Everything with my experience was excellent! It always takes a while to get your car scheduled for service, but they got my vehicle scheduled in a very timely manner on two different occasions in the last six months. Craig was very friendly and professional and provided all the information that I needed. Customer service was very well organized and friendly as well. My car looked perfectly repaired when I received it back. I was very happy with my service, the outcome, And we're not hesitate to refer any of my friends to this business!

This was my first experience with a car repair after hitting a deer, and I m so glad I ended up at this Caliber! Ruth was so helpful from the first phone call and walked me through everything that I would need along each next step. Craig was extremely professional, upfront, and kept everything right on time. He kept me updated frequently and there were no surprises when I went to pick up my car! They even buffed the trim and deep cleaned my rubber floor mats along with washing the exterior, which made me feel like I got a brand new car! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Just picked up my car today. 5 STAR experience across the board. Craig and Ruth exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Ruth answered every question and her schedule was right on and communicated the entire process with updates along the way. Craig, was very proactive in communicating and keeping me posted on backorders and part issues. Craig was honest and informative on where they were regarding a completion date and pick up date. Their service was second to none and working hand in hand with Ruth and Craig made it an absolute successful repair. My car looks outstanding and I highly recommend the Metcalf Caliber location to everyone!! Especially grateful to Craig and Ruth who handled the repair with superior professionalism and top notch customer support and service!!

Grateful to have this location and the staff who operates it. I was able to schedule an estimate, bring it in for a body repair/full bumper replacement, and be back on the road within the span of two weeks. Ruth was very helpful and communicative, having an answer for every question. Danny was communicating with me daily throughout the repair process once the car was in the shop. And arguably the most important part is that my car is running as good as new. Highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a trustworthy and professional body shop.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision provided excellent work both on my car, and in their communication with me about the status of the repairs. Their customer service is impressive. My car was done 2 weeks before it was promised. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!

Had a Hit & Run on my Ram pickup and Caliber Collision did a great job getting the repair completed on-time, got it back and drove it the first night home and found out the replaced headlight was aimed way low. Went back to Caliber the next day and they corrected the issue while I waited.

An A++ experience. Even though they are not yet in the "preferred" network of State Farm (many other locations are) they worked within the estimate and didn't require lengthy back-and-forth with State Farm which could have delayed my repairs. Great communication and reasonable repair time. I have my car back and fixed a week before anyone else in the area could even accept my vehicle for repair.I would guess they will get busier as time goes on, but I won't hesitate to return in the future if need any body work. A++

I recently had my tahoe fixed due to jail damage. This shop went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my vehicle. Woud definitely recommend and continue to go to this shop for future body work.

Both Ruth on the front desk, and Danny at the helm We re highly communicative, and made an otherwise unfortunate occurrence an enjoyable one. I would ve never thought it possible, and yet they went above, beyond and exceeded any, and all expectations I would have had.

The folks at Caliber Collision are very impressive. They quickly worked with my insurance company. They took time to listen to my concerns. They communicate the process and timeline very effectively. They use all forms of communication, text, email, and phone calls to keep me in the loop. When I got the car back, it looked and worked great. I would strongly recommend this Auto Body Shop.
