These guys are great. They are very trustworthy and they do great work and leave no stone unturned.. They do not try to take advantage of you and if they say something needs to be done, you can rest assured they re on the level. It s so great to have someone you trust like that working on your car. And they do great work also. They are good at explaining what they re going to do and why and then they do what they say they ll do. You can t ask for more than that.

I was tired of going to the dealership and getting overcharged and oversold for services that weren t necessary. A friend recommended Dipman and I had a great experience there! The service was courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Bonus points for providing a thorough inspection without trying to up-sell me on services. I will definitely be returning to Dipman!

They have always been fair and honest. My son was a service advisor for years so I naturally call him before I do any service work. He has always agreed with them and the pricing is right where he would expect it to be. I can t say enough good things about Dipman service.

Guys at Dipman were absolutely astounding. They were tasked with finding and replacing the front axel assembly in my Ram 3500. The first one they ordered arrived and was installed bent. They wasted no time calling me, getting another on the way, and putting it back together like new. Great customer service and fantastic overall experience!

The guys at dipman do amazing work, they always take car of all my vehicles when I take them in to get service. Not only that they always get my vehicles done the same day. Totally recommend dipman

I saw the reviews and hoped they were accurate boy were they! The staff was awesome and got me in quickly. My 11 year old was with me and said, it s a whole vibe here, it s clean, they are nice, they have magazines and beverages lol . Highly recommend!!

I take my truck to Dipman auto for all my maintenance and repair needs. They are all very friendly but most importantly efficient. They always do a great job communicating cost before doing the work which I appreciate.

Great experience at Dipman....accurately diagnosed my issue and had the needed repairs done in a couple of hours. Fair price--- warranty as well for the parts and service. I will certainly recommend and use them for future needs.

Dipman has treated us good for several years. But are last visit/service we questioned some things. Barth was very kind and helped us with our questions/concerns. We will continue to use Dipman.

Great first impressions of this shop, I dropped off my car the evening before and they got to work on it that next morning, repairs were also done that same day. While I don t always agree with prices of parts and labor, I also understand the time in which we live is not cheap so anyhow thanks again for the great service, I now see why you have tons of 5 star reviews!

When you deal with a good business, you deal with a busy business.I've dealt with Dipman A LOT, I take all my vehicles to them because I know they pay attention to details.The guys at the desk are always helpful and they are very understanding.They are a local company that you can trust, they will take care of you.

Dipmans is a great option for those in Johnson County. They provide a great service from oil changes to major repairs and at an affordable rate. Most importantly they are trustworthy. If you need your vehicle serviced this is the place to take it.

Dipman Auto has been so wonderful. They were able to get us in right away to get started on our car. Great communication throughout the process and were able to get our car fixed for less than other auto repair shops. Highly recommend!

Very quick, honest, and professional shop! I know enough and do a lot of my own service, but have shops do certain things I don't have time for, or experience/confidence with, so it's nice to have found a shop I can count on!

2021 update: they still have their friendly service and their new location is a great upgrade. They tell you like it is and don't try to upscale. A breathe of fresh air.I took my wife's car in to get new tires, and the customer service was great. While waiting in the lobby, I watched as they took time to talk to all their customers and take care of their needs. As I was checking out, they made sure that I understood all the warranties and services performed.They really care about what they do. I would recommend them for your next visit.

These guys are insanely professional, and almost like an extension of the family. You want a shop that will be straight up and to the point? Right here. If they make a mistake, they will rectify it to the best of their ability. Couldn t recommend them enough!

Update: January 5. This place never disappoints. I took my daughter s car in for service. No hassle. No high pressure. Just friendly and legit service. They provided me options, things to keep an eye on that weren t urgent. Stuff like that. I trust them!Quick appointment. Great service. When I go to an auto service place I like to feel like I m getting value and that I m not getting taken advantage of. Dipman was awesome in all aspects. I ll be moving our family auto service needs here.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

I have bought 3 or 4 sets of tires from Dipman; they have provided amazing advice and service for me.
