This is the worst customer service I have ever had. if I could I wouldn't pay them a dime but Gecko sent me here for my mercades because it got keyed. It took 3 weeks for a keying on one door panel and I was hung up on on the phone multiple times every time I call it's always with a attitude and they always make excuses also the blonde estimator in the front left corner when you walk in is horrible she was the worst of them all the way she treated me and my family is ridiculous maybe have some respect when you serve the public. Also keep in mind they broke my lock to my door and had to ship it to Mercedes Benz of Kansas City and at this point I have not had my car for 5 weeks over a keying, absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars

If you're looking to get your car totalled, this is the place for you. I brought in my running truck after setting up an appointment to get the truck fixed.Gerber estimated the damages at more than $10k, kind of ridiculous if you ask me.I had to get the truck towed out with the bumper, fender, basically everything in the bed, they did not give me back the hood.If I knew this would have happened, I would have avoided them, please consider a local shop next time.

******Update: I was contacted by Jason with Gerber Collision. An explanation was given to me and updates were given to other people calling, which was not me. However he apologized for the oversight.Gerber Collision and Glass exhibited the absolute WORST customer service and communication I have ever encountered. My calls are never returned and when I call back for an update on my car, I am told the Estimator is busy, at lunch, or with a customer. No one knew where my vehicle was taken due to Gerber breaking the door. Apparently it was taken to a different dealership than we were told it would be taken to. It has now been a week and no update has been provided. In total, it s been over 3+ weeks that we ve been without our vehicle. That is unacceptable. Y all really need to work on your communication and customer service because it SUCKS!

Collision works was amazing! Their professionalism, updates throughout the process, and ability to make my car look as though nothing had ever happened in a very reasonable amount of time was so appreciated. they have been nothing but rude and unprofessional, all 3 ladies up front.Update: was called back 3/27/23, but due to being at work I got the voice-mail and was given a better update that I felt more Comfortable with about my vehicle.Update: was called back and due to their feelings being hurt for being honest with my review they decided to not fix my truck after being rude and unprofessional, asked me to get my teuck out of their center. I have never been to a collision center as low and unprofessional as this one.

Collision Works was recommended by my insurance provider and although it was about a 40 minute trip, it was well worth it. From the moment I arrived, they took care of me. They walked me through everything that was going to take place. The gentleman did the walk-through of the damage and repairs. I noticed right away the amount of experience they had as a business because they were able to talk about the previous owner of my vehicle and what they did to it just by examining the fender closely. They didn't talk down to me like some places do and answered all of my questions that I had. It was pretty straightforward.I loved how they texted you updates on your vehicle. That was so convenient! Great communication, great service all around. No one hopes to have to come back to get collision repairs, but if I ever need it, I will definitely use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I had two Rock chips on my 4Runner.... One on the driver side and one on the passenger side doors. The chips were down to the metal and the passenger side door had a small ding. It turned out perfect. Color match was spot on. Very happy. Great people. Great service. They care about what they are doing. I sure hope my car isnt wrecked again, but if it is, I know exactly where to take it- to Collision Works! The estimate was the most cost-effective I received of three places I checked. It was easy to get in, and repairs were made quickly. The staff was professional and friendly, and every step of the process was communicated by text so efficiently! Then, I was so surprised that both the interior and exterior were cleaned! I didn't expect that, and it was an awesome touch to have a cleaned and fixed up car! Thank you for the excellent service!

They did such a great job start to finish. Had my car done early, and it looked perfectly brand new after my deer accident. Stayed late to let me come get my car, taught me some stuff, and really kind people to work with. I would return to this place, and I am typically a hard person to win over when it comes to service. My car needed repair after someone lost a box off their vehicle smashing my front bumper and grill. These guys did a fantastic job of estimating, getting parts and getting my work done in Jan 2022, keeping me informed and getting me out the door as promised all while having to deal with trying to get parts in this crazy economy and with people being sick. Collision Works staff under the supervision of Service Advisor Mr. Jeff Sanders have done an excellent job of fixing my RAV4. Also, my car was thoroughly cleaned and waxed and all glass surfaces were spotlessly cleaned. Mr. Jeff kept me informed on the progress of repairs every 3-4 days throughout the waiting period. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I would certainly suggest and provide reference to all my contacts.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was hesitating at first to use this body, later I talk to Jason very professional. It was so easy to work with them. Most importantly they will keep updating the status through text and I have to say that I was truly grateful for the work did on my car. The repair job was amazing and fast before the estimated date. Excellent service as usual. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else. Jeff always makes sure I m well taken care of, thanks! This is my second time using them. Its the type of place you don t want to go to, because it means you re car was wrecked, but you know your vehicle is in great hands if you have too. I brought my car here on a recommendation from a friend because my car was in an accident. When I called to set up my appointment they were very efficient in getting me in. The minute I walked in TROY ACTOS was there to help me after surveying the damage he was promptly seeking out where to find a replacement door and other major parts. He kept me informed every other day on the progress of my car. They estimated the car to be in the shop for 2 weeks but was out in a week plus I didn't expect to have my car detailed on the inside as well as it was. GLEN TRAYNOR did an impeccable job because my car was pretty dirty mostly the floor and windows. This SHOP is the BEST in everything they say they will do and More.I will Percent recommend them to family and friends in the future. Thank You All for putting my car back together it looks BRAND NEW INSIDE AND OUT!!

Collision repair is a service that no one ever wants to engage, but Collision Works made it as painless as possible for me. They were very descriptive of what they'd be doing and were great in working with my insurance. My car looks great and it is a relief to have it back in great condition. I'd like to give a shot out to Jason, not sure why other's say he's rude, but I had a wonderful experience with you. And for that, thank!!They fixed my car in a week after I was hit by a deer. I got updated just about everyday. Plus they threw in a complimentary detailing for my car!! We took our car here to get fixed after hitting a patch of ice that took out our suspension and tire.These folks are great at communicating and keeping you posted on the status of your car and when to expect your vehicle back. It was a painless and seamless transaction! I highly recomment this place! Jason is who I spoke with direcly the entire time. Collision works of Olathe were great during the whole experience. Josh worked on my Jeep and he kept me posted throughout. Jesse at the front desk has always been pleasant to speak with. I was able to drop off my keys in the drop box and when my Jeep needed to be picked up they allowed me to set up and appt on Saturday morning to do so, which I greatly appreciated. I have had to call about a couple things since I've gotten my Jeep back, and I've been told to bring it back in so it can be checked out, which I intend to do. I appreciate them working so well with me and even my schedule.

My car was rear ended and their insurance gave me a list of preferred collision centers. I knew collision works, aka Kansas coach, had done a great job in the past on repairs for my family.From the start, I was impressed with their turn around time to get parts ordered during a time where everything is on back order. From their receptionist to their techs, everyone was stellar with communication. I can t tell you how many times I received texts and calls to let me know where they stood in the process of repairing my car.Now, that might not seem important to many but in the world we live in today, communication is key and greatly helps customer satisfaction. Chris? (Bad w names) did a great job letting me know A) here is the problem and B) here is our solution.I can t say enough good things about this repair center and would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on a vehicle!Service: Body & Trim

I rarely write reviews and am not easily impressed but I have to say that I was truly grateful for the work CEoO did on my car. The repair job was on point- looks amazing. The cleaned the inside and outside and my car looks and feels fabulous!! Truly great work

Absolutely the best body shop I've had any vehicle repaired at! Hands down! I had my BMW X6 repaired there and when I say they strive on great customer service they go way beyond. I literally got text updates on over phase of my repair. They charged less than other body shops, and had my BMW looking brand new. Jeff is awesome. He will talk you through what's going to take place with your car, tell you what might need to be replaced or not (logos, trim, etc). If you're looking for a body shop that you don't have to worry about service, check them out! Also with Enterprise across the street you can have them meet you there and they'll walk back to their office after you sign rental agreement and off you go.I'd rate Collision 6 stars if I could!

Troy was awesome! He called me often to communicate updates about my car. He went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable in my car afterwards, and took time out of his day to go on a ride along with me when I did have a minor concern.
