Great price on the Big O Tire that I bought. The location is clean and easy to get to. The workers were friendly enough and they were helpful. I really can t say anything bad about my experience and I can gladly recommend this place to others.

Got a flat tire before heading to work and was able to pull into Big O Tires an hour before closing. It was unfortunately unfixable, and they put on my spare tire for me. I was shocked when they said there was no charge for their service!! After some quick online researching, I went ahead and just bought a new tire from them and had it installed- all done SUPER quickly right before closing might I add.Ariana at the front desk helped me out a lot and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured to make a purchase from them. Thank you also to the awesome technician (working on 2/16, 6pm on a white Mazda cx50!) for the quality work. This is a well run business with excellent customer service and integrity. I will be giving them my business in the future.

Big O Tires does a very reliable job with tires and suspension work. They are my go-to shop when dealing with all the issues surrounding three boys and their cars. I m quite pleased with their recommendations (they are realistic & practical), which have earned them credibility in my book. I highly recommend. I received no transfer of value for this review.

This team is so kind and helpful. They ask questions and offer suggestions. I did not have a good experience at Big O'Tires on 119th and Blue Valley Parkway, and this location took over my warranty without hesitation. I service both of my vehicles here and am very pleased! Thank you!

Obtained nail in tire at MODOT. Several tire places unavailable and Big O was accommodating. Fixed tire immediately and at low price. The great thing is manager contacted us 2 days later to determine our happiness. This is unheard of

Great service and honest people. I trust this location of Big O more than I do the dealer to properly diagnose and repair my vehicles. If there are any issues, they stand behind their work and make it right.

Walked in with a $19.95 coupon (1 week expired) . The mgr. said he will accept it. Returned to be charged $62. for Synthetic oil change (which I don't need). I refused to pay this, demanding the coupon price. They said they do not do conventional oil changes anymore??? I said I will report this to the District Atty office (and I am doing so). This is a ripoff place do not use this. Had this been my wife, she would have paid them.

I rolled in 20 minutes before they closed to get my spare tire replaced. They were done with my tire before I could finish apologizing for keeping them open so late. Extremely professional and great service.

Thanks to Zeke and all the guys at Big O Tires! I needed tires for my wife's car. I called Big O Tires and they quickly found me a great set of tires at a great price. Everyone was super friendly and I was in and out fast. In fact the car was ready even a little before they said it would be. Great experience all around!!! Thank you!

Highly recommend this store. They provided great customer service. I had a tire that was damaged and they got my vehicle in near closing time and when the tire couldn t be repaired put on the spare tire. Then ordered a new tire that was delivered the next day and installed the tire very quickly.

I get my car's oil changes and tire rotation at this Big O. The service is always efficient and well done. I appreciate not getting told that I need brakes, new tires, or whatever which seems to happen at the dealership.

I needed tires ASAP and my son recommended Big O. Within 45 minutes my car was up on the rack. Not only did they have my tires but they were reasonably price, efficient and clean. My car now drives and handles like it was new (2012). Thank you

Excellent customer service from Manager Scott & his team. They made us feel like we were the only client that day. Scott gave us a list of options available and we were able to discuss the hassle free service options that worked within our budget. We are happily riding around on our Michelin Defender tires. The location is an easy walk to Target or a few restaurants so we didn't feel tied to the waiting room. Our lunch took as long as the tire change!

Called Chris right before closing and he answered my questions and got me in for the next morning. Picked it up after lunch with tires that were a bit difficult to find because they're staggered on my car but they found them and had it done and aligned right after lunch. Very professional and efficient.

I needed two new tires ASAP! The Staff was very professional to work with! They were very helpful in finding my specific tires I needed and ordered them into the shop within a day. I got my appt scheduled immediately that was accommodating to my schedule. The tire exchange/replacement was done in a timely manner (quicker than expected) and costs were fair! I would recommend their services to anyone out there! Thank You Big O Tire Guys!

I scheduled my vehicle maintenance appointment online. It was a very easy process. At my appointment, the employees were very friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and had my car ready for the road in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!
