I went to Firestone at 66223 area because I m trying to find a place I can trust and take my Jeep to for any services or repairs I m from San Antonio and trying to find a place I can trust and my sister recommended them to me - I even applied for a credit card with them and got approved. I did buy tires from them so I wanted to stay with the same company for anything else I needed but I m debating on going back for anything now. I took my Jeep for an oil change and tire rotation (because it s free since I bought the tires there)They brought me in on time with a scheduled appt- they drove it in and did oil change and tire rotation and as I m finalizing my bill I asked did they find anything I need to know about the gentleman said know everything is good at this time. Sooo I mentioned that I m asking because I saw brown spots of fluid of some kind on the ground in my garage and I didn t know what it was - he said he would go ask the mechanic if he saw anything he came back and said Oh yeah the tech says you have a rear main seal leaking and ohhh yeah your gonna need a battery soon as far as percentage goes . I asked for a quote of oil leak costs and he said well we don t know unless we actually are looking to see what the problem is - and then he said you should have told us you wanted other things looked at I m like I let the guy know I was going on a trip in a week I wanna make sure it s good to go - anyway I paid and left and noticed on the receipt it said customer declined battery replacement and im like I didn t even know about the battery till I asked. Last nite when I got home I had oil on my tennis shoes and couldn t figure out where it came from - today more oil on another pair of tennis shoes - I find where it is on my Jeep and it s above the step bar to get in the Jeep on the frame why would there be oil there !!Over all review - I m not going back to that locationJust disappointed all the way around

OZ and the team are just awesome! So far I feel quite comfortable and confident they have my best interest at heart and the genuine customer service is paramount to us customers. Appreciate the awesome customer service! Thank you and keep up the fantastic service!

Not recommended at all!!!!!I got this tires from them $550 Used them only 4k and as you see in the pictures, I called the customer service and filed a claim it s been 7 weeks and no one called or take car of me till now, the manager store not professional, area manager not professional

Buyer Beware Caution warning I was fraudulently charged for a service that I did NOT ask for. Be very careful because they have no problem scamming you out of money. They have illegal business practices I definitely will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.As well as the Kansas Attorney General s office. No telling how many people that they actually scam.

I had a belt separate and splatter the inside of my hood at 3 pm. I went to your store and Oz the manager got me diagnosed ordered parts and repaired by the end of the day.. these guys did me a great service and a great price

If you re having trouble finding a place that s staying open good hours and has a staff that s doing their best to work with you then I would recommend you try here.An auto situation can be tough and this is the place. Do not recommend at all.I went to firestone which is by 135th street in overland park, Issue was i am not able to fill gas as the nozzle is getting shut off automatically , when i dropped at firestone for diagnosis, they charged me 125$ just to see what is causing the problem. This is okay as i have been there couple of times. Post diagnosis they told me it was issue with cannister which is clogged and replacing it will resolve the issue. I got the cannister replaced as they recommended .I got the vehicle after couple of days and drove straight to gas station just to realize the issue still persist. So i drove back to this store and informed what's going on. They analyzed the issue and found its the issue with gas tank for which they suggest me to go to Toyota dealer.What i wanna say here is , i am not sure they did the diagnostics right, cause if they did i would have known exactly what's going with the vehicle. Secondly , they did not even test the issue after they did their work. So to conclude i just spent around 1100 $ to replace a part & realize that there's another issue with gas tank. No one took responsibility to resolve the issue.

Went way over and beyond to make sure I could get the tire I needed and get back on the road as quick as possible. Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Had an amazing experience and I will be back again.

Highly recommend... great customer service . Didn't try to upsell like most major dealers... Customer's best interest was their priority. I will definitely return for future car repairs.

Zero Stars - I called the store to get a quote for a repair. Sam picks up the call. Tells me that I need to come to the store coz he needs the VIN from the car and other details for the quote. I tell him I will be there in 5 mins. I go to the store, his body language and attitude put me down already. So, he asks for my phone number and tells me that it will be $1200 to $1500, I m like "you did not take the VIN". He could have very well done this over the phone. By his body language, either they are super busy which it doesn't seem like or they do not like their job!

Nick, Oz and the Other Guy (SO sorry but we didn't catch your name!) are all top notch, incredibly knowledgeable guys that we've come to rely on for both maintenance and emergencies with our vehicles.Whether simple oil changes, buying new tires or $4k complete electrical replacement involving detailed insurance claims, they've come through time and time again. Appointment scheduled for 1pm - when I arrived, I was told I needed to drop the car off and they would try to squeeze me in before closing time, because there were 10 cars ahead of me. I was told that they sent me an email saying they couldn't accommodate my scheduled time, but this was absolutely false. No email was sent. Do not recommend.

The quality and timeliness of service is great; however, their costs are getting ridiculous. $100 for an alignment is way too high, then they try to con you into buying a "lifetime alignment" instead for even more. Firestone tires are always great, highly rated on all review sites, and I've had good performance from them so far. However, there's no reason for me to support a chain with such inflated prices, no matter how friendly and skilled their staff are.

Nick and his team have been helping us out with my wife's Ford Escape for several years now. I can't thank them enough for the help they've given us. Repairs always far exceed our expectations. On many occasions the final cost is usually less than what was expected during the initial estimate. Thank you all for the amazing level of service.

So far, it's great. Maintenance message was preliminary warning that need for oil change was coming up. Firestone said not needed for 2000 more miles, and nothing else was wrong with the car. Very reasonable people and prices.

I've been taking my car there for years and the experience has been amazing everytime. I originally took car there for an oil change about 6 years ago but now I take my car there for everything. I prefer to take it here instead of the dealership because I know the people here are going to be honest, up front, and friendly. I was recently in an accident and they fixed everything for me SO quickly. I had to file an insurance claim and it was a week before Christmas so I didn't expect it to be done before the holiday but it was. I was shocked and so happy with what they were able to do with my car given the time and parts they needed. I can't say enough good things about this place and particularly the employees. Every single person that works there is friendly and honest which I really love.I mean it when I say I will never take my car anywhere else.

Great customer service. Went to this shop for my normal tire rotation, balance, and alignment. Had a longer than expected wait time and John the service manager made things right. Ended up going with them on buying a new set of tires. Really appreciate their customer service and listening to feedback. Will definitely be going back here and recommending this shop to my friends.

I was treated so unfairly by this location Ozwaldo was rude and absolutely refused to take my appointment because they had to much work already they are super lazy and very rude about it avoid the trouble and just go to Big O Tires they are way better

I was very impressed. Even during this challenging time the team in this store work extremely well together while practicing social distancing. They were very conscious of the safety of their customers by politely suggesting where it would be safer for customers to stand while closing out their tickets or accepting keys to begin service. I may be mistaken, but I believe I saw them sanitizing the vehicles and keys after working on them. I also overheard them encouraging customers to drop off their cars if at all possible instead of waiting there. Unfortunately I did not have that option but my wait was very short. This particular Firestone runs very smoothly. The staff definitely work as a team. I think the two gentlemen in the customer service area may both have been managers. Their names were Nick and Braden. I know Nick is the store manager but I'm not sure what Braden's position is . He is extremely efficient and the rest of the team interact with him with the respect that management receives so I'm guessing he's management. Nick and Braden definitely compliment each other as though they are one person split into 2. Such talent is wasted by having them both in one store. I feel that each of them should have their own store. Such efficiency should be utilized. I would be very surprised if this store is not one of the top stores in our country. I was saddened to see a negative review about how "every time the customer purchases tires there are air leaks and the customer has to go back to get them fixed". i'm not questioning the validity of the customer's comment. It just saddens me that they had a poor experience.in a store where I have had nothing but excellent service. Unfortunately,the human factor does happen in any business and mistakes or faulty products occur. If the had stated that they had gone to my local store here in Ottawa, KS I wouldn't have been surprised at all that those issues occurred. I have been driving 45 miles to the Overland Park store for close to 3 years after I had a bad experience with rotten management in my local Firestone. I have heard that the Ottawa store has new management but I have not seen or heard evidence of any improvement. A family member recommended this store in Overland Park and I am very glad they did. I will continue to give my business to Firestone store #322454 located at 135th and Antioch. In the event the corporation does decide to give either Nick or Braden their own store then I will have to figure out which store I will take my car to. Obviously it will be whichever is closer to me.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK Team. You have my business!!!

Braeden and the team that worked on Sunday, March 31, 2019 was great. This store was one of 6 stores willing to stay after closing to help me (a stranded driver with a bad tire) in my time of need. Even though they had many other customers the team at this store acted as if every customer mattered. He let me know ahead of time that my car would be the last car to be worked on and that it might be a couple of hours to get done, which it was, but he kept checking on me and other customers patiently waiting and let us know the progress of our vehicles service. This team should be commended with its exemplary work ethic. 5 stars for this Firestone Store

I can totally understand how it feels when people call in sick, being in the service industry myself. I dropped of my vehicle with a few days to spare without one. Poor guys were slammed! Since I had a little flexibility, they were able to assist other customers with more pressing issues. The staff and technicians were completely honest with me, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I appreciate that so much! They were able to communicate the priority level of each repair in order to maximize my time and efficiency. I work two jobs and rely on that vehicle as my main source of transportation. I cannot thank them enough for getting me back on the road and back to work. You all are the best!

I've been using the Firestone at 135th and Antioch for over 7 years for all our vehicles. We recently moved and tried a few closer auto care shops (including another Firestone), but have come back to this Firestone because of their service and professionalism. I love the stability in the team, including Nick (Manager), Alec (Service Advisor), and Mike (technician). I love that they will talk to my wife and daughters without snowballing them. I also love that they respect that I do a lot of my own work on our vehicles and that they note in the system the work I completed and the date. This is a top notch auto care center within the Firestone brand.

I don t do reviews very often but this location was so professional and thorough. I went in knowing what my problem was but still wanted a full diagnosis incase I missed anything and they were very respectful with the whole process. I ended up having another major issue on top of the initial reason I came in but the mechanic came out and explained to me what was wrong in great detail and was very honest about the entire diagnosis. My engine was not giving any codes for the initial problem but they still changed out the part when I asked them to and the engine ended up giving the code later on. As a woman going into a car shop alone, I was afraid that I would need to argue and be very weary of everything but everyone spoke to me with respect and was very honest when explaining what my car needed ASAP and what could wait. Their team turned a very stressful experience into a very pleasant one. Thank you Firestone!

I have no issues with the services they provide with my vehicle. Lately, my main issue is trying to get in to get services. It's like having to schedule a doctor appointment for your vehicle. We walk-in and get told they can't help us because they are too busy. I then schedule an appointment for the next day and I was called to say they couldn't do that either because they are already too full at the time I selected. It's really frustrating because I couldn't get in either way. I wasn't even going to wait for my vehicle. I planned to leave it so they weren't rushing to get it done quickly. I wish there was a better way of "scheduling" or "walking in".
