First purchase at this dealer. Matt Reynolds was fantastic, and he made the car buying experience actually enjoyable. They have an amazing selection of vehicles, and we're more than happy with the 2019 Range Rover Sport we purchased. Clean facility, no pressure selling, and Matt really understood our needs and worked hard to meet them. I highly recommend KC Car Gallery South when looking for your next car. I had a great experience with KC Car Gallery South!Matt was professional, straight-forward, and easy to work with every step of the way. I felt that I got a fair price for the vehicle I was buying, as well as my trade-in. I purchased a 2019 Range Rover Velar and I am so happy with it. It seriously looks brand new. I didn't buy a warranty, but Matt encouraged me to still call them first if I have any issues, which was really above and beyond what was required. Highly recommend!

I was a customer 10 years ago at the old location as well as my ex 4 years ago at this location. Both vehicles have been exactly what they promised us, high quality at a fair price.I went in to look at a vehicle yesterday and felt like my time and interests were both respected, which wasn't the case everywhere I went.I chose a different vehicle, but I would have been happy to buy here if it was the right vehicle for me.

We had a great experience buying our BMW i3 at KC Car Gallery thanks to Matt Reynolds. Previous car purchases seemed to take hours and hours but Matt made sure all of our questions were answered and we were out the door in about an hour. He was honest and very professional. Thanks Matt!

Recently I was looking for a GMC Acadia SLT 1 or 2 and on a late came across KC Car Gallery South website. They had an Acadia Denali and made a note of it that maybe I go by and see it the next day.Matt from the dealership called me aero the next morning and invited me to come look at. I like Matt. He is a straight shooter and gives you clear and honest answers to your question. When I saw the vehicle it was a beautiful car and very well kept. I took for a test drive while he took a look at my truck for a trade in.When I got back he did not fool around like most dealerships and and try to low ball you on the trade. He was right up front, said this is what he would give me for my truck and it was a good and fair offer non of this back and forth. We shook hands and I bought the Acadia.Matt was honest and open, friendly and very knowledgeable. He treated me with respect and was very fair on my trade and the vehicle I purchased.I know this review is a little lengthy but if you are looking for a quality vehicle and a good value for your trade in you should come here first. I can say enough about the deal I received and the quality of vehicle I purchased.I highly recommend KC Car Gallery South and especially Matt. His approach bring car buying to new and more personal level. You should check out his website and his dealership first before going anyplace else.

We bought a Jeep here not long ago and we have had the best experience. Everyone is so down to earth and friendly, especially Matt. He walked us through step by step and worked to make our deal happen. We even had a slight issue, because stuff happens, and Matt didn't hesitate to help us. If there were more business folks like this, there would be a lot more happy folks in the world. Best car-buying experience. So grateful!

I couldn t even describe the feeling I felt experiencing KC Car Gallery South. Matt knew exactly what I wanted and what I was looking for. He made sure the process was smooth and that I was comfortable with everything. He went out his way to even make sure I understood everything about the car and the finance. 10/10 experience. If you re thinking of buying a car, don t hesitate to go here. Matt is your guy and he won t stop until he gets you the car you want. :)

Matt was great to work with. No pressure and great customer service. Unfortunately the car required $5k+ in repairs within a week after their warranty expired. When given the opportunity to share the cost of repairs, they refused.

This is definitely the best car dealership I have been to, and it isnt even close. Matt and his associates did everything in their power to help me get one of my dream cars, and I am truly thankful for all of their help. 100% would recommend this dealership for people who are new to buying cars. Definitely was a 10/10 experience.

Matt and his team and KC Car Gallery were wonderful to work with. We found the exact Jeep we were looking for, and we were even recommended by another dealer to purchase directly from them. The purchasing process was completed in about 15 minutes, and we were on the road. We had a slight hiccup with a mechanical issue on the day of purchase, but Matt, and AJ, got the car right back in and fixed it in a matter of a couple days. Top notch customer service!

I bought a car this past week from Matt Reynolds. The professionalism, genuine positive interaction, and care he showed was incredible to experience. I am usually anxious and suspicious of buying a used car but the service Matt and the team at KC Car Gallery South show is second to none. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from them when the time comes.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford Mustang GT Premium from Matt and it was a very easy process! I am 19 and this was my first car purchase so I was very hesitant with a lot of things. It was an out of state purchase and sight unseen! They did a good job at informing me on things I needed to know. When the car got here, there was one unexpected issue and they did a great job stepping in and helping! Goes to show they have good integrity!

Traded in our son's car and got reasonable trade-in value. Final purchase / paper work was quick - and we drove away in a very clean, freshly washed car at a great price. Thank you!

Terrible customer service and in general the place should be shut down. Matt is incredibly condescending to his female customers and in general a liar. Rumpelstiltskin Paved the way for this short man to do business with an ugly ego, and sheister mentality . He went back in his word after negotiations and in general threw his word in the trash. The best thing I did was walk away from a deal with him! Yuck.

We had a really smooth and easy experience here. Alex helped us out with getting our new toy and Matt helped finish the process. We didn't have to wait all day like most places. They did not waste our time. Everything was managed timely. Everyone was very friendly and had great customer service. They were also informative, genuine, and honest with everything so we knew what we were getting. Thank you guys for our new slingshot!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They helped me get the best possible financing without running my credit 5 different times. They also gave me a good trade in value compared to other dealers. If you don't trust bigger corporate dealers this is the private dealer to go to!

Matt Reynolds is absolutely Horrible at customer service... first he emailed me asking me about a car I had inquired about a couple of days ago... he said if I was still interested in the car and if I had any questions to ask him and he Will gladly answer... NOT!!! Yes I WAS interested in the car still as am shopping around... after the 2nd Question he Said he was a very busy man and had no time for me if I wasn't buying the car... WTH??? If there was a minus star review... I would give to Ya!!!

I bought a car from Matt Reynolds this last week. He is such a gentleman and goes far beyond what you could ever imagine trying to get you a car. I found the car of my dreams and it exceeded my expectations. If you have ever felt like you have a friend in the family ( that you love) Add Matt to that list. He was courteous honest and doesn t push anything on you. There s also a man named Bill who works there that was extremely helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a car but not looking for a salesman.

Awesome place and awesome team. We stopped in randomly looking for a new car and was instantly met by Christian, super cool dude. He showed around for what we were looking. After a test drive and looking over the vehicle we decided we wanted to buy it. From the point we decided we wanted to buy it Christian and team had us out the door with keys in hand in about an hour. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you guys!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2013 Audi S5 & they were up front & honest with me about everything that has to do with its history. Tremendous service from reputable employees who have experience with what they do. Jordan and Mike really took care of me. 10/10 would recommend buying a car from them. My credit wasn t the best but they still found a way to make it happen. I wasn t comfortable with the price and the add ons so they did their diligence in working with me on what I was comfortable with. Will definitely be recommending this place to my fellow acquaintances.
