I called to get a truck towed off the highway. The man I spoke to was kind and answered my questions. (I ve never called a tow company before.) He gave me a rough estimate of how much the tow would be and he was spot on AND less than my insurance company. The tow was 50 miles and they were quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

The owner let my ex husband from 20 years ago, take items out of my vehicle with my permission or being a owner. My title disappeared at that time so owner denied me my things because he claims he had to have title on hand but he let it get stolen

Had to call for a tow when I got my truck stuck in a difficult spot during a storm. The truck operator was very patient and nice throughout the whole long process and took care to not add more damage to my truck. All at 2 am in the rain.

We've used them twice now and both times they were prompt and very professional. Pricing was very reasonable.On one occasion, we needed them to meet us on the highway, they gave an estimated time until their arrival and they were right on time. This was especially appreciated since we had to drive back to the location

The tow was well priced and cheaper than my insurance rate. The man who towed my car waited 30 min for me to arrive at the destination and didn't complain. I left my card with him and he overnighted it even though I told him not to worry about it!

Mike and his team went over and above getting us back on the road. We had a water pump and serpentine belt issue with our Chevy on New Year s Day late in the afternoon on the way home. His team worked diligently and had us back on the road the next day. Keep in mind this is towing company. The auto places close by could not get us in until Thursday. Not only did they get us back on the road but they did so for a fair price as well. Thanks Mike & Team! Hope you all have a great 2019.

I tell you i have been screwed over by a few tow companies with rude staff, high payments, and by the book experience. But i never have met a more friendly and flexible serviced company like this. I understand business but after my car broke down they really worked with me for being able to get my car back even after a few months of my car sitting and alot of finacial issues they really bent their backs, and if i ever again break down around Franklin county you bet this is who ill call!

Got us out of a muddy median after a terrible day. No tow.. No hard work... Told me $150 over the phone.. Which is a TERRIBLE PRICE to drag us 10 feet.. When he handed us the debit card reader he charges us $200 instead of the mentioned $150. This place is very much a scam.. And really should be giving 1 start.. But thanks for getting us out of the hole.

This company is great! Ask for Steve, he is kind, courteous, and eager to help. I think that's just his nature but he is also an excellent tow truck operator. Wish there were more people like him in the world.

Right now, can only hope they will work with me to get my sons car out and all his belongings that are in the car. Without paying an arm and a leg. I just need my sons wallet to let him pay the fee of getting it out not me. If they are reasonable... my stars will go up. This was a mud pit. The building wasn't any better. Wear mudders when you go and I wouldn't advise sitting on anything in the office. This place is a hazard all the way around. Called and asked if they had my vehicle was told they didn't. Only to be told the next day that he did tell me that he had my vehicle. Then he argued with me when I told him he said he didn't have it. Shady and unprofessional. I'd never do business with these folks if I didn't have to.

Very nice people. Mike the tow guy treat my grandson and I very nice. Anytime I'm in that area and I break down or have a wreck. They will be the one I call.

Was quick to respond and the rate was very reasonable. The driver was very nice and professional. Excellent customer service which made the stress of breaking down a much better experience. Thanks to TT&T for rescuing me the night of 10/15

TT and T came and towed me on Easter at 11am from Ottawa,KS to Kansas City,MO. They saved me from being stuck in Ottawa. They got me to the KW dealership for repairs on time and had a good rate that I could afford.

Tried to call about getting towed into Ottawa I've been driving two days and was an hour from home when my tire popped waited 2 hours to call them and tried to give him the location he was extremely rude and yelled at me about not being quick enough with the location when I was stranded on the side of then road.

We were traveling back from kansas to oklahoma, had a blowout and was stranded. These guys helped us out super fast and got us back on the road within an hour.
