Club carwash is always there to help us when our car is dirty we've been using it ever since we found out about it and we have never had any problems with them! We've been very pleased with their work, every time we come out of there we are always shocked of how clean our car is! We'll be looking forward to going there again!

I've only been here a couple of times, but the young men that were working were great with customer service and worked their tails off to get every car (including mine) as clean as possible. These fellas deserve a raise, and at the very least, a tip when you go through!

If you are looking to get your vehicle scratched up then use club car wash. You make a claim and they say they can t do anything because it s not their fault. DO NOT USE THESE CARWASHES!!!!Look closer at your vehicleThe people in Ottawa are nice it s the company that don t care

After the car wash and the tire shine my car looks like I drove it right off the showroom floor and everyone that's works at club car wash in Ottawa kansas are so polite and they treat you with respect and they ask you ""is there anything else I can help you with sir" and very hard working people I was just impressed all the way around

Used them a few times. Friendly, helpful staff, a really good vehicle wash. And... probably the best vacuums around, or anywhere for that matter.

I have a 2001 Chevy 2500hd. She s a farm truck. Used and abused. I have a bed liner two tone on my truck. It s the rockers and maybe 6 inches on the doors. It helps protect against rust with the mud and salt and stuff. My first time ever using club car wash it ripped my bed liner right off. I ve power washed it before with no problem. It sits outside all day everyday. No sun issues or rain issues. It s bed liner. Meant to be used and abused. Simple as that it s just taken off. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!Service: Auto detailing

Ever since Club Car Wash opened I have always purchased the elite booklet versus the membership because I have two vehicles and cannot afford to purchase two memberships for each vehicle. Therefore the booklet always worked better for me, because with each elite wash you get a free Rookie which I used on my second vehicle within the two day period. The booklet was later replaced with a card it worked the same, you still got a free Rookie with each elite wash, but now club car wash writes the make, and model on your free rookie receipt and can only be used on the same vehicle you just washed and not on your second vehicle. I don t understand what the big deal is as to which vehicle you choose to wash with the free rookie wash. This was the main reason why I ve always purchased the Booklet/Card so to use the free wash on my second vehicle. I still have two elite car washes remaining on my card along with the two free rookie washes, when asked if I can get a refund back on the two remaining car washes. I was told that I cannot. Moving forward I will no longer be purchasing car washes with Club car wash . Very disappointing that they have to restrict your free wash to the same vehicle that you just washed. I gave a two star rating only because I was always able to use my free rookie wash on my second vehicle up until now. Not good business, you just lost mine.

Went through three days and the back of the car never got cleaned I mentioned it to the guy today and it still didn't get clean I ain't got time to run it through more than once in a day

Love the attendants here in Ottawa, Kansas. They are all so amazing. Great work and very friendly. This is one of my favorite places to go. I love having a monthly membership that allows me to stop in whenever I need to. I look forward to car washes now. And I always leave a tip for them!!! No issues with them at all. Had my memeber for 6+ months and I can visit as much as I want and get my free air freshners. After 2 washes in one month, it pays for the membership.

It's extremely convenient but it only gets about 90% of the dirt off my car and the dryer doesn't dry you car so it's left with water spots if you don't stop and wipe it with one of the towels they provide.

I haven't ever been to a car wash like this one, where you put your car in neutral, and it takes you through. It did a really good job.I like that it has swinging rags, so it does a better job than the ones that just spray water.

Things have been progressively annoying over the past year. They're automated gate system works maybe 80% of the time and help has to come scan your door. Now you have to wait for the guest gate close before the club membership line date opens. So your weight even getting a car wash is now increased. The younger folks that do the work seem just fine but the management to get a grip on their technology and treat their monthly membership members better by allowing the auto gate to be the preferred Lane

This car wash does a great job. Friendly staff and the vacuums work really well. There are plenty of locations in the KC Metro to make a membership worthwhile.

The automated car wash does a great job. The washing attendants are top notch. My only complaint is my auto tag doesn't get me through the gate and I have to wait every time I go through. I've mentioned this to the gate attendant but they won't offer to replace my membership tag for one that actually works.

This morning they were playing Christmas music, and that made me laugh! I always enjoy my experience at the car wash, and I ve never had such a clean car. The vacuums are great. They get an A+ from me! (Retired teacher. )

Excellent was and service. I stopped by when it was really busy and they were so efficient and quick that I didn't have to wait very long before I was up next to enter the wash. It's a bit pricey but they offer so many different packages to fit your budget that it makes it worth it.

Well it happened again. Third time the car wash ripped off my rear wiper. This time I didn't let them get away with it. Brandon said he put a claim in for it. Cant wait to see how that turns out. Not holding my breath. * Well, I did get a call from their office. They said my Grand Cherokee is too old for them to repair it. Wait a minute, it's a rear wiper blade. The same one that's on a 2022 model. Age has nothing to do with a car wash that can't wash a car without damaging it. Now they did tell they would pay for parts but they never gave me an address to send my parts receipt. :-( They could have ordered a replacement by now and had it shipped to my house.Update... I'm on monthly auto bill, they cant even do that right. Twice in the last three months, I get stuck at the entry gate. Then they have to run my card again because the can't do monthly billing right.

This is a drive through car wash/wax. Self service vacuum, detail. They provide towels and Windex. We live a dirt road. I'll tell you what this place pays for itself in no time! All employees that I encountered have been very pleasant! They don't bug you when you're in the self service area. I'd say 10 out of 10! Their corporate policy of raising your price when your card is replaced because of fraud is ridiculous!! Been members for years. Military derserve better!!! Shame on you Club Car wash!!

Was just there and we were vacuuming our car and they shut off the vacuums we were the only ones there and didn t even get to finish vacuuming they shut them off on us at 8:39?! At least have the decency to let us finish or don t shut your vacuums off at an awkward time.!
