Everyone there was very friendly and communicative. Throughout the process of repairs they sent me text updates letting me know where they were in the repair process, and how much longer it would be until it was all fixed. I had some pretty bad damages, but they had it looking brand new within 2 weeks, and even cleaned the car for me! Couldn t be happier with the work they did for me.Service: Body & Trim

I used their service only because of my insurance provider (Progressive) recommended it.But I wish I had used the local mechanic I used before. This Caliber Collision people finished the repair 5 days later than they promised. Also made me pay two deductibles instead of 1 which my local mechanic said I will have to pay.Don't get fooled from their very professional speeches and massage chairs like I did. Don't think they are your friend or they think about you first.

Don't normally post reviews, but this experience was so bad it needs to be documented. The estimator wrote up the estimate on 2/7/2024. Everytime I called to get an update on when parts had arrived so I could bring the truck in to start repair work, he was never available. Worse still, he never returned a call. I even stopped in the shop one time in person, and he was not available, and again did not call me after the friendly receptionist promised she would have him reach out with an update. Finally, out of frustration, I went to another Caliber location on 3/20/2024. This location had the truck in to begin repair work the next day, have provided numerous prompt updates, and the repair work is scheduled to be completed by 3/29/2024. After inexcusable inaction for six weeks, the work is getting done promptly by another shop. So if one Caliber Collision shop can get done in a few days what another Caliber Collision shop could not get done in six weeks, this does not appear to be a Caliber Collision problem, or a problem with obtaining parts for the repair. This appears to be a problem at one particular place.

Had a small piece of trim pop off the car. They put it back at no charge. Very impressed and would highly recommend this place!

Work was solid. I felt communication regarding status of parts and acquisition of parts could be improved.
