I am trying to keep my ancient CRV alive and have taken it to Keeton a few times now. They are knowledgeable, skilled and supportive. They have worked with me on triaging all the work my vehicle needs done and have tried their best to keep pricing as low as they can. They ve also just been so kind which means a lot. I have had a very good experience and wouldn t hesitate to go back or recommend them.

They made the process so easy and smooth! Was able to make my appointment online and they even sent me pictures of what they found going on with my car. Then they called to walk me through the problems, talked me through my options without being pushy, and did an excellent job on the repairs. Would HIGHLY recommend Keeton Auto Repair!

Keeton was great to work with. They got me in last minute before the holiday and even worked late to ensure my car was finished in time. They communicate well and I think their pricing is reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

Courteous employees & work is guaranteed.Not priced competitively, however, I feel that they are looking out for the over-all safety of their consumer. Pretty good turn-around time!

Took my 2006 Mazda Tribute here this week. Had issue after issue come up as they worked on it and they were communicative and patient the whole way. Very honest and professional staff, will return in the future (but hope I don't have to!)

Was referred over to Keeton by Discount Tires after getting new tires put on my Audi A6 for realignment of the AWD. Didn t have an appointment but really needed to get this done that same day due to how out of line the car was. They had a full garage and alignments ahead of me. The owner said hold on a second and talked to one of his technicians and said they could do it right then. The Technician held off from taking lunch to work on my car! I mean, does that happen in this day and age??? Realignment done in literally 30-40 minutes. These guys have my business going forward. Fantastic job and soooo appreciative of the owner and that technician!

Very professional and clean place! I enjoyed very much a cold drink and snack as I had to wait for my vehicle to do an oil change. I am returning to do my truck in the near future. We are new to the area and are very happy we found your shop.Thanks again!Debbie Gilmore

Front desk guy was not professional in his approach in my experience . I used a debit card for a payment and sale was completed but he said it is not completed , he denied and said it not completed. I showed my bank transaction, it was debited and he asked if showed keeton auto repair on the transaction, i showed him the same but yet he said it it doesn t have a transaction id on it . I was seriously disappointed in his demeanor approach, i asked him thrice to check his credit card authorization system, and he found it , and he dint even apologize for his demeanor approach. I was truely disappointed for that experience, since he made me feel as if was lying about it . Except this experience , the service was good .

My 2016 Chevy Camaro had some very expensive repairs and Keeton Auto repair worked with me through financial struggles. They show world class customer service with the best techs ready to get me back rollin. I definitely would recommend bringing your car here.

$160 just to run a diagnostic check after we ve already been customers? We had it serviced here a month ago and suddenly the check engine light is on. There s a reason you get coupons in the mail to come to this place

Keeton staff is very friendly and also they are one of the more honest auto repair shops in Overland Park. We have been using them for many years for all our cars and also our daughter's car. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, fast, friendly, professional. Went in for an oil change and they caught a fluid leak and a nail in my tire very inexpensive assessment and tire patch. Glad they caught it.So far, I m more impressed with Keeton than the Honda dealership as far as cost / service and convenience.Highly recommend them.

Amazing service. This is the third time have used them. I bought four new tires this time. Gave me a quote on a total of five different brands on short notice within minutes. Had my tires ordered and schedule for service within 48 hours. No pressure and very informative.Found an issue with my front wheel bearings and kept me posted through the whole process. Had to keep my truck overnight to repleace wheel bearings gave me a loaner vehicle for free for the night. Very friendly and professional service is amazing! Great staff! I even dropped an oil change them at last minute, as I usually do my own oil change but didn't have time. They didn't hesitate to get it done for me. Updated 8/25/23 - see the end of the reviewEveryone at Keeton was very kind, helpful, and patient. I had a great experience working with Tom. I really appreciated their diagnostics being documented online with pictures, videos, and explanations - this really helped to understand, rather than being told an explanation over the phone.Unfortunately, the fix recommended (oil change) for my car's issue (intermittent misfire and P0011) only remedied the issue for about a week. After both issues came back, I was told that I would have to pay the diagnostic fee ($160) a second time.This is disappointing - if the intermittent issue had come back while in the shop, I'm confident that further diagnosis would have been covered by the initial fee. Although the people are great, I unfortunately don't plan to come back.UPDATE 8/25/23The manager, Tim, reached out to me after my visit and asked for a chance to make things right. Working with him was the best customer service I've ever received at an auto repair shop. He made sure to discuss all of the diagnostic steps and associated costs with tests, and asked for my input on how to proceed to make sure I was on board with it.I was very impressed by my second experience at Keeton and was happy to have another chance to work with this shop since everyone is so pleasant. I've updated my rating to 5 stars due to my great experience working with Tim.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Received substandard care at an express oil change facility along with a repair recommendation of about $4,000.00. I was aware something was amiss. The lead mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly. He offered to not charge me and recommended I return to the original facility so they could do the job properly. I opted to have Keeton do the job properly. Hence, highly likely to use them in the future for oil changes.Service: Oil change

12/2023 Have been taking vehicles there for several years. I still stand by my previous review.Locally owned business. Easy to make appointments. Large shop. Well staffed so they are able to get me in quickly. Waiting area is clean. They give you a detailed written estimate and don t use any sales/scare tactics. Prices are reasonable and they follow up to ensure the work was done properly.They send out coupons. Very professional. The workers seem to be happy working there. I had extensive work done on a vehicle and they were honest about the timeframe needed to do the work properly and order in the parts needed. If there is a downside to this place it is that the parking seems limited and I never know where to park my car when dropping off.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change
