them 5 days to even look at my car! I dropped my car off Monday and wasn t even notified by the attendant that it would take a full week. They must of assumed I had a second car. I had to call Saturday about 10 times until I got an uber up to the shop to speak about the car status. Only then did things get moving. To make matters worse, after a $165 diagnostic and another $150 for rotor work, the problem was not fixed! Done with these guys entirely and will look into a local mechanic or Chevy dealership closer next time!Service: Wheel alignment

If it let me post with zero stars, I would. I call shenanigans. Its bad enough that when I call to make an appointment, assuming someone answers, I m told it s walk-ins only that day with first-come/first-serve, then when I show up before dawn first in line that day, am told it s appointments only every time but NOW I get an oil change and have trouble starting my truck next day. I pop the hood and see my air intake has been removed and is tripping my MAF sensor, which tries to prevent my truck from starting (rightfully so.. good work, MAF). There is no reason this should have been done, even if checking air filter. I learn from an honorable mechanic later that it is a common tactic of sabotage to get someone back in the shop later for a miracle fix. You have lost my business and hopefully any business from anyone who reads this or I can reach otherwise. I say again.. Shenanigans.

Went for an oil change, booked through the website with an offer of $69.95, was told upon checkout that the price was over $100, showed them the price on my app and they wouldn't honor it. Just checked the app for a price and it's still listed at $69.95. Why is this dealership not honoring their listed prices? If it's not the right price CHANGE IT or at least call the customers who booked at that price and let them know so they can choose service elsewhere or be okay with the price instead of an over $30 price increase surprise. I wanted to get service here for other things, but will not because this doesn't feel honest. I also never received a completed checklist, which I've received at every other dealership throughout the Midwest without even having to ask.The service advisor was abrupt and borderline rude, like he just didn't want to be there unless he was joking with his coworkers. I have no clue why this man is still employed here, as it looks to me like this location regularly gets low service reviews and then never follows up. Nepotism maybe? At any rate, this person is not customer oriented and should not be in a position of high customer contact if he cannot handle it. When your website says a price, and it's pointed out clearly, honor it instead of arguing.

Kept me informed about the needed repairs, and the video showing the rear brakes helps to explain the condition of the brakes and why they require replacement.

This was a very pleasant experience. I called another local Dealer some months ago and they weren t at all accommodating, I was eventually placed on hold when I called them, and I hung up the phone after waiting 15 minutes and no response. So when I called Morse Chevrolet they connected me with the Service Center, the service person Chris was very polite, and patient with assisting me with my problem. Chris was very kind in walking me through the process of my vehicles Recall repair. I felt like a valued customer, it was a bright spot in my day.

Took 2hrs to change the oil, rotate tires and put in an engine air filter. Labor cost was way too high. Had the same work done on my Ford at the Ford dealership the same day and it was $100 less at Ford.

I went to the dealership for an oil change at 3pm on Wednesday. They done an oil change on my car very quickly. I didn't expect my car to come out quickly but the advisor didn't call me for over 30 minutes. I went to the advisor's desk and asked if it was over. He said it was over, I paid and left the dealer. That night I went to sleep without even knowing the oil was leaking. I woke up the next afternoon and I went to work. When I came back home, parked and got off then i realized there was a big water stain under the wheel, so I checked it and it was oil.(oil that leaked on Wednesday night). I wonder if they changed engine oil or if the O-rings is inserted. I turned the screw 4 times to lock it. Even after wiping my new driveway in front of my house, the oil marks are still remained. I am worried about whether the car can be driven normally. I wonder if this was a mistake or intentional. Others, please check it out as soon as you get your car key back. If you don't want to get accident. I must check my dash cam?Thank you Lucas!!!

Service writer was helpful and professional. Although I had phoned in earlier and scheduled an appointment on 10/13, I was surprised upon my arrival that I did not have an appointment showing. Chris got me I m for my service and suggested service items.Upon picking up my vehicle, I didn t review its condition as I should have. The steering wheel felt a little gritty but I didn t find any grease/oil on my hands so, ok. When I returned home, I found greasy hand prints on my door handle and hood/grill area near. This was the third time this has happened following service. I understand this can happen however, if the tech would take a second to wipe off their hands or at least wipe off the hand prints it would have been far more satisfying.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I needed to get my truck in for service before Christmas. Not only did they have time to get me in, but they shared that I still had a free oil change available as a certified pre-owned vehicle. Great service. Great bonus gift.

They were very helpful and available when searching for a car. After purchasing I have had to take my car in over 6 times in less than a year for things that should have been done before purchasing. Very disappointing. Would have kept my old clunker if I knew this was how they treat their customers.

The service writer was great. The issue that I had no one contacted me once my part came in. I had requested a loaner car that did not happen. They did keep my vehicle longer than expected. They are nice people but I will take my care back to cable Dahmer they customer service level is better

Morse is always thorough and professional when they fix my cars. I feel very confident taking my cars there knowing I will get a fair deal. It s the only place I take my cars for repair.

My 2015 Buick Regal was there for a month. Kevin in service was incredibly hard to speak to and rarely returned my father, or my calls to find out what was wrong with my car. Once I was able to conference a call with Kevin, Lloyd Miller, and myself (Sharon Bunch), suddenly the car was ready for pick up. The agreed price at dropoff was $700.00, at pick up the price was $1200.00. The bill was paid and upon driving home, see the attached photo. The wires were hanging out. Completely unacceptable and my car will never end up at McCarthy -Morse dealership ever again.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. They did the job but the next day I got a mail in my tire. I took it to another place and they measure my tire tread at 3/32 which I confirmed. McCarthy service sept never told me how bad my tire tread was.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Ordered my car through this dealership. Ordering process was smooth and communication with stellar. HOWEVER - using the dealership for service has been a different story. Needed get oil change and tires rotated. Set up appointment online using website. When service was complete, the cost was different than stated online. When I pointed that out and asked them to honor website pricing I was denied. Don t find that to be the customer service I expect from a dealership I ordered my car from.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Cheerleading an early morning visit for a routine oil maintenance when my customer voice for fair treatment was highly considered; as a result, exceptional service without the overly selling technique when OnStar and the vehicle manual keep car owners informed. Also well-spent time, minus the yawning, to indulge in the latest new roads magazine on evolving changes to electric vehicles's battery pack and range that also highlights leading decisionmaking from women engineers. Are we, I am part of the discussion as a long time Chevrolet customer, considering expanding the tire inflation sensor to an automatic air refill at time of vehicle supercharge? How a cool feature it will be if anything possible!
