Stress free. Codey was professional and friendly. The quote was pretty accurate. Fast service. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Windshield looks great. No leaks out wind noise. I m very happy.

Quick and friendly service. They did a great job explaining the 90+ service warnings so had and what would need to be done if they didn t reset when they calibrated my Eyesight System. Luckily they all reset for two which they made me aware of. I d recommend them and go back if I need a window replaced.

I was very impressed with the work done. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly, and replaced the back window of my SUV within 2-3 hours. They cleaned out all of the glass inside my vehicle and returned it to me in excellent condition. They are reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now!

So far 5 stars. They were cheaper than everyone else. We scheduled an appointment, and were told 1 to 2 hours. They got it done in less than 2 hours. It looks good. Not the exact match to the factory glass as this has a blue tint at the top of the glass. Should work fine.03/04/24, don t notice the tint at the top of the windshield glass. No problems with the new windshield. I would definitely visit here again if I need replacement glass for my car.

The staff were very helpful. I would have given 5 stars but i was told 3 hours until my car was expected to be ready. I had to call after a total of 8 hours to see if my car was ready and it was not. Communication is key..they job done was good and for whatever reason i was given a $30 discount which more than covered the washer blades id purchased there. So that was amazing. The only complaint id have was not letting me know better timetable of mt car being completed. I would recommend this place. It was quite a bit less expensive than the infamous Safelite but i got the same guarentees and i have a nice looking windshield for a lot less price!

Very nice place. They make you feel very welcome. Best price I found. thank you all. I m having a new windshield put in my truck Friday. They just fixed my Nissan kicks yesterday. fast. The technician was wonderful

The Job was done on time. The drop off and pick up was quick and easy. Most importantly, the young lady who did everything was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was even able to apply some discounts that lowered my bill. Overall it was an awesome experience!

We were met by friendly and welcoming appointment setter. Although the car was left before the appointment time, the windshield was replaced earlier than expected. We recommend Auto Glass Now to everyone.

Speedy was only there two hours, affordable didn t have to pay $600+ and the schedule coordinator is the kindest person ever. They gave me a discount on the highest quality windshield!

I had a great time at Auto Glass Now. Although I was canceled, they rescheduled me right away and worked with me on the time. I thought it would take 3 hours to replace my windshield, but it only took an hour and a half. Thanks Auto Glass Now.

We highly recommend, Auto Glass Now!My daughter s Kia was stolen and thankfully recovered, but not without extensive damage.One of the results was a shattered passenger side rear window.Not only does Auto Glass Now offer incredibly affordable prices for parts and labor their office staff was wonderfully empathetic and so helpful throughout the entire process.That meant as much to me as their impeccable service.

My appointment was at 10 am and my car was ready at 11 am. The staff was friendly, courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to return again if ever necessary.

I do not recommend using this business,I was referred by State Farm, appointment was scheduled, I then had to call and reschedule to another day was told monday11:00am appointment, my wife was standing there and wrote it on the calendar, Monday morning they texted me saying I had missed my 8:00 am appointment so I called them and they said they did not know where the mix up was but they could reschedule for 10:00AM the next day.When I went to pick the car up the security piece was not refastened to the windshield, when I asked about it they said it was their policy that it was the customers responsibility.I have had several windshields replaced before and NEVER had a company not do this.It could not cost them .25 cents and 5 minutes of time, Oh but they did have time to remove an old oil change sticker and put it back onI WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY and I am filing a complaint with State Farm.

It was the cheapest price for a window that I found. The window as good quality and I was out of there within 2 hours. They didn't vacuum the glass from the back of my van like the said they were going to do. They also had a problem with the wiper being corroded and were unable to take it apart so the rear windshield has a piece of tape on it where the wiper used to be and the wiper is in my trunk. They stated that before the did it. It's fine but since I was asked to leave a review. I thought it would just be a survey but it was a link to the this review so I decided to leave honest feedback about what happened. If they had cleaned the trunk with there shop vacuums like they stated they were going to do, I probably would have given then another star. They did state that if I got the wiper off they would reinstall it at no charge. If it comes to that, I will update the review.

Excellent pricing, quick, professional, and easy to get in quickly, I would highly recommend this shop! Safelite wanted to charge twice as much! If you want things done right for a reasonable price, these guys are great.

they were so nice and got my car done pretty quick in my opinion! they replaced my windshield and re calibrated all my cameras! the receptionist (i did not get her name) made sure to let me know of the do s and dont s for the new windshield was so sweet!! would recommend!

I call and they were curious, Ashland was great , gave me a Veteran discount and rate was good. I got there gave my keys and it took less then 20min for my replacement driver side window, I highly recommend them. 3-8-23 p.s. Intake receptionist was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. Had to wait for the windshield to warm up, but the actual repair went quickly. Tech came in, threw the paperwork at her, then left without a word. I think he needed a Snickers! Other than that, it went well. Prices were very reasonable, compared to the jingle name repair place.

AGN was able to get my car in right away when I called. Had a glitch with the door window that was ordered but was able to store my car until a replacement was received, which helped me immensely. So, I visited the location in Shawnee, KS and I just cannot say enough good things about this location. Upon calling Cody was very helpful, I was able to get all my questions answered and a quote. I actually stopped by the location to confirm something about my windshield replacement, Ashland took time and looked at it with no hesitation! They offer "walk in" service for chip repairs!Friendly staff. I would return, hopefully not too soon!I highly recommend getting rock chips repaired as soon as possible, and this place is ready to help!

This is the place to go for all your car glass needs. And they have the best prices BUT, FAIR WARNING: CHECK EVERY SQUARE INCH OF THE NEW GLASS FOR SCRATCHES, CRACKS, IMPERFECTIONS BEFORE YOU LEAVE AGN CAUSE THEY'LL TELL YOU IT'S NOT WARRANTED ONCE YOU LEAVE!!! Had my glass installed there and it was scratched and the people at "tinting KC" was so nice to buff the glass out to a minimum then tint was a excellent price.

They were fast and professional and did a good job. And markedly cheaper than Safelite. The price they quoted me was the price they charged me unlike the previous mentioned company which tried to increase it by $80 more than the quote. I would recommend this company again.
