I am very thankful for this Firestone location. Was driving through KC with a young family, hit a curb, punctured the sidewall of a tire, and was in a bind to make it home to Wichita. Mario let me promptly in when they opened at 7am and their service was fantastic. They honored the roadhazard warranty, let me know about the age of our car battery without being pushy at all, and Derek the mechanic did a fantastic job replacing the tire and competing the alignment. Got to meet Geoff, the store manager, he was really polite too. Was on the road again in two hours without an appointment. This Firestone location really took great care of this young family. Thank you!

I had previously gone to Firestone for oil changes so yesterday, when I heard a strange noise under my car I called them to see if I could bring it in. When I got there, Braeden said they could look at my car that day. After about 45 minutes they looked at it and fixed it easily. When I asked how much, he said no charge. I feel that was great customer service! I will be recommending Firestone on Nall to everyone.

A tire I got from Firestone in 2019 got a nail in middle of the tread (which was clearly patchable) so I decided to take it back there to get it patched, which they quoted me $20 to do. 20 minutes after I dropped my car off they called me back saying it was not patchable and then of course said I needed all 4 new tires and desperately needed an alignment and oil change. All of which are lies. I expected that because they do that every time I have taken my car there. I honestly knew better than to go back there but thought since I got the tire from them that they would be the best option to have it fixed by them too so I thought I would give it a chance for $20 but it was just a complete waste of my time. I told them not to replace anything and to just put the spare back on. When I went there to pick it up, one of the employees charged me $22 which I thought was just for labor so I paid for it, but then when I left I realized they charged me for actually patching it. Brendan was actually super nice and called me back right away saying that they shouldn't have charged me at all, which I really appreciated. Giving this Firestone and extra star because of Brendan but other than that they are pathetic. I had to go back to have them refund my card which will unfortunately take 5-7 business days to receive back in my account. I took my car across the street to Fry's Auto a couple days later and they said the tire was absolutely patchable and it was $30. All Firestone cares about is selling you tires and other things you don't necessarily need. Take your business to Fry's Auto to save you time and money!

The entire staff were very helpful and efficient. My vehicle had a challenging issue and they kept searching until they found the problem and were able to fix it. It is impressive how the manager and rest of the staff work as a team. I find that to be rare in this type of environment. It would be unfortunate for the company if any member of the staff should choose to leave, especially the manager. It is obvious the manager and assistant manager are well respected. I hope the company appreciates the integrity and professionalism of these men.

Excellent service and customer PR. They are spot on with their promises of times of completion, and keep communication open and transparent at all times. The prices for services is very competitive and fair. I've been a Firestone customer for over 40 years. In times past I've 'tried' other businesses, but was never as pleased. That's what keeps me coming back. Thanks Firestone!

I took my car into this store when I noticed a nail in my tire. They had my car for two days before calling me. When they did they said they had removed the nail and patched the tire. They tried to up-sell me on a few items I didn't need so I just asked to come in and pick up my car. Fun fact, when I picked up my car they had not removed the nail from the tire and they handed me an invoice for tire patching services. I can't stress this enough: I still had a nail in my tire. If they are going to lie about even these most basic services that are obviously not complete I wouldn't trust them to do anything on my car. Will not be returning here.

Update:I would like to update my review of this location. After I left my review, I was contacted by the owner who looked into my issue. His response was very quick and professional. After giving him all the details to the situation, he made things right. I commend him on his professionalism and customer service. Because of this, I will definitely give this Firestone much consideration, the next time I'm in need of service for my vehicle.This place is as corrupt as they get. Took my truck in on 1/23 to see why hot air was only blowing on the passenger side. I even mentioned that I think it could be the blend doors or the heater core. Left it there and Braden called me back about an hour later saying that that was the issue and they were putting them in. He called me back a few hours later stating that that wasn't the issue, that nothing changed. He then asked me if I had put stop leak in my radiator because they noticed some "silver" stuff in it. I told no I had not because it wasn't leaking. He said that they think that is the issue. So me thinking that is what is causing it, I agreed to replace it. He said they weren't charging me for the blend doors bc that is what they quoted me on but it wasn't the issue. I had to call them back later to ask if it was done. They said it was. I went to pick it up and was charged $200 more than what he quoted me over the phone. When I got my truck, I let it warm up a bit then drove it down the road a few miles. Absolutely nothing changed. Still blowing cold air on the driver side. Took the truck back and was told by the manager there that I would have to bring it back tomorrow because he was just filling in from another store. I went back the next day, the 24th and told Braden nothing was fixed. He acted like he didn't know who I was and was short with me and just asked for the keys and said they would call me. When he called me back that evening "they were having phone issues" he said it was blowing hot air now, not sure if it's too my liking but it is blowing hot air. He said they blew the lines out and flushed the heater core. All things that should have been done first before replacing ANY parts. But instead, they charged me over $800 dollars to replace a part that was not in need of replacing, my radiator was not leaking nor was it running hot. Instead of only charging me for the diagnosis and the flush, he said if anytime down the road I wasn't happy with it, we could look into discounting some of the cost of the radiator(which should never have been replaced) to offset the cost of whatever else is done. When I asked how long that deal was good for, Braden said as long as he was at that store. I only went to this place because I have a Firestone card and could put it on there for the time being because I didn't have the cash at the moment to fix it. I was expecting a couple hundred at most for the blend doors if need be, or for them to flush it and that would fix it(which it did). But instead, they took advantage and replaced things that didn't need replacing and charged $800 dollars and then claiming they will discount "some" for future work if need be, knowing they probably won't have to do the work. This review probably won't even get read and if it does, probably get some pre-written excuse and apology, and they won't do anything about it. I'm giving until 1/30 for someone to reach out before I start looking into contacting corporate and looking into what actions I can take. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Kept my car for a full 24 hours to install a battery. Since they never reached out to me I called them to be told they might not have the car ready for another 24 hours! They forgot to order the battery! No apology! When I picked up my car the rude employee showed me my keys by nudging his nose in that direction because he was playing a game on his cell phone! Never again Firestone! Much better service at other places!

1st time here were polite, nice, do great work. We had r car battery chg did it in good time. Checked all r liquid items under hood & filled how nice we didn't get that service at r other Firestone in Raytown.

Braden was willing to work with my extended warranty company to help me get everything covered under my plan. He is always polite, friendly, and very efficient. He followed up with me on a regular basis and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. That is HUGE in my book!

I recently switched to the Firestone at 95th and Nall in Overland Park, KS for my Jeep maintenance.Braden and his team have ALWAYS been extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding what's going on with my vehicle. They get repairs done in the timeframe they tellsme, and it's just a great experience all the way around. It's so nice to find a repair shop run by people with integrity. Thanks, Braden and Team!

This is an unethical and dishonest business. They took advantage of my son, charging $1900 for a fuel pump replacement that should have been 1200 at most. I went there with him and found many discrepancies in the bill, and the clerk (manager?) immediately marked it down to 1400 with very little argument, like oops we made a mistake. Liars and thieves. Take your vehicle here if you have more money than sense.

I would like to give this Firestone location a five star for the young man working on Sunday. He was the only person there but still took a moment to air up my daughter s tires so that she would have safe travels back to Arkansas. He was very nice young man and didn t hesitate to help.

Waited two hours and payed $500 to get my front break pads replaced and when I drive on them they start smoking. Tried to call them about 5 times to tell them and they never picked up.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Mario was so rude and blatant with his unconcern. I scheduled to have two tires changed and an oil change. Mario said, He couldn t find my tires based off my VIN , then once I found the tires he then says he can t put two tires on at a time and didn t even offer to at least do the oil change . He was so rude

I took my mom s car in today to have them give it the once over. I don t need her out and about having a problem. The service guy we spoke to was kind, knowledgeable and didn t sell her anything she didn t need. We will be going back!

Service has gone downhill at this location. Had my car from 9a to 3p to perform oil change and tire rotation. They completed these services but car still had "Check tire pressure system" light ON which I asked them to fix. How can they pull the car out with tire lights still on after servicing car? Would a courtesy call be that hard? I was told to book another appointment. They also lost my business on brakes and front tires. Totally would have had them do the work while they had my car for 6 hours, but I wasn't informed of the other services needed until after paying my invoice. $1400 worth of business going somewhere else.Services: Tires, Oil change

I took my car here for an oil change and check brakes. They recommended a lot of services, brakes, pads + cleaning the battery corrosion. The next week the car wouldn't start and the glove box would no longer shut. We called about it not starting and they said it was probably the battery. Replaced battery. The car continued to shake after brakes and so we brought back and they said it was the tires. Replaced two of the tires to no avail. After much complaining agreed to do a free alignment which their basic service said is included anyway. After the alignment they said that the car needs two more new tires because they have worn incorrectly. We gave up and took it to another place who said every tire was out of balance, probably didn't need tires and who knows about the brakes. Car rides great now. Must be a commission shop.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Battery

I took my car in for repair and was told a new alternator and battery would fix the problem. I questioned this as there were absolutely no issues in starting the car or how it was running before taking it in. The bill came to $968 and the initial problem remained. They then told me my air conditioner needed attention and that would fix everything. Another $250 (which they eventually credited back) and no resolution to the original problem. I was then told they didn't know how to fix my car. I then took it to a Toyota dealership and they replaced a computer for $1,700 which fixed the issue. I disputed my Firestone bill to corporate and was just informed they would do nothing. I have done business with this Firestone store for more than 7 years and was always satisfied and the people were great. There has been complete turnover in the staff since my previous visits and they obviously don't have a clue. STAY AWAY!!!

I called to schedule a front end alignment on my 2012 Kia Soul. They said come now we can get you in. It would be an hour to hour an a half. The process was easy. I waited in line at counter for five minutes or so. The guy was very nice. It only took half hour to 45 minutes. I lost track of when I got there. It wasn t long. They didn t try to sell or tell me what else was wrong to try and get me to buy other stuff. Gave me an alignment print out and what else they found and cost me $117.00. I m not sure if that s good or bad. Haven t had an alignment on any car of ours for over 20 yrs. Apparently it needed done. Would definitely choose this place again.

Do not take your car here for actual repairs. Somehow they did not put back in the bushings on my rack and pinion. They did add a zip tie! And look at my car s boot! Who wants free alignments when they come out looking like this? This shop has cost me thousands of dollars and days out of my life waiting for repairs. Don t take an older car you love here.

I go here for my alignments and they do a great job every time. Mike was able to work with my last minute schedule changes to get my truck in for same day service. Would highly recommend.
