What a great place. Wednesday had my oil changed in & out! Very quick,very professional! Thursday I whipped in to see if they could rotate my tires! Again very professional, polite, quick! Ottawa Kansas this place is awesome!!

Don't use this business. My mother has taken her car here for several yrs. When was Valvoline car care and never had an issue. Has changed names and owners and took her car to have the oil changed and they put the drain plug in so tight that I split a socket when went to change her oil for her next time cause had a well deserved road trip coming up. I took it back to have them get the drain plug out that they had put in and charged her $60. Claiming the plug was stripped out even though the the socket was on there well enough it split it. The manager also said he had a hard time believing that they were the last one serviced the car cause of the milage. My mom is 80 yrs old and maybe had went over the 3000 miles recommended but she's 80 yrs old how much wear and tear she putting on the car. The tech also informed the manager that was indeed their brand filter on the car and still charged her $60. I even said just go ahead and change the oil if is that much and costs more then an oil change and wanted to charge another 30 for that and already had the filter and oil lol. Manager is very unprofessional and rude and would not recommend this place under current ownership!

Took my Toyota CHR to Car Care Express today for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within twenty minutes!! My first time there and was VERY impressed!! All of the employees were super friendly and didn t try to sell me extra services (huge bonus!) I ll be recommending this business to everyone. Thank you to technician Logan Aden for all of the information prior to coming in. Logan s price quote was right on track.

I can NOT say enough good things about this place and the gentlemen who work there! They signaled us to drive in, grabbed our information at the window, told us what the total would be. Changed our oil while we stayed in the vehicle and had us out in 8 minutes flat! Such a cool experience! Highly recommendedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are always awesome, been going here for almost 2 years now, and have never had a problem. Always super friendly, fair prices, and the job is done well. Can't complain when they meet the criteria of a good business, that's there to help their community. Again love these guys and will continue to bring my business here till I leave kansas.

The technicians were fantastic! They were all professional and polite. The technicians explained everything beforehand, including an additional charge for removing a skid plate to change the oil. They offered to change the air filter but was not pushy about it. Great work all around. Hopefully, the owners will give these guys some kind of Christmas bonus.Service: Oil change

I was in a pickle and got the help that I needed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The service was outstanding and the company in the waiting room was an absolute pleasure.

Needed service fast which they were. Twice as fast as the dealership that I normally go to but also twice as expensive. $144 for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation. It's the hidden charges they you find out about when you get your bill. Drain plug $5. I understand they wear out, ok, but tell me. Skid plate removal $10.00. Really? Most cars 10 years old or newer have these. Why not include that in your $80 oil change or just charge $90? So my estimate before service of $120 jumps to $144 out the door. Big jump for 2 simple services. Hate to see where I'd be if I took their recommendation and replaced my air filters $200? $225? Guess I know why there was no waiting to get in.

The service was quick and accurate but the customer service was a little lacking when they said they would call back. No return call no call saying that the car was ready to go. Practically waiting half a day for the word to come pick up a car. Otherwise wonderful service.

Enjoy the convenience of Car Care Express. Staff was friendly and though they offered suggestions that could of cost more money for services I wasn't there to get, they were polite and friendly when I determined I didn't need that done. They did however change an air filter I never even knew existed. It is located behind the glovebox. Mine was filthy and I was thrilled to get it changed to reduce allergy issues. Definitely a thumbs up.

I had a super hard to change Serpentine belt on my Honda Element, it was hard to find and hard to install. They special ordered it and had a employee drive to the parts store and wait for it. Due to unforeseen circumstances the repair took longer than usual, they were very nice kept me updated at all times and in the end everything was fine. During the time I was there, I saw how well they interacted with customers, how pleased the customers were, multiple services they did and did not charge for. My circumstance was unique and difficult, in my opinion the real measure of a person or business is how they react under pressure and difficulty, the staff here came through with flying colors and have earned a life long customer! Bravo!

Excellent, knowledgeable staff and super quick service. Trusted them to change the oil on my BMW 328i and did an exceptional job for half the price of the dealership. Go see them... I'll go nowhere else.

Friendly staff and quick service, but I soon seen why... The price was outrageous. Paid over $100 for a basic oil change in a 2017 F-150 and a new air filter which I'm pretty sure wasn't needed considering Ford replaced it during the last oil change. Ford was busy and I gave this place a shot. I am definitely a one and done customer. Ford will change the oil rotate the tires check the alignment AND top off all fluids for less than what they scalped me for. Save your money go someplace else!!!

What a gem! Helped me rehaul my car/trailer on a cross-country road trip. Would have been broken down forever if not for these guys. I have taken enough of my cars there, the service is always excellent and Speedy. They have managed to fix some very interesting problems in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him for quick oil changes.

Every time I go I'm done in under 20 minutes. They're friendly, quick and informative. They tell you extras that may be done soon but aren't aggressive about upselling. Best customer service in Ottawa for sure.

This place was GREAT! In and out I record time. They showed you everything they were doing and even checked each other off a list. Those guys were all so nice. My husband and I were super impressed. 5 stars!

Jake and his fellow team members at Ottawa, Ks� CCE are just absolutely fantastic at what they do.� Thankfully though I can report that that is just the start of this rave review! How TRULY heart warming & refreshing to not be spoken down to, taken advantage of, have concerns dismissed or questions ignored. Not whining mind you, just a fact that in my 45yrs- I've been treated pretty poorly by many persons in this profession. (All over the country and in other countries on occasion) This place and these folks have -Real Talk- restored my faith human beings. Well, in these anyway. No lengthy wait (usually none at all)This is my 4th� time having (some small, some extensive) repair & maint done there. A no nonsense approach and (prayer answering) honesty with me -was absolutely priceless. Instead of selling me things I didn't need, services I didn't want etc they� Understand my great need to keep costs low on this old car- yet also somehow keep it functional & safe- for as long as possible. A HUGE extra mile thank you though today to Jake. My car died on me at Walmart parking lot yesterday to� pick up several overdue & needed- prescriptions.. It was below freezing and I was truly afraid to risk blowing the engine...so I parked it (well rather had to honestly lol) and called� the shop. Though it took me overnight to arrange from Pomona I did get my key to him early this morning. He and prob others, then went out in this bitter cold to that location retrieve the vehicle made certain it was functioning OK and safely awaited me at the shop just 2 hrs later. I was spared God only knows what towing costs - AND- felt safe driving it back home- on their good word :) Jake backed up his� Recent work on my vehicle to the letter +10. Huge thx & props to the entire staff. & to the manager at this location as well. I have spoken with him personally on at least 2 occasions and -another refreshing surprise!- he's a salt of the earth, easy to speak to gentleman! as well. Definitely my longest -ever-review of any business :) but it's a pleasure and it was well earned.
