These guys really are the best around town! I will recommend everyone to them! Got the work done within a month. There communication was awesome and they worked great with my insurance! So glad I made the decision to go with them! Thank you guys again! This is the best location for Auto -body repair. I have used Dale's for multiple repairs over the years and they always do great work. If you need an estimate they work fast and our great with your insurance company. Staff is friendly and provide good advice. The recent repair on my wife's car looks factory new.

Went around the car with someone they took pictures and I explained what needed to be fixed from my incident. When I got my car back not all of the damage had been fixed, but some damage unrelated to the incident had been fixed.

Our son took his Lexus here for a minor repair to the roof of his car. They did a great job, excellent finish and very nice people to work with.We will recommend this shop to all our friends.

Went to Dale s for repairs on my vehicle from an accident. Great customer service front staff was friendly and informative! My car was done in just 3 days and looked back brand new. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, delivered all cleaned and finished before the date expected. I do recommend this honest workshop if you have a car that needs body work and paint or a car in a collision. I had the most amazing experience from Dale's. They came highly recommended from my insurance agent who used them for his daughter's car, and they have worked on a few of my friend's cars. I had someone reverse into the front of my car and basically do a hit and run. They were able to tow my car and do a fantastic do and restoring it! It looks and drives better than the day I got it. The paint match is amazing and everything looks so clean. I really appreciate how patient they were with me when I called a couple times a week just to check in on the progress. There was more damage than I realized but I feel so safe driving the car now. I see why they came so highly recommended and I would recommend them to anyone for all services they provide. I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic work, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Very kind, friendly staff. Troy was perfect at reassuring the process, as well as explaining the process. His Team at Dales Collision helped me make sure I had all of my things and even taking the license plate just in case it was totaled. The team (Matt, John, Dean and all others would talk and give me updates on the progress. When I picked it up, Dean explained all the services and parts which were replaced. He also explained the guarantees. Tanner was friendly in bringing my car. Everyone at Dales is professional, friendly, and compassionate! Excellent work and Excellent customer service. I have a brand new car!It pays off to go to a locally owned body shop and not a "big box" chain. These people care about their work and the people they help in their community. Our teenage daughter brought her car to Dales today to get an estimate on some minor damage she had on her bumper when she had a mishap with the garage jamb. She was so excited to tell me that instead of an estimate they performed a quick fix to the car at no charge today We have used Dales before and so glad that we sent her over to them to learn a valuable lesson.. Had a car vs deer situation and brought my car to Dales for repair. It was the week of the Christmas holiday so the timing wasn t great but they jumped right in and got the parts ordered, repaired and painted and got it back to me on New Years Eve! I'm a home health nurse, so my car is my office. When I wrecked it, the inside was a total mess. Not only did they do amazing body work, but cleaned the inside! Matt was my contact person and helped me understand the process and how long it would take.He was so helpful. Thank you all so much for all you did

After a hit and run, Dale's repaired my almost new Mustang. Repairs took a little longer than expected mainly because the Ford dealership sent some wrong parts. Over all, the experience was very good. The car looks like new again, Jim was very responsive and the shop did everything they could to make the work go smoothly. I would recomend them to anyone who needs body work.

They were the nicest guys. I had someone hit my car while it was parked and had a minor dent that caused the passenger door to open weird. It only took them 4 days and my car looks and functions brand new. They even cleaned the inside entirely. I feel like I was treated exceptionally. As was my car! I would recommend.

I was really impressed by the staff at Dale s, they removed my paint transfer and tried to buff out the scratches for free. They gave me an honest estimate and some advice on what I could do if I didn t want to do a full repair job. They seemed to have a lot of integrity

Extremely professional staff, they worked with the insurance company and took the time to make sure the car was repaired right after the accident. I have used other body shops in the past and had to takes the vehicle back to fix things they missed but not with Dale's. I am impressed and if there happens to be a need for a body shop again I will be sure to use Dale's.

Both Matt and Mark are Dale's Front Desk staff. They are Honest, Reliable and Polite. My vehicle needed repair and after the initial estimate, they found related collateral damage to my vehicle, thereby extending the repair time. I remain Very Happy with their Quality of Workmanship in Repairing damage from a fender bender accident to my vehicle. They are a 5-Star Collision repair shop, to me. I believe you will be pleased knowing your vehicle will get the Best Repair Service in our area. They have 2 locations. I went to the repair shop on Keeler in Olathe, KS. Mgb. 10-23-2019.

I backed out of my garage and caught my bumper on the door and pulled it off on one side. Luckily it didn't break the plastic. I took it out to Dale's and they said to have a seat and they will take care of it right now, AND THEY DID. Wow, that is the benefit of home town businesses. that really care bout their customers. I recommend them highly.

I was in a car wreck and used Dales to repair my car. The customer service was top tier. They explained the process and worked with Enterprise to get a car. I was also able to drop the enterprise rental car off at Dales when I picked up my car. Matt is awesome! I've taken two of my vehicles there and both look good as new! Friendly staff, and most importantly their upfront and honest. To me that speaks volumes!Highly recommend them!

They worked on my Tc about a week ago and did an amazing job. I'm very particular and notice small things about my baby (yes my baby.) they did everything my picky ass asked them to and they got the job done fast. Fast isn't always good but when it's at this shop it was fast and done perfect. They even detailed it for me. Matt is super nice and patient lol

Had a small fender bender and took my E 550 there. Easiest and fastest of the three body shops I took it to for estimates. Did outstanding body work. Took care of everything from a paperwork perspective too. Made the hassle of an accident minimal.

They were great! My van was done when they said it would be done. They are professional, kind, sincere and they did a great job. I would totally recommend Dale s to anyone who needs an auto body shop!

Everything was done as expected, but it took 56 days, and the communication was terrible.
