Exceptional Service in a Pinch!I cannot praise Express Oil Tire Engineers enough for their outstanding service! This morning, I found myself in a tight spot with a flat tire right before work. Thankfully, I remembered seeing Express Oil Tire Engineers near Hy-Vee off Antioch and 135th Street.From the moment I arrived, their team sprang into action. Despite the early hour, they swiftly patched my tire, balanced and rotated all four, and even managed to fit in an oil change all in less than 30 minutes!Their efficiency was matched only by their professionalism and friendliness. Moreover, their pricing was incredibly reasonable, which was a huge relief.I wholeheartedly recommend Express Oil Tire Engineers to anyone in need of top-notch automotive service. I ve been going to express for a couple of years now and I ve always had wonderful service from the most knowledgeable, compassionate and caring technicians I have met. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! UNSAFE HALF FINISHED BRAKE JOBS.UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE: the service manager Sid said this is how they normally do a brake job and although he understands the severity of the screw up, my only option is to drive 800 miles back the wrong way on my move so that they can give me new rotors and pads even though I already fixed it on my own. No refund offered or any other assistance offered.Brought my truck in for a rear brake job because my rear brakes were smoking and i have a heavy truck k and don t have tools to safely lift it. The shop quieted $580 which is extremely high but they said they could get me in same day which was important as I m in the middle of a cross country move. They stated that the would not do just brake pads and instead wanted to do brakes, rotors, and everything because we don t do patch jobs well I come back at the end of the day for my truck and the $580 estimate has turned into $931 with no notice. So they lower the price after some debate because I m not paying almost 100% more than the quoted repair. In the end I leave spending $670 (for just rear brakes). Well about 50 miles down the road my brakes are smoking again. Turns out the brake caliper was seized on the back driver side causing the smoking when I pulled the caliper it was clear that the piston was rusted and the boot on the piston was completely destroyed, so now I m broke down 50 miles after a $670 brake job and doing the repair myself on the side of the interstate that I have already paid someone else to do. On this truck brake calipers cost about $40 and are in stock at any local parts store. When I showed 3 of my mechanics pictures of the brake calipers they were in disbelief that they had not been replaced. In the end I did all of the work I paid this scam of a business on the side of the road in the same amount of time it took the first time they tried to repair it. Fortunately a nice farmer with a semi was kind enough let me use his shop for an afternoon and to loan me a pair of heavy jacks so I could fix it myself. Now I will say that the only good point of this shop is that everyone is extremely friendly, but that does not excuse cutting corners like this on brake systems, especially when you have been told the vehicle is hauling a RV across the country and headed towards the mountains. Included are pictures of the the brand new rotors (driver side and passenger side to show how badly it was seized) and the caliper that should have been replaced. Again they tried to charge $931 for a brake job and then put this caliper back on it instead of calling about a $40 part.

Rapid oil change places are hit and miss. Not this one. Every experience has been excellent, they do what s necessary and get you back on the road Not try to talk you into an alignment while you re there. They will tell you when something needs to be paid attention to, but it s not a constant upsell. Great work.

I decided to stop by this location randomly, and Enrique helped me to get the oil changed, determine how much life was left on my tires and battery, helped me with what they can do for me on future repairs the price was good, service was great and fast. I will definitely return for future service, if there were more stars I would have chosen them all. Thanks.

I came bright and early because I was in desperate need of an oil change. The process was very quick, everyone was kind and it was Ladies Day so I got a nice rose and a few dollars off my service. Great place to get vehicle service done! I went there to get a diagnostic done for my brake pads, and they were able to discover a much bigger problem that I had. The mechanics were nice and upfront about how important it was to fix what was needed. During my wait, they did a good job of keeping me up-to-date on the process of the repairs. It was nice to hear my brakes working good thanks to these folks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I m in disbelief at the incredible service I received. I m a service plumber & rely on my work van for my livelihood. It intermittently got stuck in park & i was constantly worried about getting stuck out on the road. I pulled into the lot & begged for help. They got my vehicle in immediately. Within 1hr they had diagnosed the issue, obtained the part, & fixed my van. The price was also much lower than I expected. How often does that happen these days?

Rolled up for an oil change. They got me in and serviced the truck how I wanted. The best part of my experience is that the shop has Christian worship music playing, and the techs were happy and working hard.I normally maintain my truck but could not this service interval. The techs didn't try to sell me on anything or parts/filters. A sign of integrity.I had one of the best lunch breaks ever singing and bobbing along to songs of our Lord Jesus. This shop was wonderful.Albert, the manager, and his team appear to operate the best service shop in Overland Park, perhaps the metro.

I needed to have air put in my tire, and I stopped in and the entire team helped me right away with no charge. They also inspected my tires. I booked a 1:30 appointment to have my tires rotated, arrived at 1:30, and was told that it would be around two hours before they could perform the rotation. Bays get busy, no big deal, that's fine. I arrived at 5:15 to pick up my car, waited 15 minutes in the lobby with nobody coming in, went around the side to grab attention, and then waited another 15 minutes before actually being able to pay. I got home and realized (due to only some of my wheels having covers) that my tires still hadn't been rotated.I'm leaving two stars because the manager at the time was actually incredibly polite and apologetic about the wait, and for what it's worth the other features they'd performed were done great. Just be sure you double-check everything you wanted done was actually done if you go here.
