Came in with Tesla winter performance tires I need changed for my summer tires and rims. work was done fast and much cheaper then Tesla price. They even found tire damage that the terrible Tesla service center missed on last tire change . I Get my other car tires there all the time. Great shop

Thank you to your staff for making my day! My tire pressure light came on and then I found a nail in my tire. I was so upset especially with it being Friday afternoon before Christmas, I was worried no one would have time to fix it. Discount Tire was able to fix it right away and did a wonderful job! Thank you from the bottom of my Grinchy heart; you made my heart grow three sizes today. Happy holidays to you all!

LOVE DISCOUNT TIRE!!! If you re questioning where to buy tires, this is the place. You can go to any discount tire store and receive a free rotation and balance of your tires. I ve used the service in multiple states while traveling etc. Also, I purchased a tire from them a year ago because I had a flat and they were amazingly helpful through the whole process. Then a whole year later my dealership said I needed to rotate, balance and get an alignment done on my car costing me $200-300. At discount tire it is FREE to rotate and balance your tires and is only $89 to do the alignment. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and I have never been talked down to by their staff when asking questions etc.

Had such a great experience here!! Got a flat tire around 3 pm, called everywhere to see who could replace it and these guys had it replaced before close. Austin F was so helpful on the phone and even went over to the metcalf location to retrieve an extra tire in case we needed a whole new set. Austin helped us as soon as we got there and was very personable and kind. They had the tire replaced so fast given they were busy and it was 30 minutes to close. We greatly appreciate their help and couldn t recommend this place enough!

Always extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. I have always had great luck at all discount tire locations. This one just happens to be the one I frequent most. If you need quick good service, come here!

Service was professional and timely, but what really set them apart for me was the time they were willing to take to accommodate the price match I was looking at. They needed to dig into a couple pages to find the exact tire with free shipping (in order to match the tire they had already had delivered in a very timely manner). It would have been easy for them to say I was out of luck, but they took their time in order to save me money. I can't imagine why you would go anywhere else for tires.

These guys didn t mess around. Didn t try to sell me more than I asked for. Estimated time of tire change was 40 minutes and had it done in 20. Ordered me more parts for free too. Must have new employees and managers because this time around, these guys were great

My low pressure light came on so I stopped by to have them check my tires. A tech came out right away and checked them all and corrected the pressure. Listened for leaks and found none. Just normal air loss. Great team.

Love this place too. Always have. Nit a fan of the kid trying to sell me 1100 tires when 500 tires were available. When a guy comes in for a rotation and balance and learns his tread is really low so a service that was "free" is now going to cost him, you probably shouldn't shoot for the moon on offering tire options. First time they've ever done that, so probably just an over zealous salesperson

I walked in here with a giant bolt in my tire, hoping for just a repair. I received excellent, friendly and quick service, and in the end no charge for my tire repair. I am so impressed with this place, I will definitely come back here When I need new tires!

Get a lot of work done here. They always do it right and work with me on any issues they have. Just had them mount 5 new tires and wheels on my jeep. I was missing a spare and they were able to help with getting something close today or exactly in a day as well. They helped me get me some lug nuts that worked with my wheels since what I had was too narrow to mount the center caps. They were able to squeeze me in before closing for trailer tires when stranded in Alabama on top of being able to quickly get tires for other trailers. Overall I have purchased 22 tires over 4 years (1 set remote the rest here) and they will continue to get my business as long as they continue to perform.

I love this business. It's affordable, employees are quick and attentive, and their computer system makes it very easy to use any location. Five stars! However...There is a customer service representative named Alex who needs a refresher course in how to address women. Calling an adult female "miss" is condescending, insulting, and makes the employee look unintelligent, unprofessional, and infantile -- it's as bad as calling a grown man "boy". He repeatedly did this at the Metcalf location, which is why I started using the 151st Street store. But Alex is now at that location, and his unprofessionalism has followed him. (He has even persisted after I've said, "Please call me ma'am.")Can someone in a position of authority please teach him that "ma'am" is the correct, respectful term to use with any woman who brings a vehicle to Discount Tire? Even though most women are too nice to correct him, they're all cringing and wishing they'd sent a man to handle their errand instead. Ick, ick, ick. Gross.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! The 151street store was recommended by a co-worker and he was correct! I brought my truck in the night before at 5:00 PM for a 8:45 AM appointment the next day. Road my bicycle home and got a phone call that my trucks new tires are done!! Super fast service!!! WOW!! In addition, the crew looks like they have fun at work jamming to music while they work!!! Highly recommended!!

I can t support the 151st & Metcalf, Overland Park location. I made an appointment to have tires rotated and damage was done to the car. Store did not take responsibility for damage.

I had a fairly large wheel size it was a 24 x 14 and many shops we re not able to actually work on those size of wheels. I discovered that I had a flat and they fixed it within the hour and after they quoted me less than $40 I picked it up and they covered it saying that there was no charge. Noah was my sales guy and was awesome, and props to the service guy who helped me load it up. I never caught his name, but he was super friendly. The best part of my experience was I never made an appointment yet they squeezed me in. These guys are great.

Awesome. I had 2 experiences, one the employee pulled a screw from my tire that did not puncture which I thought did. I went back today with obvious nail embedded and needed repair and balance and rotate. Excellent service and crew. They are my go to forever due to these 2 interactions. Great job.

David and the staff are top notch, best tire guys I have EVER dealt with. My wife picked up a huge chunk of metal in her tire and it was losing air as fast as I could put it in. Made an appointment and found the tire had to be replaced. David ordered the tire, gave me a deal on installation and road hazard for all 4 tires, and beat any other pricing I had received.New tire showed up and it was installed, all 4 wheels rotated and balanced, and my wife was on her way. She said the car is driving the best it ever has. Big thanks to David and staff for making this an awesome experience.Highly recommend this store and this staff. Honest, friendly, fast, easy to deal with, and do great work!!! A+++++UPDATE: just purchased new tires from them and once again it was an excellent all-around experience! Fast, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and excellent products at excellent prices. Highly recommended, won't shop for tires anywhere else!

Th weather held up shipment on my tires. The guys in the office were great. They were very patient with me as I called repeatedly to see where my tires were and they all treated me with respect. They looked into the issues with delivery and as soon as the tires came in the had me show up and they put my car in the shop and got started. They did a wonderful job of replacing the tires. They also ran a wire brush over the back of the wheels and the front of the rotor around the lugs. That was a big deal to me. As someone who works on their own car I know a lot of road grime and rust builds up in those areas and cleaning it gives the wheels the best mounting position possible. I was impressed. They also used a torque wrench to tighten the lugs on my car. That is another big deal for me. I always use a torque wrench on my lugs, especially on custom Aluminum wheels. They did a fantastic job. I will be back!!

Cannot recommend this place enough - free tire rotation even if your tires aren t from there (they just ask that when the time comes to use them and you should!). Went in for a bulge on a tire and ended up having to replace all four tires. They honored a better price from a competitor and come with excellent customer service/warranties. Servicing your car isn t fun, but this place makes it easy and the staff is so friendly.

Alex and Corbin both did an excellent job of getting the tire swapped out on my trailer and getting back on the road. They have helped me out at this location several times and my experience today was not unique, they are always awesome. I always go to discount tire when I can but I ll drive out of my way to go to this location specifically.

Easy and efficient! I didn't have an appointment but work within walking distance and they got my car in and done in less than a hour! Super friendly staff and very nice facilities!

don't bring your vehicle around near close. My vehicle finished right 40 minutes before they closed and I got a text but I was waiting on my ride with absolutely 0 warning and no phone call they locked my car inside the location over the weekend. I reached out to all the customer service options and no one got back to me, making me over 2 hours late to work monday. We bring alot of business here and no one even had the decency to inform me that they would just lock my stuff up. Customer service has yet to do anything to try to help the situation.
