Prohibitively expensive!!! Towed us from outside Osage City, where they're based, to just inside Lyndon, where my mechanic is. Charge? $175! We definitely won't call them again, but my mechanic wasn't available. He told us, when he got the bill, that we'd get a better price if we'd called someone from Topeka! Our mechanic made sure we knew he didn't mark it up. I called the tow company, and the man said $125 hookup, + 10 miles. They charged to go from their shop to our location, and to our mechanic. He wasn't mean or rude, at least not over the phone. Yes, they can charge whatever they want, but my mechanic agreed it was very high. So, poor rating, and I won't call them again.

This company is complete garbageI got into an accident and had my car towed here. The owners told me that he would look at it in a day or so and let me know how much it would cost. Every time I came back to his shop, he told me he hasn't gotten to it. When it was all done, I just told him I would just have it towed somewhere else. I ended up getting charged over 600 dollars just to sit there. Filed a complaint with this company. Never take your cars there. If you look at his shop, it's very dirty. How a mechanic keeps his garage speaks about his character and how much he cares. Stay away from him.

I just moved to Osage City KS in mid March. I took my 1997 C230 Mercedes Benz to Haskins Oil for oil changes and issues. Haskins was wonderful, great people, great mechanics. When I recently had a problem with my car that Haskins was unable to fix they referred me to "The Body Shop" here in Osage city. When I called Body Shop I was greater with hate and extreme disrespect simply because my cell phone had my old phone number from PA. After trying several times to explain who I was, my car issue and who referred me to them, the Village Idiot on the phone from Body Shop was still rude and acting like a complete JERK! If you're a woman, and you've just moved here to Osage City or Kansas for that matter, or if your phone number is unusual, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Absolute idiots, I wouldn't trust them with my bicycle. I will never use this business and I will do my very best to tell everyone I know how awful they treated me just from a simple phone call. The worst experience I have EVER had in my entire life and I'm 46 yrs old. Stupid is as stupid does.
