I worked with Bryan Drescher and had the best experience purchasing a pre owned car. The process was stress free (no sales pressure). I mentioned what I was looking for and they had it the following Monday. I ended up financing through them as they beat my credit union rate (Max is a finance wizard)! Low pressure, attentive to my wants/needs and a great experience! I used to compare purchasing a car to going to the dentist....they have changed that for me! Thank you! Although I purchased a used Subaru from Jay Wolfe Acura, the experience was very pleasant. David, my salesman, was low pressure, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to talk with. My paperwork came quickly and there were no problems. I think you should include this dealer in your search.

I worked with Amir on getting my MDX leased. Best salesman I ve worked with at any dealership. He didn t ask any of the pestering sales questions. Me and him genuinely talked about cars and he showed me stuff I would like and we were able to complete the transaction seamlessly. This is a great dealership I highly recommend

We called before we had come in to verify the car was good to go and it turned out the it was still being reconditioned so it was not ready for purchase. We ended up being able to test drive but it was very controlled. The salesman had to come with us on our ride, and told us where to drive(the route down to a T), we couldn t test drive where we wanted or how we wanted.The other Jay Wolfe dealers do not act like this!

Not only did he truly listen to what I needed as far as Monthly Payments, him and the finance team (Blair and Max) made it happen without a cosigner for me. My overall Experience was 10 out 10. I personally worked with Ethen at Acura (Overland Park) and he has made my experience from end-to-end so great. From the process of buying a vehicle, to having random questions about it, to getting my car serviced...he has been there and honestly gone above and beyond anyone that I've had the pleasure of working with in prior years. I not only know I'm taken care of by him but also the other employees at Acura OP. They all put their customers first.

Do not recommend. We bought an Acura MDX Certified Pre-Owned from Jay Wolfe Acura in 2019. Recently scheduled service to replace OEM Rear Brake Pads & Rotors. Automotive Technician on-site accidentally sheared off a post/stud when removing the tire lug nuts. Jay Wolfe Acura would not take accountability for the damage & gave me the option to either replace the entire Rear Hub Assembly or sign off that this was a severe safety risk & take it as is. I inquired about simply replacing the post/stud with the Service Advisor & they stated that it was not possible (this is not true & I later found out that posts/studs can simply be hammered out and a new unit pressed in and replaced). So we replaced the entire Rear Hub Assembly & I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to cover the component at 50%. ($500 component). This whole situation could have been resolved by Jay Wolfe Acura taking accountability and replacing the post/stud that they sheared off (estimated $50-100 parts/labor).After over 4 years of Acura MDX ownership & overall satisfaction, we had plans to purchase a replacement Acura MDX with Jay Wolfe Acura in the near future. Now the relationship has been dissolved. My question for Jay Wolfe Acura is: Was it worth it? All over a sheared post/stud. Even though I shared with them our desire to be a repeat customer in the future, they stated that we were not good customers because we don t regularly service our MDX at their facility. Jay Wolfe Acura, we live in a rural area a size-able distance from your facility & you do not determine what certified automotive facilities we choose to use for routine auto services. At the end of the day, not only was this transaction completely dishonest; it was also very deceitful from our perspective. Never again 1 Star Customer Service.

I sold cars for nearly a decade so I do have some insider knowledge on the mechanisms that go into play when buying/selling a car. I didn t hesitate for a second when my son s friend needed a car and we found a nice used Acura at Jay Wolfe Acura in Overland Park. As a matter of fact- I worked at a different Jay Wolfe and here s the deal- they have a stellar reputation because they are stellar. I was so impressed with how his deal went down- I mean it was flawless. I couldn t have asked for an easier or better experience! Thank you Blair for all of your help and for connecting us with Max, our salesperson. He was really laid back and I simply can t say enough nice things about him. Don t hesitate- you are really in excellent hands. I would like to also give a shout out to Joshua in finance. He is extremely knowledgeable, good at what he does and frankly- he is a freaking magician!I am proud to have once worked for the Wolfe group and should you need a vehicle- you will be proud to have purchased from them as well! The experience at Jay Wolfe Acura couldn't be better on the day I shopped for a new car especially with the help from Ethen. The day was almost ruined by the sales at the L***x dealership across the highway but Ethen saved the day when I was looking at cars from different mfg. He knows the vehicles inside and out while maintaining professional/courteous attitude and paying full attention to customers. I will highly recommend Jay Wolfe Acura to anyone who's looking to buy a car and refer them to Ethen.

I showed interest in a Honda Pilot that they had for sale. I negotiated the price. I filled out a credit application. I did not get the results. I had my grandchildren with me and the process was taking too long. So I ended the process "with I am going to check on my own financing". I will get back with you. I walked out. These people ran my credit with 7 different finance companies without my permission. I did by a car with my own financing but not from this company. I do not recommend this company for car buying. They talk out the side of their mouth. Beware!

The building is great and the staff was good but I have been getting spam emails for years from these people. I have unsubscribed 5 times at least this year and I still get emails. I no longer live in the same state and have not owned a Acura for 3 years.

We were met by sales person, Ethen, when we walked in and our experience from there was terrific. Ethen took the time to ask questions and to then select car options that were in line with what we had in mind all without any pressure. We ended up buying an MDX and then met with Finance Manager, Max Donahue who looked for every opportunity to help us find the right loan and warranty option. Both these young men were great at what they do and provided us with a great experience. We will definitely return when we begin searching for our next car.

I needed a reliable, inexpensive used car. I have owned many Hondas, new and used. I have owned one new Acura.I found a used 2010 Acura RL at Jay Wolfe Acura in KCMO and bought it the end of June 2023.I made the assumption that a used car purchase at a major luxury car dealership would mean the vehicle would be road worthy.In the first week of having the car I notified the service department that there was an issue with a very rough ride in the front left of the car and that there was a loud "thud" when hitting even a small bump. 3 different service people, including the Service Manager, denied hearing any unusual noise. I then took the vehicle to the other Jay Wolfe dealership in the Kansas City area. Within 3 or so hours they told me they also heard "the loud clunk" when hitting a bump. Even though the 30 day 50/50 parts and labor warranty was over, they replaced the struts at no charge.I don't know anything about cars but told the dealership where I bought the car that there was an obvious problem. They denied it but were proven to either being dishonest or incompetent enough to not see a problem.After a month and a half, the alternator went out. I wasn't upset, realizing that I bought a used car and that this will happen.The shop that replaced the alternator also found the following:- bad ball joints- torn compliance bushings- leaking power steering pump- "dirty" transmission fluidI was told that the car would fail the state of Missouri car inspection, prohibiting me from being able to register the car.Jay Wolfe Acura sold a car on their lot that won't even pass a state safety inspection.All of this after driving the car just over 1000 miles. These things were this way when I bought the car

This experience couldn't have turned out better. I got a great salesman that was very knowledgeable. The prior week he had helped me look at a different vehicle.Never was any high pressure..He got all of the paperwork done in a really fast manner. I got an extremely nice car.

I found this 2010 TSX on Acura Of Overland Parks website, over a week ago. Called the number and got Don Smith. Don was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever it took for us. He made the purchasing decision so much easier. He was able to send me all the service records (at my request), he went over and above to send me images of some areas of question. Ultimately we (my wife and I) decided to make the 3 hour trip to view the car. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. We also dealt with Tim Griffith on the financing side. Both Don and Tim were wonderful to deal with. Would not hesitate to drive again to purchase another car in the future. In fact, when do decide to buy again, it is without a doubt where we will look first. The knowledgeable staff and easy going nature of the salesman are what drew us to this dealer. We looked local, and were not pleased with the salesman at a dealer locally. Overall experience I would rate Acura of Overland Park 10/10, and Don a 11/10. This is how car buying should be. From the professionalism, quality of the vehicle, willingness of the staff hands down the best experience we've ever had.

Sold me a lemon. Been to the mechanic about seven to eight times thus far and have had nothing but issues from the used car side of this establishment. Other than that the service is great the amenities is great never had a place treat you so wonderful. Had to use the warranty a few times no problem or hassle and Matt's the GOAT of customer Service!

One of the best dealerships in the greater KC area. The sales team is courteous and knowledgeable. Transparent and had a smooth car buying experience. Always offers service specials and never said no to a loaner request. Waiting area is upscale and snack bar is always full. Service area is clean and attentive staff.

Terrible salesman, his low energy and enthusiasm was the reason for this review. Hence the policy which requires your insurance to test drive their vehicles, that's a new one.
