What an awesome trip! The staff does a great job at getting you excited for the test drive. The vehicle is amazing. Can t wait to see these all over the road.

A bit off the beaten pass, but it is a great facility fantastic customer service for a company a small as Rivian. They make one of the highest quality E.V. vehicles I have ever seen and their customer service at every location I have beenl too so far reflects that same quality. This location is no exception. I went on a Saturday evening after hours and an employee from the shop, took the time to come out, open a lock door and speak with me for almost half an hour, even though he was there, working on personal, that s great customer service!

Where to start. Austin was awesome and friendly. The rest of the people there were on point friendly and really seemed to dig the atmosphere of work. We poked around and they talked to us about some of the other Rivian stuff we have been doing. They also were great at explaining things in detail and really just made the 30 or so minutes we were there a good time. The techs really knew their stuff and were very quick and efficient. Thanks for making my Rivian experience great and keep it up!

Worst customer service ever, the person upfront Alex I think his name was, doesn t keep track of what s going on with the service vehicle dropped off and doesn t even respond well, very bad attitude. Waited 4 hours and when walked in and asked for update he said I was supposed to come back tomorrow but he never told me to. Such an expensive electric car service center didn t have any good waiting area have ti wait in the car, or he didn t even let me know, asked for a phone charger as it took a long time to wait - he people work there? Your charger is in the wall I can see.Fixed my tires and they charged me way too much as it s not even my fault as they didn t let me know, and no one from rivian headquarters or service center reached out to me asked for explanation. Called them 5-6 times and no update at all.After they fixed my tires they forgot to balance them, had to come back again a 2.5 hour drive and then didn t even fix the issue.Hope rivian team will look at this and give some feedback, ridiculously bad service from the whole rivian team. Can t reach out to anyone except the 800 number.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

My son and I stopped by to check out the Rivian trucks. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Kyle took the time to explain everything in detail and never made us feel rushed, even though it was 90 degrees outside. Thank you Kyle for making this a GREAT experience!!

My buddy and I decided to drive by to see if there were any trucks outside. Not only were there Rivians to look at, but the staff took a few minutes to let us sit inside and play with the tech. Awesome!The guides explained that they are doing customer drives by appointment for folks who are getting close to their delivery dates.
