Exceptional service!! My car died a half block from Advance Auto and I needed a new battery. They would t help me but I called O Reilly Auto and they came to me to put a new battery in! Super impressive and saved me a lot of hassle!! I ll be a customer for life!

Bought a boat in Ottawa.... Made it as far as Pomona Town got out and check stuff the right rear wheel bearing with burnt my fingers.... So I had to call front in Topeka to come help me... Went back to Ottawa O'Reilly very friendly staff I they got me the right bearing... went back put the bearing in and I got home safely very happy.!!!!!

We came to exchange our parts for the 3rd time. it was a process to say the least. An Employee went out to get the parts out of our vehicle and as I was still standing inside the assistant manager didn t see me still inside and statered bad mouthing us to the costumer behind us. I let her know I was still in the store and she tried to correct herself after I had already heard her say what she wanted to say. Very rude. Annette was her name.

I recommend driving the extra 15-20 minutes to Gardner. I bought a crank pulley for a 92 Honda Accord and they had the part pulled and ready. When we walked in everyone was preoccupied with friends at the counter and missed half of what we asked and after we paid for the tool they didn't even give it to us! We had to ask them to give us the past so we could leave. Then the first use out of the package the tool snaps in half! We drove over 30 minutes to pick up this part then for it to break and then no longer be able to exchange it the day of because this location apparently closes at 8 now according to employees. Not helpful at all. Phone care was good. It's why I still have 2 stars.

Having done business there now on multiple occasions, I can happily state that the service there is consistently great. Just today in fact, one of their 2 qualified techs was kind enough to replace my left turn signal bulb. A small task for most maybe... but was a BIG help for me- esp while I'm also dealing with a broken foot. :) I highly recommend this business and a huge thank you to them again- for the kind help & low part prices.

I called to inquire about a product and was told they had 2 in stock and quoted me the prices. I told the guy i would be there in 20 minutes. Drove there and was then told they didnt have them in stock AND the lady said she told me that over the phone!

Would not recommend, I ordered parts from them twice in one month had issues both time. Wanted to charge me shipping on a part that never came in a week after it was supposed to instead of getting full refund. No tracking number or proof the part was ever ordered

Richard was super helpful and saved my trip!!! This was an amazing experience and I would trust this place to help with anything. I didn't know what was wrong and I gave the symptoms and used the check engine tool and they saved the day!

Started around 1987 on Walnut Street and since 91 at the present location. Several years ago bought a starter for my wife's Jeep and a couple 3 years later it quit up in Olathe. Took it out went to O'Reilly's parts store figuring I'd have to pay for a new one when the guy got me a new starter and said here you go. It was a lifetime warranty no charge. Doesn't matter what state you're in they keep track of what you buy and that sold me. And I don't want him give him the big head but Richard is a pretty good store manager we want to keep him around. Declan is a pretty good counter man also.

Great place to get auto parts Good pricing. Great staff. If they don't have it they get it in a timely fashion.they are the go to place around Ottawa Yes Sometimes I could get the part cheaper some where else the wait time is not worth it .thanks for the great service O Reilly Ottawa

Great local auto parts store. Good selection of merchandise, and special orders can be there overnight (I haven't had the privilege to need this yet but have been assured of shipping info)The guys are helpful and they know their shit.

Ordered parts they said they would be in at 10:30 in the morning they would call me. No phone call noon I called them they said they said delivered them to the wrong store that we here at three-thirty will call you. No call v I finally go in and there they are too high school kids chat with their girlfriends. Won't go back

Nice people in this store understanding well in The help managers are good guys never really had too much problems past year-and-a-half haven't had to come back second time third time these guys are doing pretty damn good I appreciate it

Upgrade! Didn't have my part in stock like they said they did when I called so gave me the lifetime warranty part instead for the same price as the one year warranty part

Ordered an extremely needed part today, waited until the time they said it would be here, and then went in and they said that they "forgot to order it" and that it would be here at 1030 the next morning. Hoping they actually remember it to order it by then.

bought a starter from topeka it has 3yr warranty went to exchange the bad one out. the guy said he can't even tho it's on the computer shows everything on the starter
