Extremely grateful for the Ottawa Auto Care Center team. They have always been kind and are willing to help and explain. I like their texting program that gives updates throughout. Will continue to use them in the future!

Used an impact on lug nuts and knocked the studs out of place. Then proceeded to cancel the order and drive the vehicle to the parking lot with 2 loose studs.

Never go there again EVER. ITS My third time having issues with them less a year already Till most recently today is worse experiences since I has to go to there for tire repair after screw got in tire. One guy who do tires stuff.. caught him that He forced himself get in my new SUV thru door was too close to lifter pole.. end up he make small dent and scratched other side or door.. I called manager Suzanne.. exppained her and she kept saying that guy are NEW and i felt SHE seem DOESNT BOTHER to TAKE MY COMPLAINT that's Ruin my day! This place need to be train properly n respect to all of ownership vehicles instead think of money With the attitude

The counter associate did not pay attention to the scope of work I wanted done. When I looked out into the bay I noticed they had removed the wrong tire. It took over an hour for a simple tire swap and balance .I don't care who it is, that is a ridiculous amount of time. I worked in a full service garage and learned from one of the best mechanics in town on customer service and quality work. I'm very disappointed that management does not seem to care about their shop.Service: Tires

They did great. I didn't have make an appointment. They worked me in. It didn't take as long as I thought it was. Very friendly. Definitely recommend

I arrived at 8:45 this morning to purchase 2 tires and have them mounted and balanced. There were 2 vehicles here and 2 people waiting. One person irritated because he said they told him 30 min wait and he had been waiting almost 90 mins. It is now 10:30 and my car hasn't even been pulled in yet. It is not the employees I am angry at but they have no sense of urgency which tells me they are under paid and do not care about their jobs or the quality of service they deliver. Customers should not be waiting 2 hours consistently. I'll happily pay more for quicker service as waste time for cheaper tires. Thanks!

Just wanted to find a tire. Phone rings off the hook, no one answers. Customer service and a manager somehow couldn't get anyone to answer. Apparently it was too far of a walk.

I was 251 miles from my destination and 351 miles from home when I got a flat tire. It was after hours for nearly every tire shop for miles and close to closing time for this auto center. When I called and explained my situation they kindly agreed to wait for me to get there then helped me get safely back on the road. Service was top notch, thank you!

The lady that took care of us was fantastic. Went in for a car battery and it only took us 10 minutes. The downside is there were several people waiting for oil changes and tire rotations and they had been waiting there for quite some time.

If I could give this a zero I would. Was told 2-2.5 hour wait to get one tire mounted. Didn t have to be taken off or out back on. I m ok with wait time. It s now been 4 hours....asked the counter guy 90 minutes ago how much long and was told I am next ticket. Just checked again about 20 minutes ago and was told they were working on it.Update***tire done and charged $30 more then quoted on phone.Next time I m driving to Olathe and using Discounted tires. This was the worst experience ever

Me and my kids waited over 5 hours. Poor customer service. I believe Walmart needs to cross-train their Associates. Only had ONE Tech in the whole building. Which he continued to take breaks and just hang out in the lobby for 15 to 20 minutes at a time.The managers had no clue on how to run a tire lube. I will never return to this Walmart for their services.

2 guys working in the bays was more interested in jacking their jaws with each other then working. Took them 35 minutes to put two new tires on the front of my car after sitting there for 4 1/2 hours won't go back again

Literally have never met lazier people. Went in to have 4 tires put on 4 rims and I was told 2 hours. The rims are brand new and so are the tires so there is basically minimum work. I told the man it was ridiculous because when I walk up 2 guys are smoking at the door and one guy on the other side of the shop is sitting down smoking as well. 2 guys are actually working , but I'm pretty sure that a 90 year old woman could get more done. I won't come back her because I'm sick of shitty attitudes from "supervisors " and lazy workers.

Normally pretty quick, and efficent. Except the last time, took 2 and a half hours to do a flat repair. And they never called when they were done. Very disappointed. Always loved their service before that tho!

If I could give it negative stars I would. Customer service was horrible and it took over 6 hours for them to put my tires on. I recommend not to ever use the Ottawa location to get anything done.

It took 5 hours to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I went in at 7:05 AM and my vehicle was not taken into the bay until 8:44 and I did not check out until 12:05 PM. The department was understaffed. Some of the staff members mentioned they were hiring shop technicians but the starting pay is $11/hour. Wal-Mart can not expect to hire and keep quality employees for that rate of pay.Two weekends prior my 69 year old father and I waited for 4 hours at the Gardner, KS location to mount a new tire on his vehicle after a flat tire on the interstate. That took away 4 hours from being able to spend time with my dying Mother in the hospital.Lastly, I reached out privately to Wal-Mart via Instagram's private message and I was assured they would follow up with me. I checked back today to see if there were any updates, and Wal-Mart has blocked me on Instagram. I would avoid at all costs.

Was told it would be two hours to get 4 tires put on. Three hours later and we are still sitting here waiting. They haven't even gotten to our truck yet. Understaffed. Poor customer service. Sad experience.

The batteries they sell won't keep charge. I bought two and ended up returning them. But when I returned the second one they won't give me my money back. I'm able to exchange it but not able to get my money back.

I went to get my tire repaired (a 10 minute procedure) and even called ahead of time to make sure they would be able to fit me in tonight & the women on the phone tells me that as long as I m there no later than 8, they ll be able to. I get there and she says there s no room for me tonight. VERY unsatisfied with the customer service. Do not reccomend at all.

Had two new front tires purchased 2 days before Christmas and they were fast at getting it done. They didn't like me bringing other stuff to check out at their register but they were about to close so I understand it.

I've been getting tired here for years and they have always done a good professional job. DON'T expect them to be fast, though; this place is always very busy.

I prefer local service but the few times I've had a tire patched or replaced here over the years has been an average wait with good service.
