I am extremely satisfied with Fun Town RV. Wes, my salesman, and his manager, Joey, were incredibly kind and patient throughout the process. Despite visiting multiple RV lots in and around Kansas City to find the best deal, Fun Town RV stood out as my first and final choice. Wes and Joey diligently worked with me, ensuring a fair deal that left all parties content, including receiving a fair market value for my trade-in. Niko, the technician, provided a detailed demonstration of all camper functionalities, instilling in me a great sense of confidence in Fun Town RV's team should I encounter any issues with my camper. Their approach truly made purchasing a camper an enjoyable experience! I highly recommend Fun Town RV in Ottawa, KS.

As first time buyers, Logan was a great help in making sure we found what we wanted in a travel trailer. He asked all the right questions making sure to look for campers in our price range. All the staff we friendly, not pushy trying to get us into something more than what we needed. The finance dept had us approved as we were getting to leave(it was after noon on a Sat). The The maintenance staff walked us thru all the tips and info we needed to know. I just wish I had brought a note pad. They make sure everything is in working order before leaving. I highly recommend checking them out!

We had great experience purchasing our camper. From beginning to end. Tom met us with a warm welcome and showed us around. We were very impressed with the selection of campers and equally impressed with the prices. During our visit lunch time rolled around and Shannon's husband, "the BBQ guy" fed us a great grilled lunch right there on the spot. Shannon helped is finish up the paper work for the purchase. Darren the shop mechanic walked us throughout our new camper. Showed us all the in's and outs. He explained everything and answered every question we had. Absolutely one of the best experiences my wife and I have had making a purchase. Highly recommend!

My husband and I bought our first camper today from Fun Town RV. We were really impressed with the customer service we received. Everyone was very kind and courteous to us, even though we were surely buying one of the lowest priced campers they had. The sales team never tried to up sell us to a more expensive camper or push us to add on accessories. The service team did a fantastic job showing us exactly how to open and close the pop up camper and all the features that our camper had to offer. All of the paperwork was in good order and went very quickly. We would definitely work with them again!

We went there to have warranty work done on our 2023 Sunseeker. They were very friendly, professional, and hospitable. Comfortable waiting area, coffee, water, TV, and friendly staff while I waited for the work to be done. Wide selection of RV accessories.

We purchased a new 23 Crossroads Sunset Trail 253RB. We took it for its Maden Voyage to Arkansas. Gone 12 days. Everything worked perfectly. Love having two AC units. It was blazing hot and we were not. Buying and the trade in process was easy and fair. AJ with service is top notch. He went above and beyond to get our new trailer ready for us. Shannon is terrific. She was our finance rep. I have had a numberof questions about random things and she has been very easy to reach and answer my questions. I would highly recommend FunTown Ottawa KS.

Recommend getting your camper/rv from here. We felt like family and met everyone. They was all so polite and helped us get into our first perfect new camper. It's exactly what we was looking for. This place and the people are so welcoming. Please check them out before you go anywhere else I can say you will leave happy and excited to go camping. I just wanted to reach out to let you know what an amazing experience we had from start to finish.Logan was our sales rep that found our forever camper. We looked at so many campers that evening. They actually closed at 6pm that day. Logan continued to look for a camper for us. He found the camper at 6:30. We went and checked it out. It was THE camper. We liked it right away.About the time we were going to look at another camper just in case. Kim came out to ask how things were going. My wife said I need another woman s opinion. Kim took the time to go out with her and see it for a second time. That is all my wife needed. We decided that was the camper. Kim was so sincere and genuine when talking to my wife.We came back and put our application in. Joey the GM came out and introduced himself. The thing that impressed me with Joey is his down to earth personality. As we were waiting for the application to get approved.All this after they have been closed for a while. James the financial manager came out and told us how the process worked. Put our mind at ease to know that he did not think there would be any issues. We currently had a camper that was a total loss that was in the process of being paid from our insurance. At no time did I feel rushed. At no time did I not feel sincerely valued as a customer. We were approved. We were told to come back the next day to sign the paperwork and pick it up.We came back the next day at 3pm. We were greeted by Tiffany. Very friendly, definitely someone you want greeting the potential customer. Very inviting personality. We completed the walk through first with Darin. Even though we had a camper before. He took the time to answer all our questions. Explained the walk through fully. Never felt rushed. Came back in and signed all the necessary paperwork. We needed to change our pick up to the following weekend. With it being Easter weekend. They said no problem.What a great experience. I can t thank Logan, Kim, Tiffany, Joey, Darin, and James enough. They are the faces of their business. They are the ones I am telling everyone about. They are the ones that if we buy or our friends buy a camper. They are the ones we will go to. They make the difference.you have gained a customer for life due to that amazing staff that truly care about the customer.When we pick up our camper. Will add photos.

What a great experience! The ordering, financing, and delivery were flawless. Kenny and Justin took great care of us and made our first RV ownership dream a reality. Now we can travel to our car shows in comfort and style. Big Shout out to the team at FunTown RV in Ottawa. Recommend A++

We loved it here! Justin was so friendly and although we didn't really need help, made sure we knew he was there for us today, and in the future. We had the freedom to browse at our leisure and their inventory was so great! We saw so many things that we hadn't seen before! Being full time, they have lots of options that would work for us. We'll be back when we're ready to upgrade!

Took my rv to get the ac fixed. Was told nothing was wrong with it. Mind you it still under warranty. Took it to the shop in Paola A to Z rv repair and they immediately diagnosed a bad compressor and replaced it with the warranty company.

We purchased a 2023 Ember 21MRK at Fun Town RV in Ottawa, Kansas. The staff worked as a team to ensure that our questions and concerns were addressed. We were quite non-committal and nitpicky, knowing that we had many dealerships and models to choose from. At Fun Town, we received a facility tour from Kenny (one of the owners) to showcase the talented workforce and substantial resources. We were invited to return and review finishing touches that we requested on our choice RV (without commitment). The folks at Fun Town chiseled away at our buyer's skepticism. Our thanks to Salesmen Cody and Wes, Maintenance Supervisor Liz, Mechanic Darin, Shannon from finance, Kenny and any others involved.Our first use revealed a leaking faucet and an issue with the slide. We weren't thrilled that we had to haul the camper to Fun Town to verify the leak for warranty purposes (a manufacturer requirement). Fun Town reps patiently listened to our angst over the phone. They scheduled us the following day and Darin (who came in while off duty) quickly diagnosed both issues. Kenny and the team then delighted us with an upgraded replacement faucet and sent us on our way with a smile.

My wife and I came to this place for assistance with a 5th wheel hitch. I was greeted and immediately helped out. While talking with Mike, he told me they had a toy hauler coming in the following day that sounded like what I needed. I ended up buying the whole package from these folks. Mike, the service staff, and anyone else that helped was amazing and assisted with every question I had. Very pleased with the experience as a whole!

We had an outstanding experience dealing with Funtown RV, and Brenna. Actually everyone we interacted with was amazing! We are new to the RV life, so we have tons of questions,and Brenna is always quick to get me the answers we need! We are excited to begin our adventures!! Editing because we just winterized. Big thanks to Darin, who explains everything in detail!! And thanks to Gabby for all her help and patience!! Highly recommend FunTown RV Ottawa!!

Just purchased a new Venture Stratus SR261VRB on Aug 2. Went a month ago looking at floor plans for a new camper while waiting for outcome of insurance claim on our camper. Found one we liked and went home to think about it. Went back couple weeks later on Fun Town grand opening weekend and put a deposit on it. After settling with insurance company went and purchased the camper. Can't say enough about the patience and dedication the folks at Fun Town had especially Lizz the service manager doing all the leg work, A.J. the tech that got the camper ready (which he did a mighty fine job), and Justin and Shannon doing all the dreaded paper work. If you are in the market for a new or used camper these are the people to go see to be treated right with no hassle. Thanks again for everything!

Heidi was beyond helpful, As was Brandi and Jamie. We arrived at 9:15 am and gave our credit application a whirl, 3 hrs later we were leaving with our new Fuzion toy hauler. Ned walked us through the complete camper ( I'll admit I already forgot half of everything he told us ). I guess we will make an adventure out of our first camping trip. The staff was extremely pleasant during our visit. They gave us all the time we needed to look at several units and were never pushy. The technician spent 2 hours walking me through the use and maintenance our new camper. When we left I felt comfortable and ready for our families new adventures. I would highly recommend others who are camper shopping to start with Central RV.

I purchased a RV,from them in MAY.Took it back for warranty work.So far,the best thing they have going for them is a little lady,named LIZZ,She is very good at her job,she goes over and above her job,,She has fought for me,all the way,,To get things covered,that the FOREST RIVERBUILDERS,did not do well.I am confident she will get all things repaired to my satisfaction..It is sad,that the CO.Doesn't seem to care about the QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS, JUST THE QUANTITY...KICKING THE CAN DOWN THE ROAD,LEADING TO THE DEALERSHIPS!Leaving them to deal with their mistakes in the building process.We need more attention to quality and details..Not quantity and costs,,The bottom line,should not be at the top of the manufacturers list,,,At the top of the list,,should be happy customers,from a quality product...My 2 cents worth.I give the dealership a big fat #10... :)On the other hand,I give the builders a 2 .They need to up the quality.

I would not buy a darn thing from this place! We bought a camper from them..Nick the owner sold us the camper him self..it was a run around from the start! We drove there to do paperwork..than had to turn around and drive back to pick up the camper..to get 6 miles from the place and the tire blew out. However Nick talked us into purchasing the extended warranty for the camper, in which we canceled back in August..the check was mail to Central Rv on September 20..here it is November 29 and we are still waiting on our check and nobody will return our phone calls or tell us what's goings on. Don't buy anything from them!

We found just the trailer we wanted, but the nearest one was at Central RV in Ottawa, KS. I went online and communicated with Ryan at Central and we were so pleased with the experience that we decided to drive over and check it out. We liked it, bought it and then had some issues that prevented us from taking it home - needed a different pinbox for our short bed truck, leaving on a trip to Europe, etc. Central RV agreed to store it for us after ordering and installing the new pinbox and we picked it up six weeks later. All the people we dealt with at Central went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order with our trailer and that we were happy with our experience. We were even set up with power and water so we could spend our first night in the trailer right there at the dealership! I would highly recommend Central RV in Ottawa to anyone looking to purchase an RV or supplies. We were happy enough with it to make the trip over from Arizona - 2600 miles round trip - TWICE!! Five stars all around for Ryan, Lizz, AJ, Austin and John who all went well beyond the sale with suggestions and advice.Ron HebdonSun City, AZKeystone Cougar X-Lite 5th wheel

Just upset I couldn't give anything less then 1 stars. This place is a joke. Do not buy anything used from these people. Spent 2 days cleaning the camper after we got it home. I was told never was smoked in, never had pets in it, oven was covered in grease. Was offered all kinds of help to fix issue, but when the time came to deliver all the offers went away. I live over 300 miles away round trip and they expect me to bring it back to their location to fix slide issue, after they offered to send tech out to fix it. Offered to allow me to take it to closer repair shop, then that offer was taken away. Don't buy anything from this company unless you live with in an hour of them. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

I purchased a used Voltage in 2020 from Central RV. 2 Years later I had a problem with an air conditioner. It was registering 32 degrees on the thermostat. It was June 17th. I called the dealership asked to talk to someone for assistance. Moments later I had Darren, I think that was his name, a technician on the phone. I was on the phone 15 minutes or so and offered for them to send me a bill, they declined. I would highly recommend this dealership. Selling you a camper is one thing servicing it remotely is another.
