Everyone I've worked with at the shop is incredibly helpful, kind, and goes above/beyond to ensure you're getting exactly what you need for your vehicle. They're knowledgeable on the products and when I placed an order for the incorrect item for my Corolla, Tanner gave me a call and helped me determine the right product I was searching for. Looking out for their customers just comes naturally to them. Thanks guys!

Waiting on service for my vehicle and their waiting area is SO comfortable and accommodating. They have vending machines, plenty of complimentary beverages, cozy chairs, a "business" where you can work or study, large televisions and a clever charging station. My wait is flying by.

Ordered a new power steering pump. Website says same day shipping, don't depend on that it didn't ship until the next day. I paid for next day shipping so it took two days to get it. Anyway it did get here and I was able to get my truck back on the road after trying two other pumps from O'Reilly's that were both DOA. I'm just going to get my parts from Toyota going forward it's worth a few extra bucks to avoid headaches.

Wife wanted a toyota highlander hybrid platinum series AWD blizzard pearl and salesman bob tucker wouldn't give her the time of day, she went to Crown Toyota and ordered exactly what she wanted, and loves it, won't recommend Olathe Toyota to anyone

Got me a hard to find side mirror on short notice when I was in a pickle on a road trip. All Toy dealers were saying two weeks-one month at least and these folks got it to me in three days for less than quoted from the dealers. A++++ couldn t be happier.

I have been a customer of Olathe Toyota since 2006. I have purchased several cars from them over the years for myself and my family. The customer service is always great! Today, while I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated, the service department sent me a video of what they had done on my car and their recommendations. What a great idea! I highly recommend Olathe Toyota to everyone!

These guys are weak. Tried to buy a part I need and they said they couldn't verify my address on the cc. Spoke to BofA about it, and they confirmed the account was charged w/o issue. So I called the company directly, only to be told that they couldn't help me. So, I went to another online parts dealer and got the same part for about $10 less. If you can't even accept a payment, you've got problems.

One of their sales guys was very rude. He thought we were dumb enough to believe what ever he says. Please have some respect when you talk with your customers, if you had spoken well, I am pretty sure we would have brought our car. Well, it's an heads up, don't expect respect here.

The Best Toyota Dealership & Parts Department in the U.S.A. hands down. Olathe Toyota got my nationwide backordered Genuine Toyota part to me in weeks not months. They are fast, affordable, efficent, with excellent customer service. Thank You Olathe Toyota, for getting my Pruis back on the road. .

PLEASE READS this I got screwed by these guys.These guys have a hole bunch of idiots working here, there online catalog is false and incorrect, try ordering and they will send u the wrong part, they'll say u ordered it like that. I ordered a mirror cover with all the descriptions for my car, (2014 sienna xle, heated , wblind spot, power) and it does not have a mirror signal( yet they don't even have that indication online on there catalog options or pictures of a cover with a hole for the signal) and I received a mirror cover with a hole in it, I called the guys there to see why they sent me a cover with a hole , and he's like u didn't provide a Vin( but they don't require a vin that's for us customers to have a convenience to order what we need and want online, plus I didn't care my vin in my wallet at work, just got online ordered what I needed/ and I know what im doing with car's for 12 years now)- that's if what I see select and order as described is correct. but in this case this place send me a wrong order, I called gave him my vin, and he's like oh yea it shows this part is for your vin, so i'm like are u kidding me I don't have signal markers on my mirrors. so he studders a little and then says oh wait, no it doesn't and they starts backing up that its my fault for ordering the wrong option and they will not refund me the full amount. so I shipped it back and thought id just talk to a manager there once I ship it, so I did that and after I get a email they said that they will charge me for restocking and not refund me the shipping that I paid to ship back the WRONG part they shipped to me. I have pic of the online catalog and proof that I ordered what I need but they shipped something wrong, and that's called FALS ADVERTISMENT. and then screwing people over with some restocking crap and charging people for shipping back and stuff... so they email me back saying that the package is not how they want it back,( cuz I ordered a few parts so I used a smaller box to ship the part back in its foam cover back) so there saying ill have to pay for shipping to ship the same wrong part back to me because they can't accept there own screw up they sent to me, sorry I wrote so much its not really about the money, but the principle of the way they handle their business with there own screw up. I cant believe the manager there at Toyota is letting this happen, having enough stress with 2 kids and 3rd on the way and trying to have this car all in good shape for my family. but i feel like i rather have another car that i can maintain myself somewhere els not to deal with Toyota people like that.

Olathe Toyota has always treated us great. Your in and out not trying to sell you anything but what you came for. Will tell you if something is wrong and give you recommendations but that is it.
