Step daughter went to get break light help. The young guy didn't even get out behind the counter showed her what was on the computer then told her she asked if he could help or show them put light in he said no we don't do that anymore which is kind of funny and it's not a hard one to do I don't understand why he didn't help her but she knows how to do it now no thanks to him

I had a girl checking me out I didn't catch her name. But she just seemed super unhappy to having to be helping me. She didn't listen to what I wanted and needed. And basically told me I needed to go somewhere else. Super disappointed in my service here.

Nice, helpful folks. They had the parts I needed plus a large selection of automotive accessories. One of the better parts stores in Ottawa, in my opinion.

Ordered a part. Wrong part sent next day. Next day still not what I wanted. Got refund. Not happy. They didn't try to make things right.

Kyle Patton was very helpful in my search for an air filter for my linhai ATV...in the end we decided to clean it out and see wat the part number is for the next time. I will be coming back there for more of my auto part needs

I love the team at this store. Always friendly and willing to put in the extra effort. I dunno what this James joker is talking about... Maybe he was thinking about the other two parts stores in town.

I always have a good experience here. The staff are friendly and helpful. There isn't a ton of difference in price or product offering between O'Reiley's, Advance, and Autozone aside from each chain's proprietary offering (like the WIX filters O'Reiley's offers). I've been an Advance customer as far back as I can recall and I use their Speedperks program so I stick with them for the most part. They accept used oil at most of their locations (this one included.) Most times I go, there is an employee in the parking lot helping someone with their car.

I like this place. Good selection, easy to find things on your own, but a knowledgeable and helpful staff if you need assistance, or if you need something from behind the counter.

These guys are always really nice. Seems like I'm here every weekend. I prefer this store over the AutoZone and OReilly's in town.

This place has the worst customer service and there idiots. I spoke with the boss and he is very unprofessional. Now autozone. Eric and his crew there they have the best customer service I have ever seen!

What can u say its a auto parts house. You tell them what u want they give it to u but they didnt over charge me and counted my change right so yeah it was ok
