I'm always appreciative of the excellent customer service, generosity, and good humor of the Jiffy Lube team members at this Overland Park, KS location on 151st Street and Antioch. While I waited for my oil change to finish, Earl, one of the team members who took care of my car, let me know I should be able to find an online coupon to help me save some money today. Sure enough, a $15 off coupon for my specific type of maintenance showed up in my Google search! Thank YOU Earl and Jiffy Lube!

This was the quickest oil change I have ever experienced. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Each and every staff member was extremely kind and professional. They were full of smiles and happy to help me. Often, other places that do these type of services are full of cranky workers - but not Jiffy Lube! Amazing experience!

Only Jiffy Lube I will take my truck too. Terry and the rest of the staff Extremely nice and go above and beyond make sure everything is taken care of and make feel like your part of their family.I will never take any of my Vehicles to any other Jiffy Lube or place.

It has been a while since I used a Jiffy Lube. When my daughter decided on a last minute road trip, I was pleased to find that Jiffy Lube was open on July 4 so that I could get the oil change that the car needed. Craig and his team were super friendly and helpful. They completed the oil change, coolant level, checked the battery, the air filter, tire pressure, and wiper fluid. We feel better knowing that the car doesn t have any fluid concerns when she takes off tomorrow. Thanks for taking great care of us.

If you have any coupon, they will tell you you have to pay for random things like Ford doesnt cover caps any longer, or the only refill you need is coolant which is $5 ..these literally added up to my $22 coupon. And it was hilarious, as soon as I gave the coupon amount they started telling me the things I needed . Go to Valvoline down the street.

They were short staffed and they let me know as soon as I arrived that my oil change might take 30 mins once they start working on it. Under promised over delivered. These guys are amazing and so sweet! Roger, Terry and Charli all took the time to explain things to me and gave me the knowledge needed so I could make the best decision on my tune up for my car. I also had them do my kids cars as well and really felt like they had my best interest in mind!!! Craig and Terry really helped me out, I had recently purchased a used car for my daughter, and the day before she left to go to a new job 12 hours away, the splash guard dropped down under the car...I tried to reattach it or remove it but it wasnt an easy job when lying on your back in the driveway! Anyway, the guys there at Jiffy Lube were ready to help me when I rolled in at 7am on Saturday morning! Great service, great guys!thanks much!Service: Body & Trim

Just stopped by for a quick oil change at the end of the day but I wanted to give a shout out to Craig because he was very kind and informative throughout the service.Overall this was a quick and easy process which is not my usual experience with oil changes. This location has great service!

Upon my arrival at store 1930 for a Top off and Roger anowledge from the bay as he were assisting with a prior team vehicle. Roger inquiried how he may help? I shared with Roger top off and assisted. Once inside the Team really was working together on both vehicles. The entire team Charli, Lola, Jason, Craig and Roger. The owner should be proud of his Team for Excellent Customer service, kindness, knowledge wisdom and understanding for ALL Customer. Please with my top off and tires checked. Mainly pleased not to be judged or missed treated. As I were on 11.11.22 at store #1564 in Lee Summit Mo. Did speak with on person stated he's a manager. This Customer were shared they was going to review the garage camera as well and get back with me. Paid employee Store #1564 Lee Summit overlooked me, but service other Customers did not look like me. The other Customers at store #1564 Lee Summit enter inside the bay after me then TY Store # 1564 Lee Summit mentioned a negative comment to another Customer about/towards me as well as yelling and pointing his FINGER at this Customer all done on 11.11.22 remain waiting to hear the Follow-up and/or my true disrespectful FINGER pointing at me experience by a paid employee TY from the Owner at store 1564 in Lee Summit . Had to share the difference as a Customer.Today Store #1930 YOU ALL ROCK.Thank you, Roger, Charli, Lola, Craig and Jason for being just You! Please keep up the good work Team.So today services at store 1930 was a Blessing they value their jobs in unity Genuine. As soon as I walked up one of the employees came to the door and asked what I needed to get done. I said an oil change and he said it would end up costing me $135.. I'm not quite sure what he said the reason for that was but I have never paid more than 70 dollars for my oil changes. I just left.

I went in for a transmission fluid change, however that service cannot be performed on a sealed transmission. The crew did check the other fluid levels and topped off my oil and washer fluid. They didn't have to do this, but they did it anyway! I'll definitely be back!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I love this place! I go there anytime I have a car issue... Oil change, air in my tires, blinker light not working, etc...they always give me the right information. Either they identify my problem and fix it or they identify my problem and if it's something they don't do, they suggest I need to take it somewhere and get it fixed. I trust them implicitly, they haven't steered me wrong yet and they've saved me a lot of money. Staff is always friendly and professional. And I find their are prices to be quite reasonable.

This place is great. Friendly service and the employees are honest. My wife had misplaced a piece of jewelry and it turns out it was in the car. They found it and returned it. I definitely reccomend this store to anyone.

I've been to countless Jiffy Lubes in the past. I've even had a few terrible situations unfortunately... To be VERY straight forward this was without a doubt the best experience and best run Jiffy Lube I've seen. The crew should do their training videos, dead serious. The young guy woth a long beard seemed to be the manager and he is AWESOME.

There is nothing jiffy about this location. I was told 45 minutes to wait for an oil change. I leave my car and come back an hour later and my car still hasn t even been started and meanwhile customers that hadn t been there when I arrived are already finishing up. This location consistently takes forever and always takes longer than they say.

Jasper and Andrew are an amazing team and deserve raises. They work quickly and effeciently. Went here on a Sunday afternoon around 2:00 for an oil change. It is a company car and we have had a local fleet account with Jiffy Lube for over 20 years. One other car was there for service and the young man (who's uniform looked like it had not been washed in months) said it would be a half an hour before they could get my car in (the shop has 3 bays of which 2 were empty). I said the wait was no problem and that I am in no hurry. Then they tell me they can't perform work on a fleet vehicle when the manager isn't there and that I needed to come back on Monday. I think its time we close our account and head back to the dealer for service. This place has really gone down hill.

This establishment needs to be shut down. My mother went in for an oil change and a tire rotation yesterday only to be told by the manager Mike that it would be 30 minutes. She was on a conference call in her car and was waiting to get off the call before going inside. The manager proceeded to bang on her car window and demand that she turn off her car, when she said she was on a call he said 'I DON'T CARE!' She then asked to know the name of the manager so she could formalize a complaint, when Mike pointed to his name-tag and said, 'Mike, I am the manager. HAVE FUN making a complaint because it will only get back to me.' Well Mike, I am making this complaint public. My mom's credit card had already been taken and when she went inside to get it, the manager flung it to his assistant who handed it to my mother without another word. Sir, you work in a service industry, and the customer is always right. I was irate this morning when my mother told me what happened to her. I hope this review deters customers from choosing this location for an oil change, because frankly I am sick of bullies thinking that they have the power. The consumer has the power, and you lost a paying customer, for life. Good luck explaining yourself to the big-wigs, Mike. I plan on taking this complaint as high as it can go.
