Grant Sunday and his team of professionals provide a great experience when the unfortunate happens, a wreck or accident. As a customer, they have fixed at least 4 vehicles for me. Each time has been a great experience. If you don't utilize this team of professionals, you are missing out on a blessing.

I actually did not go with Don s services initially as my insurance guided me away from Don s services and towards their own affiliate shop. This turned out to be a mistake and after several months of back and forth on shoddy work from the other shop, I brought my car back to Don s for a second opinion. Within 10 minutes they were able to spot some details that were missed by the other shop and were very kind and helpful in advising me regarding what I should do next. They also assured me that should I run into any problems in the future, they would be able to take a closer look and refer me to a repair review company that could help mediate the repairs with the other shop. Don s had absolutely nothing to gain from this experience and yet they provided this service regardless and I truly appreciate it as it has given me peace of mind which is more important than anything. I would absolutely use Don s for any other future body shop needs. Thank you so much!

I m not the person who typically leaves reviews, but I couldn t pass this one up. What a great experience! It can be difficult to navigate your own day to day with work, kids, and all the extra curricular that makes for a busy life. The last thing you want to worry about or add to the list is your vehicle. My wife was involved in an accident and the team at Don s Auto Body nailed it. I didn t have to field a bunch of calls from my insurance company, they provided a detailed and clear path for repair and completion. Their team kept me up to date and informed throughout the entire process. From beginning to end, this business has its own high expectations and pride for what they do. This was shown with the detailed communication, attention to detail, and quality of the finished product. This group raised my own expectations and you would be crazy to take your business anywhere else.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had a Wonderful experience at Don s Body Shop. Everyone I encountered was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and on my side. I am not a car person and they really helped me fully explain the body work I needed on my car without making me feel stupid. Not only did they help me understand, but they also advocated for my interests to the insurance company and were able to get additional items covered at no cost to me. I know they worked really hard to make everything right especially with insurance and back ordered parts. Communication and customer service was better than anything I could except! Thank you!

Very professional in all aspects of the repair process. They dealt with the insurance company and kept me advised of any difference with the original estimate. I would highly recommend Dons Auto Body to anyone needing vehicle body work.

Don s Body Shop did an amazing job in every aspect of the process of repairing my car. They were timely, accurate, and professional in every communication. They were so efficient overall that they even finished earlier than promised! I absolutely recommend them for all of your body work needs. My car is perfect and beautiful again!

Don s auto-body shop kept us well informed on progress of the repair while it was being fixed. The staff was easy to work with and professional. They worked with the Insurace company directly when additional damage was found. The damaged area looks like new. As a customer this was a very good experience. Thank you all at Don s auto-body - job well done!

Son got rear ended so sent car to Don's based on proximity to house and their reputation. They did not disappoint! Amazing communication and great work. Even pulled one of my nasty dents out partially over the fender so it didn't look as bad. Would highly recommend for any insurance claim. They are also a recommended body shop for Allstate so everything was super connected between the two companies.

Got hit in the school parking lot and needed an estimate for the other driver s insurance. Went to Don s after another local body shop. Shea found a large dent the other shop had overlooked and another scratch that would require paint. Got the estimate, sent to insurance and got a lowball return valuation. Don s accepted the insurance quote but then worked directly with insurance for the overages so I didn t have to. They did a great job on the car, kept me informed the entire time, completed a day ahead of schedule and returned it cleaner than it had been in a long time! Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful employees. Had a minor repair and they did a great job fixing it. My only criticism is they add a 3% charge if you use a debit or credit card. This is a bit of an annoyance as I never carry cash.

Dons Body Shop is easily the best body shop that we ve ever worked with. Unfortunately we had a double ding and hit our own car on the drive - it happens!Using Google Reviews, we found Don s body Shop and based on the ratings, went with it.We were not disappointed; here s the low down.Customer service: super friendly staff, helpful, took the time to explain the process and followed up regularly on progress.Time: Given that it was two cars, they managed to fit them both in within days of each other and we got them both back very close to the originally estimated time.Quality: I ve added before and after pics of the cars in question - If anything I think they look better having gone through the repair. Plus fully cleaned inside and out.Cost: mostly irrelevant due to this being via insurance, but the whole process didn t bring up any extra surprises and additional costs were routed directly to the insurance agent.Convenience: Shout out to Enterprise car rental for picking us up and dropping us off at the body shop, but with rental cars available we didn t miss a beat in terms of day to day chores/college etc.And that s it! If you need body work done - Give Dons Body Shop a try!

Our car got dinged just behind the rear passenger door while it was parked at a store and we were not in the car. Our insurance company recommended Don's. All paperwork was completed between the insurance company and Don's. The work was fabulous. We had some previous scratches on the rear passenger door near the ding that were not related. When the car was returned we found that the blending of the paint from the ding covered all the previous scratches.We are completely happy with a Job very well done.Service: Body & Trim

My wife backed our Honda Pilot up without realizing that our 7 year old left the passenger door open, which resulted in the door getting bent out of place slightly. Honda referred me to Don's, and when I got there thy said there was over a month wait for work to be done. One of the supervisors came out anyway to take a look and give me an estimate. After inspecting for a while, he brought out another guy with a tool who bent the door back into proper place. They assured me nothing else needed to be done and that it was thoroughly safe. I asked how much I owed them, and they said "nothing" and sent me on my way. So, although I didn't really do much business with them, I really want to call out the fact that they tried hard to help someone out, even though they clearly don't need the business, and didn't take a penny from me. With a family to support, that came as a big relief to me and my wife, and I am really so grateful for them. These guys are clearly good people, and that's important.

I m so pleased with my experience at Don s! Sarah was super sweet, kind, and communicative. My car came back looking much better than when I left it. If my car ever needs repairs again, I won t take it anywhere else. :-)

I was referred to Don s by RMI Golf Carts to paint my golf cart a few years ago. Since then, they have repaired and painted 2 of my vehicles and exceeded my expectations both times. They are easy to work with and do great work and I would refer them to anyone.

After someone backed into me, Don s Body Shop really took care of me. My car had a paint that was glittery and they matched it perfectly. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew the expected date of completion, any issues they had come in to, and the people I always talked to had a wonderfully attitude. Sarah and everyone are exceptional communicators! They texted us updates on the status of my vehicle almost daily. The work they did was also exceptional. They even noticed that the battery, on my new car, kept dying and took it to the dealer where they determined there was a sensor issue. We had a truck repaired at Don s in Olathe and Jay and Shay couldn t have been nicer gentlemen. They walked us through the whole process, very personable and understanding. Repairs on cars or trucks are scary bc you don t know what they re charging you for, but the guys here at Dons were easy going and transparent, which was greatly appreciated.Of course no one hopes for needing repairs but would absolutely come back or send my people to here should I do.Thank you Dons!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

From the time of getting an estimate to fix my car, to the time I picked it up looking amazing, Don s Body Shop is a 5+ star rating in my book! The staff there is great to work with, and although I did not meet the person who did the work on my SUV, it looks beautiful again thanks to them!Not that I ever want to have to use a body shop again; if I do, I will definitely choose Don s again!Service: Body & Trim

I took my car in for an estimate on a minor dent removal and some light scratch repair. The dent removal turned out to be covered under part of my warranty so the dealer fixed it, but Don s still did the scratch removal that the dealer didn t. They did it so well and so fast that all I can say is thank you! They got it looking good as new again!
