They were very helpful and warranty of my item that was from Montana very considerate and understanding of my problems. I will be shopping there as I from now on, as I just moved from Montana. They give you a service, even if they don t make money on your very reputable.The Manager for the Ottawa store went above and beyond her job. I am very thankful for her, and for the employees that she has working for her. The store in Ottawa. Is the only store I will be shopping for auto parts. They are your friend in need indeed

Josh is very helpful when I need to get a part for my car. I goes all out to make sure you get the right part and don't just run to the back and grab something like some others will. He cares about the customers and makes sure to get them going. AutoZone needs more Josh's as employees

Josh G is awesome. He ran a code on our engine Light last night just before closing. I went home,Googled, and came back this morning to purchase what Josh suggested. He explained more details to me and encouraged me that I would be safe on a trip I need to take tomorrow He is a great employee and I feel very caring and trustworthy.

Shoutout to Josh, he was such a HUGE help when me and my boyfriend were fixing a continued annoying issue that is now NO longer an issue. Once we figured out what was going on, He was very knowledgeable on what part we could compare it to and how to fix it, and successfully we have a functional vehicle. Thank you again Josh for your patience and help, it didn t go unappreciated!

Outstanding customer service! We found ourselves needing to do an emergency brake line repair on a Friday evening. Auto Zone in Ottawa had the parts we needed and they were willing to stay at the store until I got there. Then, the parts manager and his co-worker took the extra time to make sure all the fittings were the right size - all on a Friday night at closing time. I've always gotten great service at this store, but this time was really exceptional. Definitely will be back to this store.

I actually contacted Autozone corporate to tell them how helpful this store was. I had an alternator go out. 400 miles from home. On a Sunday morning. And the part was not in stock at the AZ.The manager (Eric) found the part at another store, arranged for a mechanic to come put it in (on a Sunday morning at a reasonable rate!), and was helpful and kind while I waited to get going. I was sure that I was in for another night in Ottawa, but I was out the door by noon.All that, and the store itself didn't really profit from me - the mechanic was paid by me directly, the alternator was from another store, etc. But this guy really did care about getting me the help I needed.I know it's a national chain, and I can't vouch for every one, but Eric in Ottawa was a superstar.

I have purchased my car consumables there including head lamps, air, cabin, oil filters and synthetic oil , for as long as I've been in Ottawa (3 years, longer in NY). Got one of the best 6 point ratchet socket and nut driver sets there. And I'm very particular on how I drive my nuts. Competitive prices with very good quality. It'll stay as one of my go-to stores rather than the internet as long as they keep it up. More power to brick+mortar.

I was traveling from Kansas City to Emporia and my battery light came on....... I looked up the closest auto part store and it was autozone. I got off the interstate and pulled in the parking lot and my car went dead. They checked my battery and then jumped my car and told me what was wrong. Unfortunately it was the battery and alternator so it was not an easy fix. However, they hooked me up with a someone to fix my car and get me the best pricing to get back on the road! They went above and beyond and were so kind to me! Just thought they deserve a a shout out! Thanks!

They always treat me right. Had to order a steering rod, it was $32 but wasn't the one I needed so I got the right one that was $57 for exchange. They said it was there foult.

Lazy employee they show they have a part in stock he looks on the shelf but can t find it won t look in the back to see if it s there or even offer to order so I went to oreillys would leave a zero star but it won t let me
